Great products and good service - I was waiting for a delivery which was late and the guys at Charterhouse did their best to find out what was going on for me. They also picked up that the heaters I ordered were the wrong ones for my tank, and advised me on an alternative.

I have just bought a replacement Bio Tube 30 complete with all accessories. I also ordered a heater and testing kit all of which came within 24 hours of ordering well packed and at a very good price. Charterhouse offers value with service, and I will not hesitate to use them again.
