!!!SCAM!!!! Utterly disgusted with them!!! I bought 3 dresses in November and still have not recieved it and it is now May. Thats 6 months!!!! I was in contact with Joan from customer service going back and forth saying the traditional customer service things even saying that I can cancel my order. When I was finally over being patient and decided to cancel my order and get my money back. She has yet to respond and it has been 3 weeks! So hopefully whoever goes to buy something from here will head my misfortune this website is a scam!!

they sent me something that was a giant size and promised me they would finally return my money after about two months of haggling with them. I mailed it September 23rd and today is December 4th and I still do not have my refund. When I contacted them they say they never got it back. I paid $23.90 And I sent it to the address they gave me in China. Unfortunately USPS does not track products to China. These guys are a big scam company. Their excuses it's still in transit. BS.

Is this company legit? Define the term "legit". If you are lucky, and what you have purchased do show up, then you can say that they are "legit". But when something goes wrong with your order, and you are trying to get help and ended up with nothing, do you still call it legit? All I can say about this site is "buy at your own risk".
I have used this website twice to purchase clothing and the first time was uneventful except one of the items I have purchased looked nothing like the one in the picture but I thought, "Hey, I can fix this so I never requested a return or an exchange". On September 2nd, 2019 as I was preparing for an oversea travel, I purchased 5 more items thinking it should be fine, I got 3 out of 5 of the items I have purchased before I was scheduled to leave so I thought the remaining 2 items would just wait for me in the mailbox when I come home. Wrong, nothing happened at all, and it is now Oct 15, 2019, more than a month after the order was made and they never even bothered to contact me regarding the partially fulfilled order. I tried to contact them, although they did respond fairly quickly the email they have sent me were generic, and then merely said "your order was delivered, call fed ex yourself." excuse me? No, so I screenshot their own website and told them if your website says "partial fulfillment" guess what, it means you did not complete the job. They have not owned up to any of the responsibility as a merchant, and never apologized for what is happening. And now they are just trying to avoid any type of responsibilities. From all of the reviews I have read on other websites, apparently, I am merely one of the stories. I am very curious, as a company you claimed your mission is "to ensure that [customers] have satisfied shopping experience on [charmeric]", how have you tried to change so people are actually satisfied? I am extremely dissatisfied with this company as I do not feel safe to continue to do business with them if this is how they handle their customers. I have shopped on many clothing websites including the ones from China, and this by far has been the worse. Sorry, never again. Shop at your own risk, but don't expect them to resolve any issues if you happen to be the next unhappy story. Also, use a credit card or other reliable source of payment to protect yourself, as that might be the only way you might get your money back when your CC company helps you.

Order 2 dresses, only one shipped. 2 weeks after receiving the first one I emailed about the second dress and was told it would ship within 5-8 days. 3 weeks later still now dress. I told them I want a refund and now it will be up to 2 weeks to get that. The dresses aren't worth the price or the hassle. They are really cute, but really thin... Really thin.

I ordered 4 or 5 items. Everything was shipped separately. Everything needed to be returned. No return labels. When I got on there website the return page was nonexistent. The "contact us" allowed me to send an email, which got me a response. They offered me a 25% refund if I kept the merchandise and had it altered to fit. Would have been great if the clothing didn't run small. Nothing to alter. I returned everything to BFE, China 3 months ago and no refund. Over $100 down the drain.

Never buy from them. They use deceptive business practices. Their product quality is laughable.. they send form letters when you contact them. You will never see your money again.

They send generic emails about REFUND and have NOT yet (3weeks) send a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. Of course they took my money from my credit-card!! I have filed Disputed Charges with BofA (10 days ago) so hopefully I can get refund and a label to return these 9 dresses I ordered online. They do not tell you till after you receive item that they have to be mailed back to CHINA at your expense within 7 days of receiving them!! They also stated you would receive your purchase within 5-7 days. It has taken 3 weeks now and still have not received all items as they mail them one at a time!! This company is NO GOOD DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
