My company implemented Channable to beef up our eBay presence and list more efficiently to eBay. Initially we had a tough go at it and I was dealing with many reps. However, once I got in contact with Ohudy Luna from channable he made it his job to fix any and all errors we were having. He stayed in contact with me and returned all calls and emails (I might have been a pain in the butt at times) but he always went above and beyond. It was essentially to the point we were thinking of discontinuing channable but once Ohudy took over helping us things worked out due to his dedication to making things right. Was a pleasure to work with and he to this day still checks in to make sure all is working as it is supose to. In my opinion I wish more support techs took the approch Ohudy takes because he is a ROCK STAR.

Taking money from you and i'm waiting for my money back. The updates call was every hour and that doesn't work. Only everyday and they picked my money for like 5 months. I called at the customer support and somebody there told me we taking contact with you end of july. It is now 9 October and i'm waiting for my money (€495)

Not happy with Customer Support. Good at taking money from your account, not the same with assisting you with any task no matter how much you request it. Always someone has to check, etc and things take super long.

I tried to implementChannable in my standard Woocommerce webshop but it costs me a lot of time and eventually also a lot money.
This is what went wrong:
1. I had to change the API key. This was not possible from the dashboard nor I couldn't find it in their documentation. I decided to create a support ticket. After a week of no response I tried to call them. After being to be in a queue for +15 min they answered me and it turned out that I couldn't change the API-keys myself. They had to do it, so I told them it would have been nice to read some message that I wasn't able to change it myself. Still no products online via Channable.
2. Now I was able to push my products to Bol.com. However I got an error message that the units of my products were wrong. After trying different settings a reached out to support. After a week I got a message back saying that they would investigate it. Eventually they found the bug. They parsed a , wrong (which should have been a . instead). In the meanwhile my account was full of test-cases which they had created. I was really surprised that they used my account for testing their bugs. I had to clean up my account as well - really unprofessional.
Finally where pushed to Bol.com. In the meanwhile I'd received already 2 invoices. I reached out to finance to ask them if they could give me a discount for the time I couldn't use their service. They told me they couldn't and that was it.
I wouldn't recommend Channable because of their bad UI and their horrible customer support service. They are focussing way too much on making money instead of building a great product.

Very intuitive tool, with more options than you will ever need. It's very easy to make a connection between your webshop and an online retailer. The custom rules allow customization in a very clear way. You immediately see what products your rule applies to and what the outcome is.
I had to contact customer support for a few things when starting out and response times were faster than most companies we work with. Overall super satisfied so far.

An excellent tool to use to create product feeds and more. You don´t need any specific technical skills and the on-boarding support is great. The feeds can be customized in many ways and you can add "manual" data from spreadsheets to extend the product feeds even more.

This is not a bad product. Help is poorly organized; words in Dutch are often found. Technical support will respond for a very long time, they don’t have a task to solve your problem, but just send a link to Sathya. Any solution to the problem may take several weeks. Very lazy and not motivated people work here.

Former deceased client of Lengow we migrated to Chanable three months ago. Thanks to the support of the Chanable team we were able to quickly implement the solution and even create parent to child feeds on our different Amazon platforms. Since then we have been able to use the solution correctly and our sales have even increased. I recommend it!

At our company, we absolute love Channable. We couldn't do without it. We rely on them for creating a lot of feeds to all our external platforms, all fully customized in a flexible way. It's very easy to copy certain standard rules and make adjustments if necessary. In addition, we use their Google Ads API which gives us the opportunity to automate a large part of our Google Ads. All in all, it's a huge time saver, very user friendly and it reliefs most of the pressure for our IT team since we as marketers can make adjustments to all the feeds ourselves. Love it and could not do without!
