We had a package set up for our owners with this business in 2018 so that any screened in porch additions were uniform.

This year, we can't seem to get any responses. Have tried the main line, email, Division manager, etc.

Unsure why you wouldn't want us to bring you a steady flow of clients?

We will be looking elsewhere for continued, loyal business.

The people I had were extremely professional. The installer was excellent. He made sure everything was perfect before he left.

The windows are what I expected, with the product and performance

They don't deserve even 1 star but this site won't let me give zero.
We had hail damage to our home and had to have the siding replaced on 2 sides of our house.
Champion came out on 8/30 and gave us a quote we signed a contract and they took and a deposit.
Deposit was promptly cashed. We tried calling the salesmen several times to follow up, but never received a response. Someone else finally called and came out on 9/12 to take remeasurements. I hadn't heard anything by 9/23 so called to get my install date.....after a run around, we were told that they put the job on hold because they can not do the job for the price quoted and needed over $2,000 more. I emailed the CEO of Champion Todd Dickson who just had someone call me back to say that its thier right and in the fine print on the contract states that they can cancel at any time.
Very shady business practice. Not to mention wasting a month of time that I could have spent having a reputable company do the job.

The rep who came bid the offer and provided a good deal, so we decided to go with Champion. First issues happened when the window measurements took place about a week later than expected. Measurements were conducted and a template was taken. After the 8 weeks came and went I called the rep to find out a status. He said he would look into it and never got back with me. After ten weeks cam and went I reached out again. Multiple text never received a response. Called and he finally answered and said he would call and get back with me on Monday. Monday came and went with no response.
At this point I called Champion and was transferred to installations the manager took my information and told me he would find out what was wrong. He called me back and told me there was a problem with the production and would need to be resized or he would give me the option to refund the money. We had them resized and the manager told me he would call me the following Monday or Tuesday. He never called. A week later and two voicemails. I call Champion again and work my way up to another manager. Explaining everything she told me she would have the manager call me back. Well he does call and after months of waiting for these windows he tells me there is nothing they can do and Champion CANNOT make the windows!!!

WORST Window company I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company.

We have used only Champion for all of our replacement windows, including a patio door and exterior door and storm/screen. They are reliable, efficient and fair. All the work we've had done has exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Champion for all your window and door needs.

I have had 6 different companies come out and give me estimates on getting 16 total windows and 1 door replaced for my house. They are way too pushy and their gimmicks to offer sales and 1 time deals is outrageous. There windows that we had them price out were just like the other companies since we wanted to give every company a fair shot at earning our business so it was comparing apples to apples for everyone. They started at $35,000 as the quote and when he saw the looks on our faces he knew it was an outrageous price. Then he said that he would contact his sales manager to see if we could get a better deal. So he called him and put us on speaker phone and he offered us a discount to bring it down to $17,500. This right away let us know that they are marking this up a lot and that they are probably getting away with this to a lot of people whom are not during their due diligence and pricing out their project with multiple companies. So we said that we needed to think about it and can we get back to them tomorrow. THE SALES MANAGER SAID NO THIS DEAL IS ONLY GOOD RIGHT NOW IF WE SIGN THE PAPERS. This was the dumbest thing that I had ever head of and I work in sales and know the game but this was extreme and pushy. Go ahead and have them come out and give you an estimate on windows but don't schedule them 1st schedule them last and then you will be able to see the difference. Every other company gave us pricing and there was no pushy sign now or that pricing is going away.

Please beware and do your homework. We all know windows are a big project and aren't cheap but beware of this company or at least know what your getting into before they come out to your house.

Good sales customer service and installation.
I still consider the whole job to be rather expensive. $6K for six average sized windows.

We got our new Sunroom finished this past summer. We can confidentially say that we could not have chosen a better builder than Champion for our Sunroom Project. After meeting with a lot of different contractors we met Kevin from Champion and from the first meeting onward we knew that Champion is the right builder for our Sunroom. Kevin is a pleasure to work with because he listens to your requirements, comes up with a nice design right on the spot, prices it and explains every detail without being pushy. Champion uses its own employees for installation and does not use private contractors. Now I realized why that was such a big factor in why I am so satisfied and happy with my new Sunroom. The Installation crew Greg Coby, Trevor Tillman and Crew were extremely professional and they finished my project in two days. They measured, leveled, sealed and installed every channel including all the windows and door very professionally. They did a fantastic job. The service guy Robert Fernandez who came out to my house a week later and painted my door trim was equally professional and did an amazing job finishing the trim. He went around, checked and adjusted all the windows to very precise detail while he was waiting for the paint to dry. Each and every champion employee takes so much pride in their work and it definitely shines through with their quality of work and their attitude. I noticed that even when you call the local office and the customer services reps are always so polite and ready to help. A big shout out to all the Champion associates.
They surpassed all our expectations and we are extremely pleased that we chose them over every one else. The best part was the quoted price for my Sunroom beat a lot of other competitors despite having superior product over the competition. Champion has great warranty and after meeting their associates i can sleep in peace because I know that they will always stand behind their product and work. Thank You Champion!!!!!!!!

Every one knew their job and Abel made sure of it

Great experience from start to finish. Sales and coordination staff, installers and repair services always polite, on time and effective. We love our new windows. After a few weeks, we discovered that windows needed a couple of minor adjustments - they sent a repair technician out as scheduled and adjustments were completed in about 20 minutes.

Fantastic product. I love all three doors Champion installed. They replaced the door jams, and everything fits snug. I'm glad I had them install everything on the same day. We didn't use our old patio door. It was too heavy and didn't move easily. Our new sliding door is a joy.

I love the new windows, they're definitely very high quality. The installation team was pleasant, professional and fast. The initial sales visit is long and drawn out with a shocking first price in an attempt to make the 'real' price seem more reasonable. These windows and this company are very expensive, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. With that in mind I feel like we received good value for the high cost.
