STAY AWAY FROM CHARMGLAMOUR!! This site is a SCAM!!! What they advertise on their site, and what is actually delivered are two completely different things. When I requested a full refund, and offered to return the product, they replied by offering a 5% discount. Again, I explained to them that I want a full refund because the product I received is not what I ordered. They replied by offering a 10% discount. My correspondence with them has been like dealing with a 10 year olds mentality who writes in broken English. This has been a horrible experience to say the least. They are not a reputable company!! I would definitely shop somewhere else!

Charmglamour is a scam. I purchased a product from them in November 2019 and still haven't received it. when i could log into my account it showed that it was unshipped. i tried contacting them many times but never got a reply. now my account is not recognised and i tried to set up a new one but got an error page. i have done my money. don't have anything to do with them!
