I just wanted to thank you for your patience during this difficult time in all the world. Now it seems as though we have a vaccine for this virus, I did not get the virus , as a country Canadians have been generally spared BUT across the river in Detroit , USA they have more cases than we do in all of Canada Just want you to know that I appreciate your team and I bought a bunch of credits and have used them all answering my mail.

I must be lucky. Sure, many of the complaints I've read appear to be true, but I just met the nicest person this week and she lives about a mile from me. After trading a few emails and then sitting and talking for an hour at the park we decided that it might just work out and have started dating. We were both wary and doubtful, but the chemistry was there.

The service needs to be improved.
I will wait if your IT department improves this service and install a clock and a counter as well as sending a message about being offline = disconnected immediately or not in the nearest future. I would not want to annoy you or any of your colleagues (in the future) with another complaint of the same kind like now. I am not a ""professional complainer"".

I haven't been on this site for a long time after registration, while my friend found a sweet lady here, and they are happy now. I am single for more than 3 years. I can't thank you more for reinstate my expired credits. I was not aware of the expiry date and I thought as long I don't use my credit, it will be there in the system. I got a rude shock when I saw my credit was forfeited two days ago. I wish there is an email to notify me before the expired date.

I don't in anyway say, that these ladies are doing anything wrong. I just wonder,why ladies are so loving and caring in their letters......maybe it is autentic,hopefully,but they are kind and loving....so no problem with them....but you know, sometimes when you haven't met a person,you can think that they maybe express more love than is relaistic....but maybe she is in love withe me???

As there is a 6000 character limit for writing, why can you not apply a minimum message size, say,2000/6000 characters? Thereby making sure that both parties are created for. At themoment, it is very unfair! I must pay to read very short, uninformative notes while paying again to reply. That is particularly unfair and morally wrong. If these ladies are sincere in seeking a good man, why are they not paying? Or at least find a policy that they must adhere too, and use. A minimum sized letter. Would be much fairer and workable, and I will like it much.

I struggle to understand your chat charges. Today I got invited to chat. One lady I replied and then instant sentence appeared. then for 1 hour nothing. When I looked back I seen a few sentences. I do not know how to search past chat history. Meanwhile, why the lady reply us so late but not instantly. I thought they shall be waiting for us to respond, but not letting us to wait and wast the time.

I am old enough to know and fully understand that not every relationship will work out. I too, have been doing this for many many years (trying to find my forever partner). The language difference is important to proper communication. Therefore, when two people have to rely on a business to be in the middle of their correspondence, the translators could properly translate and pass along that information, it makes things easier, which is the same thing I can feel in this site.

It seems that there is a big delay in communicating emails between service providers in the US and the Ukraine.
Also, for some unknown reason, my emails to her were getting bounced back to me but I think that was a problem of her email service provider not anything of her doing. I mistakenly thought that because she was having her own problems with her email service that maybe she received a new email address and did not inform me. In any case, all seems to be corrected now. And I am having good communication with my lady.
Anyways, it's still good for me to use its service, after all I have joined htis site for long. And I really hope that the service can be better

I hope I can find a lady that is really looking for a good man here on the site. I have written in my Profile that I want someone who is older than 58. I don't know why so many women under 40 that is contacting me, may be that is a complement. But If there're more fuction to help me filter the lady at my age, that would be better.
