I had no problems with the ordering process or customer service and the coins turned out better than I expected. The only problem I had was although this is an American based company I did not realize the coin production was outsourced to China. It would have been nice to know that before hand.

Quality Work. Initially, I was worried the coins might not meet my standards of quality and crispness of image, but my fears were not realized. The coins arrived and the images are crisp, the lettering raised, the enamel and color even without imperfections and doesn't scratch off. All in all, very impressed.

The coins are beautiful, much better than expected!
The design process was easy and changes were made as requested. In spite of the holiday at the manufacturer, the coins arrived exactly as,promised in the order. There will be some happy Vietnam Veterans at their commemoration ceremony.

Honestly, this is the first time I order any kind of customized coin and my entire experience was great! The customer service over the phone was really helpful and very supportive of the design I chose. They added their own design to my coin to see if I would like it and it turned out to be even better than I had imagined. They were very respectful of the time that it took for me to decide on my final design and the communication was great. The coin looks amazing and the details on it surpassed my expectations. I recommend this company to everyone.

One less thing to worry about when you work with CC4L. What started as a conversation about coins led to adding lapel pins and bottles of bourbon to my order. I wanted the best and something unique. CC4L gave me both. I would recommend them and do more business with them myself. Thanks!
