Just wanted to write a glowing review for Charter Vanlines and his team. I had a complex move including a piano on another floor. They took care of everything with professionalism and efficiency. Moving is super stressful but the crew made it easier and I appreciate that greatly. Highly recommended as they were great.

Exceeded my expectations from beginning to start. The crew was amazing, efficient, courteous and totally on top of things. They made my entire moving experience incredibly easy and absolutely stress-free. The movers were quick, friendly and hardworking. My storage unit was perfectly packed and I feel confident about the safety of my stored items. Definitely recommend.

The best movers. This is our third time working with Charter Van lines. They are so amazing. The crew was great, all three times. They were super quick and efficient, very courteous of your home and office space. The movers kept checking in with use to ensure all of your items were properly labeled and would be placed in the rooms we wanted. Definitely use them you will not be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I had a very great experience with team. I was really glad to use their service. They deliver all my boxes carefully without damaging anything. It took 2 hours to pack the 2 bed room apartment. I was pleased with their speed. I had definitely use them again. M was very detailed in explaining the process.

Due to my past traumas moving i was skeptical with trying it again, but i worked with a great representative before our move named josh and he helped up have an amazing experience. everything was delivered promptly within the delivery frame they promised.

I just finished college and had been sharing an apartment with my roommate. After graduation I was offered a job opportunity I could not pass up, only catch was moving from California to NJ. As a single college female who has watched way too much HGTV, my shared apartment had more things than I’d like to admit. My roommate suggested I use the moving company her parents used when they moved. My budget was pretty tight, so I was reluctant, but after speaking to their customer service rep, I felt so great about my decision and was blown away by the price! Charter Van Lines has exceeded our expectations as a moving company! As our parents are getting older, my husband and I decided to make the move back home to Pennslyvania from North Carolina to be able to assist them. Sometimes in life you just have to get away from the daily routine you’ve been in for so long, and I decided that the best way for me to do that was to move across the country. Moving from my place of birth, Houston, Texas all the way to Pennsylvania. A fantastic moving company I would recommend to ANYONE. Honestly, moving out of my apartment in Michigan to Florida was stressful at first. I didn't know how to make reservations and what the whole process was going to look like. A friend of mine suggested I try Charter Vanlines, and I am so thankful for that. They are THE BEST when it comes to moving from state-to-state. They don't do local moves, so keep that in mind. For college students looking for a cheap, easy, and effective way of getting to the best years of your life, consider this company. Also, if you are new to the whole moving across the country thing, consider their “Reserve a Move Date” option thing. I don’t see alot of other companies do that and it was really helpful, as well as their ability to give instant quotes.

Honestly, who likes to move? Not me! I have a full-time job, 2 kids, and a house full of memories to pack and unpack in a different state.

They made a difficult move easy! It was amazing how helpful they were. I moved 2 states over, and the stress of it all almost killed me! I have little kids, and a full time job at the time, I didn't have time to pack and move my whole house while living my life. I'm so glad my husband found this company. They took care of my fragiles and gave great customer service. And once we were at the new house, they were so helpful in putting boxes in the rooms that they belonged in. They were clearly labeled and effortless. The only thing i need to worry about was how my family had to deal with the move, not the actual move itself. Amazing

Charter Vanlines has been the best part about my move so far. I moved several hours away from my childhood home and was feeling very anxious about packing and moving all of my things so far. I have only moved once, and that was to my apartment during college. All I had to move was a futon and a few other essentials. Needless to say, 10 years later I have not only my things but my family's things. Kid collect so much stuff! The movers helped organize and label our things, took the time to explain their different services and listened to our needs. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell us services we didn't need, which was nice. I hope to never have to move again, but if we do, I'm using Charter Vanlines so at least I know that much will go smoothly.

This is one of the best company. Actually its the best company. I was moving from las Vegas to Florida and all went on well all my items were handled carefully and professionally. I had no broken things .my last movers made me go into losses but I'm grateful with Charter Van Lines they are the number one movers around

Listen, I have had a really bad experience trying to move long distance with another company. They made promises that they could not keep up with and failed me miserably. I was supposed to leave VT at the beginning of September and with much delay am finally at my final destination. When the last company called and mentioned not being able to complete my requested task and that I would have to deal with another delay, I had enough. I was considering tossing whatever I had and just driving down myself. That is how frustrating it was, weeks of pure torture. Luckily Charter Van lines was able to provide some much needed relief. They were able to send me a truck by the end of the week and they took it from there. I received my items without a single scratch and am thoroughly impressed by the great customer service. I can admit I was bit much but they were very polite considering all that I went through with the other company. If I were to ever need movers again, I have their number and would recommend anyone to use their services. Thanks again guys!

First National Van Lines is the only place you need to call if you have to move long distance. They will make sure your belongings are safe, secure and delivered on time. We have a big family and everyone has a bunch of stuff. They pack everything together instead of trying to charge you for extra space you don't need. Everything is organized so we know exactly where everything is as soon as we get to our new home. Also, we have too many breakables to take in our own vehicle, when we arrived at our new home 8 hours later, not a single one of my dinner plates were broken. If we ever need to move again, we will definitely be choosing First Nation because they not only deliver your belongings, they deliver quality.

Makes me wonder if it was due to communication breakdown or if it was just dumb luck to have bad experience to begin with? Whatever. Well, your mileage will vary as did mine. Literally. I got nothing but excellent service moving my car from Evansville to Sta Fe, NM. I certainly was not about to do that drive by myself. My folks who live in FL had heard about this company and recommended I get an estimate. My car was filled to the brim with household stuff, packed securely with their help and expertise. Due to distance it did cost a pretty penny but not too far off from other companies with similar services. Thanks for getting my baby safely back to me.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to arrange for my move out of Oklahoma into Philadelphia. The team sent out by Charter arrived almost exactly when I had been told they would, and began working immediately. I had already boxed up all of my clothing and electronics, but needed multiple large pieces of furniture and light fixtures to be taken out of the house and packed up. I was suprised by how fast my possessions were packed up, and the team delivered my belongings even earlier than they had estimated.
