You lying scam company CHASE SAPPHIRE IS A SCAM.... Your travel department was sold to EXPEDIA... the worst company for booking... now I have a ticket with LEVEL 1 Airline to come home from London, when I booked British Airways .... Your supervisor from Oklahoma has been yelling at me for 30 minutes and your OFFLINE ticketing is not responding to my request to change the ticket to an airline that is not going out of business! SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISING... I would have never booked a ticket with Expedia! They are the worst ... I should rethink my credit cards and change all of my chase credit card including my mortgage with a company that actually give what you bought!

What a frustrating experience with trying to deposit $100 into my granddaughters account at chase bank. After driving 22 minutes to the nearest chase, i was informed that there is no tellers to accept money, only atms! Even though they had 5 employees in my view. So i take off again to the next nearest chase, get there and give them the money and account number, but was informed i can't deposit CASH! UNBELIEVABLE! Without an account i can only deposit a check!
EXTREMELY IRRITATED NOW!

Have been with chase for 13 years and am changing to a different bank because they have declined so much with customer service. Having my entire family switch. Even reached out to them and let them know why I am leaving via the message center, got some automated apology response. Sad.

I paid account balance in full. The company is charging me interest. Its a ripoff card with high apr interest. Reps are clueless.
When paying whole balance, there shouldn't be no interest period. I payoff full balance on other credit cards companies and never had any interest. Chase is getting worst by overcharging on interest.

This credit card is going to be cancelled. The Customer Service and Dispute Department offer horrible service. I transferred my balance to another credit card, and Chase is still showing that I owe them the amount that I transferred. I filed a dispute on one of my charges over 3 weeks ago, and there was no follow up after that. There are other credit card companies out there that offer exceptional service. Adios to Chase!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I want change my ticket which I booked through Chase Travel. I am calling the chase customer care 4 times and for 3 times they hung up on me and never called me back which they PROMISED to do and I was not able to complete the change. For the first 3 times the were charging only the change fee and suddenly they are now charging me $60 more. On the 4th call I wasted my 30 minutes to get to the supervisor. But I was not able to get anyone the supervisor. Finally when I was able to get the supervisor on call, her name was Micky she spoke to me very rudely and not even apologize for wasting so much of the time. They are not even accepting that they can see I called 4 times and got hung. Such a bad customer service. NOT GOING TO USE Chase ANYMORE.

I have been a cardholder for close to 30 years. Unfortunately, service is going down the drain.
I booked airport parking at Roadway Inn in Revere, MA through way.com using Chase Saphire Reserve card. They listed complimentary shuttle to airport. Front page did not mention that the shuttle does not run between 12am and 4AM, apparently you need to click through to the second page to find that out. So when we got to the hotel at 2:30AM, we had to take a taxi to the airport ($16). On our way back it was even worse. We landed at 6:30 in the morning and called for 7AM shuttle. We were told that the shuttle will be leaving soon. We called several times since and every time we were lied to , "shuttle is on the way", "it is a heavy traffic " (yes, 7AM on saturday morning?, "shuttle is picking up other passengers". After an hour waiting, we took an Uber ($15). When we pulled to the hotel, she shuttle was just leaving, 8AM. So the 7AM shuttle never left....Way.com was no help after that at all.
I disputed the charge with Chase. Ended up dealing with people in India, who have no authority whatsoever and whose english is very difficult to understand. They refused my dispute because the shuttle was listed as "complimentary". There is nothing free in this world. I paid for the shuttle as a necessary part of the parking fee. I would have never booked this facility, had they not had the shuttle service to the airport.
The reason for rejecting the dispute was outside of VISA allowable reasons. I was dissatisfied with the service and part of the service I paid for was not delivered.
Just think of that this way. You bring your car for an oil change and it includes a free car wash. They change the oil and while washing your car they scratch it. Does that mean that you do not have a claim with your credit card because the car wash was @[email protected]?
You should not outsource disputes to India. those should be handled in the US. By refusing this dispute Chase pushing me away and to American Express, with them my experience would have been different.

I have a Chase Amazon Prime credit card. They applied an Amazon credit to a promotion and therefore paid it off. What is the purpose of a promotion if Chase pays off the balance (without any authorization) Was on the phone for hours and started to scream at them because they would not take responsibility. Beware!!

I needed help with my credit score to be fixed so I went online to know more about how to approach banks or take a pay day loan with low credit scores. Tried but didn’t go through. Then i found numerous write up and positive reviews of how JAMESCONSULT Firm help people get loans and improve their credit score. With the knowledge i got online, I contacted them immediately and i explain my self to them.
In few days time I got my score fixed and improved and I was able to sort myself out.
I’ll recommend this firm to anyone who needs to improve his or her credit score also.

got to talk to over 15 customer service Representatives over a wrong SSN on an application I sent in for the freedom card. not a single one of them told me the same story all of them acted as if nothing was written down from the last representative. I was informed I was approved for the card till 11 days later when I find out that they never sent it and I was still listed with the wrong SSN. still was told I could fix the old application without harm to my credit score so I did because of anger at this point. I do it all again call back 15 WEEKDAYS later to find out they lost my SNN in the fax, fantastic. they tell me they have another way to fix it and ask for the real SNN I give it to them they then proceed to do a hard inquiry without my knowledge. I think I got to talk to every single department they have at chase and the end all they did was lower my score more for a refill of a new application because of my SSN. apparently, all you need to do to file a hard inquiry under someone's name is to use the power of Facebook and then add a random SSN and its legal to chase, wonderful. even got to go to credit reporting errors were the women so nicely told me she has no idea if they are legally required to tell you when they're running a hard inquiry and "because the other info is right other than the SSN it's not an error" WUT! (an error is not an error) that can be removed from my score. I now get to live in fear till I close the account that if anything goes wrong, I will not be able to fix it since this is such a small thing and nothing inside the company walls can be done to fix it. incompetence is all I got and when I did get help it was misleading and miss informed help because hope is just a dream you hold onto in a time of chaos.

I was granted a mortgage with chase bank. During the process they called me multiple times with bad information, had me jump through hoops to transfer money around, went through 30, that's right, 30 years of my credit history and asked me to give proof of compliance. (Which I did).
I finally closed, filled out the survey which was not favorable and they called me today (2 months later) to discuss it. When I said, this is a part of what is wrong with your customer service, she said "I have been calling" - I said "who? Who have you been calling?" My ex husband who is not even on the loan or the paperwork. #dontusechase #chaseishorrible #chasemortgageisnotagoodchoice

First, I opened my account online, only to receive the $200 promotion (after your account has a direct deposit) to keep my account open for 6 months. My first check wasn't set up for a direct deposit. When I went into the branch to cash my check (which was a Wells Fargo business issued check) I was advised that Chase would have to hold my check for a few days and could only give me $100.00 until the check cleared. I asked why they couldn't contact Wells Fargo to verify if the funds were good or not. I was advised that they couldn't do that and I would just have to wait for the funds to be cleared. My wife took a picture of the check and deposited (immediately) into her Bank of Oklahoma account through a mobile deposit, without me even being on her account. Bank of Oklahoma verified the funds and released the check.
After the 20th business day of waiting, I called Chase and was advised to wait a few more days. After a few more days of waiting, I called back and was advised that I would not receive the $200 because I was supposed to receive a coupon offer, but did not receive one and that the account had been open for 21 days, so the offer was no longer valid for me. And, the previous representative did not notate that she advised me to wait a few more days for the $200 credit. I went in and spoke with a branch manager who advised me that there was no notation that the representative (I spoke with on 5/29/19) told me that I didn't need a coupon. So, basically, she called me a liar and believed her incompetent employee over me. So, the customer service experience was H-O-R-R-I-B-LE!!! Plus, they charge to speak with customer service, after so many free calls.
I am closing my account as soon as my outstanding checks clear and moving over to the Bank of Oklahoma. They don't offer the fraudulent $200 that Chase offers, but they are much more professional, give accurate information, post-credits before debits, mobile banking, better offers for monthly checking account fees, and they don't charge you to speak to customer service, and.... they allow you to deposit money in someone else's bank account. Chase will not allow anyone to even make a deposit to someone else's account, even with an account number.
This bank doesn't stand by their offers, charge for services that should be free, inconvenience customers by making them wait days to get their own money when a customer sets up an account online with Chase. Nightmare ... .

This is one of the worst banks by far! Admittedly, I went into the negative in my bank account but put the money to cover all expenses by the end of the night. I was informed I was 1 hour late depositing the money. As a company who wants our business a personal aspect should be able to be applied. It wasn't hard to see that the money was entered into the account. However, due to the fact their system runs the whole business with no human interaction I was charged over 90 dollars in insufficient funds fees.
Due to these fees my account was once again in a negative status which was eliminated by a direct deposit. Only to be told that even though I saw the positive amount in my account I was still charged another amount of over 90 dollars.
Chase expects that you coincide with their system even when their system makes a mistake.
Stay away from these crooks by all means!

I recently reviewed statement of mine and noticed a $10 charge from Sam's club and next to the charge said pin entered. The problem with that is I never use my PIN number I always run it through as credit. I called Chase pointed this out to them had to deal with a unprofessional customer service representative who gave me the third degree interrogation before finally logging my complaint.
I was concerned just how my PIN was used for purchase that I didn't even make, I asked for verification on how this was done and what they intended to do on this fraudulent transaction. The rude representative just said nothing and there's nothing I can do about it. My recommendation is to always check your statements very closely because of you think Chase has your back think again it seems to me there's something more to this than meets the eye this just smacks a bad faith.

They cancelled my daughter’s card for a fraudulent purchase even though she asked they wait so she could go get money. She’s 5 hours from home and 2 1/2 hrs from a branch. Nope they closed it leaving her stranded and wouldn’t answer questions completely. I was on the phone with her with permission and the only solution was sorry. Sorry doesn’t fix all situations. Especially when you are not listening to the customer. You have our money that should mean something. Switched to a new branch the same day. They are absolutely terrible for college students!!! She now has a free checking without minimum auto deposit or balance. If you don’t you will be charged even as a college student under your parents account.

I always use a VPN to protect my data while accessing the Chase.com website over public WiFi access points. Using the VPN resulted in Chase's security rules getting triggered and my checking and savings accounts being closed. Apparently, my IP address changed to often for them and they flagged the account.
I received NO PRIOR EMAILS OR Phone call from the chase Fraud department, they just closed my accounts.
So, if you are smart enough to protect you banking transaction by using a VPN Encrypted connection, be warned that it may result in all you accounts being automatically closed.
Worst experience I have ever had.

Chase bank attempts ro be good to get you in the end. I would like to trust my bank to be on my side with me. I had a situation where I comtacted chase to stop payment on a certain item. Only to find out today they have let the transaction go through. Now I have a insufficient funds fee to pay and another 30 dollar fee to dispute the charge and stop payment.
If I ask you to stop payment. You stop it! And not charge me over 60 dollars on top of that. One fee I can eat but don't charge me on top of that.
Contacted customers service who were no help and only went by their script. I expect my bank to go above and beyond for your customers.
Horrible customer service, horrible objectives. Get out while you can

Chase makes it a point to block my Youtube Premium Subscription charge every month, making me have to call their customer support to unblock the card so I can then (after 36 minute call with dozens of verifications) pay US$5 to keep my Youtube Premium going. Every month! They consider google an "unsafe" vendor! OMG! Guess who I would rather keep? Chase or my Youtube Premium account?

Would give 0 stars if I could. And no, I'm not one of those angry reviewers that will give 1 star because of an isolated incident. STAY AWAY from Chase Bank. I have my other accounts with Charles Schwab and every question is handled beautifully, by a smart person who is qualified to assist. Chase passes you around to 6 different people and makes you explain your problem over, and over and over. This is the 21st century and these big banks are going to die.
For example, I wanted to close my checking account so I called to tell them that. The 2 people they passed me around to told me to initiate online, and that they would close the account. I was assured I was set. Two hours later, my account is locked for fraud - and all the 3 people I spoke with on the phone (again, having to repeat the issue each time) would tell me is that I have to go to a branch in-person with ID.
I rescheduled an international flight to be able to go into a branch - which was 1 hour from my house. There was NO OTHER RESOLUTION except to go in person. What if I were out of the country with my accounts locked? Do they want me to fly home to visit a branch?
Even after going to the branch and sitting at the person's desk for 1 hour, my issue is not resolved. I am still blocked out of my Chase accounts - and had to WITHDRAW CASH to pay my credit card bill at the branch. Very 21st century. Again, I called and spoke with 8 different people (yes, 8) and repeated my issue 8 times. Still, locked out of my account.
Just under 2 weeks ago I had another issue where I was calling to get assistance / refund for an item purchased on my credit card. The store wouldn't refund me because I had purchased the item with a different credit card - it was actually just my old Chase card before it expired, and the one I was presenting to them was the replacement card I received in the mail from Chase. This is the big perk of using credit cards - that they'll vouch for you and go to bat with the store. Chase had no solution for this - which seems insane, given that it was essentially the same credit card/account - just a new 16 digit number (shouldn't the replacement card be the same number?).
DO NOT USE CHASE BANK. Use an online bank where the people are smart and capable. I recommend Charles Schwab - but do your research and don't sign up for a bank that gives you the run around and has 200 disconnected internal departments.

After a challenging divorce, I began carrying credit card balances for the first time in my life. When I suddenly had a change in circumstances and paid off all my credit cards at once, including two by Chase, they suddenly "reviewed" my account and determined the amount of debt I had been carrying warranted closing one account and reducing the credit limit of another by 50%. This was after three years of me carrying all this debt and making minimum payments throughout - never once did they "review" my account during this period of time. Only AFTER I paid off every shred of debt I had.
I will never do business with Chase again. I know a lot of people say those kind of things and don't mean it but case in point: but after an unpleasant experience with Capital One in 2002, I've never done business with them again.
Chase - you're sleazy, your customer service staff are some of the biggest jerks I've ever encountered and I will never use your services again.

Be Caution & aware of Chase dispute department !!!!
They are not trustworthy, irresponsible, unprofessional, giving bad advice & causing more damages & stress to you than being helpful.
They advised you to return the merchandise to the merchant to proceed the claim, however after you returned the merchandise they awarded the money to the merchant and claim there is nothing they can do to retrieve the merchandise or money!!!! No accountability for their advice!!!
You will have no merchandise and lose more than money!!!!
It’s also unbelievable that the Chase dispute specialist will provide you invalid or scam phone numbers to return her calls ( I guess they just don’t want to talk you ), the stress that they created is unspeakable!!
The advice to reopen or escalate the case is useless & wasting your energy as well as time, because they will coverup each other !!!
The only solution is not to use Chase card and don’t trust the dispute department, sadly the customer service department also can nothing for you !!!!!

The Chase Bank on Imperial Avenue in San Diego has the rudest service. The manager is just as rude and inconsiderate as the employees behind the windows. I make deposits and try very hard to avoid coming to this Chase Bank. I drive out of my area so I don't have to go into this bank.
Having worked for a bank in my younger years, there was never a good reason to be so rude!
