Excellent service! excellent price; much better than I could’ve gotten on my own!
The only negative is the agent was unable to give me a seat assignment and said I would have to call the airlines 24 hr before flight to get, which I did and all was well. I’m just such a planner I would have been more at ease with an assignment from the beginning.
I will use them again and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

I had to call in because there was no online cancellation but customer service was very helpful and assisted quickly also waited on the phone while I confirmed cancellation e-mail.

The agent Boston made everything so simple for us it was a breeze and relief to work with someone who was really interested in being a genuine help in planning our trip. They gave me my cheapest fare to begin with and when the flights changed, they gave me an improved (vastly improved!) itinerary. Yay! I had minor difficulty understanding the agent, but not too bad.

Worst customer experience ever. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times to change a ticket, and no one ever answered. tried both email and calling. Their lack of response resulted in me losing my ticket and the money I had spent.

We are extremely satisfied with the service and support provided by the Cheapfaremart Staff. My wife purchased good priced tickets back in January from Cheapfaremart and contacted QANTAS right after the ticket purchase to upgrade the seats to extended leg room. Earlier this month we had to change the departure to an earlier date. The Cheapfaremart Representative changed the date for us but then there was a problem with the initial seat upgrade from QANTAS. The Cheapfaremart staff went out of their way to resolve the issue with QANTAS for us. While a fee was imposed and collected for the seat change (as required by the Airline) we are extremely happy with the results.

I will say the customer service reps were very nice and actually tried to help so far. It does seem sketchy when I get a call from a weird area code asking me to confirm my payment . They really need to tell people they are going to get a phone call for confirmation after the booking.
