Price is ok if you are looking for cheap price but there’s other agencies have cheap price with great customer services. Cheapfaremart have terrible customer service so if you encounter changes to your schedule you ask them to change it or cancel and refund they will make difficult for you to change or refund. Their processing price will vary, it depends who’s agent you talk to.
My first call they explain it to me the overall refund somewhat $1800 airline fee is included and the upfront processing fee is $150 each passenger, we have 2 adult and 2 kids total of $600 fee then the agent told us to call back tomorrow so we can get more refund so we decided to call back tomorrow to process our refund, but what happen is the total refund decreased to $1400 instead of $1800 and they charging me $250 each for processing fee to total of $$1000 ? what? But I fight for $150 processing fee and the agent look to their computer and said o i am sorry i did not check to my computer, yes the $150 each passenger is approved. But the i will not get the 1800 as promised they only give me the 1400 and told us take it or leave it, off course i take it instead of good bye to my ticket right. I ask for email conformation if cancelation is being process in the morning, no email i had to call them back what is the status and then they email the conformation to me in the evening. all in all i will not recommend there office Cheapfaremart when it comes to customer service. BAD Customer Service.

Better prices and itinerary than the airline could do themselves! Why, I have no idea, but why argue?! Only one snag: when purchasing, the website flipped out, saying to correct the indicated errors, but none were indicated. I tried again, with the same exact information, and that time it worked. (For that reason, if I could give 4.5 stars, I would...)
