TOTAL SCAM
I ordered a digital scale my order showed processing for weeks. I tried over and over to reach them never received a response. I finally saw a tracking number in PayPal but it showed delivered so some place in California. Thankfully I used PayPal and got my money back but the Chaseso website has been taken down. I've done a little research and it looks like the same scammers are running EMTEshop.com

GOT SCAMMED ORDER A COMPUTER THEY GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER SENT THE PACKAGE TO SOMMERPOINT NEW JERSEY I LIVE IN KANSAS. AND IT WAS NOT A COMPUTER. Chaseso is a scam company with prices too good to believe had to open up a case with PayPal to get money refunded. The phone number is not in service and emails were never answered took over a month to get my money back. The companies states that it is from overseas and the name of the person collecting your money is latoya benford.

If I could give less than 1 star rating, I would.
I ordered a softball bat bag. Never received a confirmation email except from PayPal. I emailed 2 times (because it says 24 hour responses)--- no response to either email. Receive a tracking number for USPS. Track it. Says it was deliver to Mankato, MN. I am several states away from MN. email USPS they said the address on the package was different than mine and to reach out to the shipper. Reached out in 3 different emails. HAVE YET to receive a response. Just once I was hoping an online shopping experience would go right (not even amazon works for me).

I ordered My package over 2 weeks ago.. The website says that the item ships fast . The company has no option for expedited delivery. Im still waiting for the item to be delivered to the us .. I have a tracking number but just says that usps Is waiting for the item it's been saying that for weeks .... This is a summer item and summer may be over by time it gets here . Is there any way to just get my money back while its still sitting there waiting to be shipped out ?

I ordered my ebike for $69.99 and it shipped yesterday. Got my tracking number and is now in the tracking system. No reason to get all paranoid and ask for a reimbursement, so far, so good. Will update when I receive the package. But let’s be fair here and give them a chance.

I wish I checked Trustpilot first! I bought an 88-key digital keyboard for an admittedly low price. I paid for it 8 days ago. They say they ship in 2 days. The order continues to say processing. I wrote 3 emails. They say they respond to emails in 24 hours. No such luck. The phone number has an extra digit, so good luck trying to reach anyone. I will write to Paypal and ask to be reimbursed. What a waste of time, energy and money because until I get paid back by PayPal, my budget is held hostage for this money. I am upset with myself for believing that because a site uses Paypal, they are legit. Next time, I will check Trustpilot or other buyer reviews first. I am soooooo disappointed!

I got scammed like everyone else. Bought a high end, name brand BMX bike for a steal. The real steal was how they took my cash. They never sent me a receipt. I got a receipt from PayPal with a tracking number. The bike was sent to another part of the country to an address in Florida (I'm in California). Gonna wait a few weeks like everyone else on here and request a refund from PayPal. Very crooked. Don't get scammed. I let my emotions get the best of me and didn't even research the site, cuz I figured it was safe, since they use PayPal. Live and learn ?

SCAM! Beware. I found something that was much cheaper than the original price which I thought was great so I didn’t even think twice and bought it before looking into the website. It’s been ten days and I haven’t received any emails or anything from the seller. Luckily, I used PayPal so I am working with them now to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. waste of time and a waste of money.

I gave the website a chance by making a small purchase via PayPal, I can confidently confirm it's a scam... I made the purchase as a Guest buyer (didn't open an account), got an order number and got my PayPal and credit card charged accordingly. I nevertheless never got an email confirming the order. I've tried contacting Chaseso via email and phone (yeas, I've called Hong Kong), without success. No one bothered replying the email and no one answers the phone.
I'll now just wait a few more weeks to report back to PayPal I didn't receive the package and request a refund. I nevertheless couldn't reinforce more for potential buyers to avoid this website/vendor at any costs.

dont bother its a scam site i tried to order 2 40 inch smart tvs after shipping it was $75 each they did send me tracking numbers but both packages went to places that wasnt the address i wanted it shipped to also the postage is standered first class wich should of been more for a package of its size i wish i realized that red flag when i tried to order.....1 of the orders was kinda accidental and when i realizes hey you accidently ordered 1 too many tvs i tried to send them an email to clear it and cancle 1 of the orders there website garentees a responce in 24 hours they havent emailed me back ......ive also sent them emails reguarding packages not going to the right address they have yet to email me back DONT USE THIS SITE
