I have tried to purchase ISDN creams at Carethy CH online site. After 2 weeks of my order, I contact the Customer Service and they informed that there wasn't any stock...I had to send another email asking about the status of my order ... Because of that, it took a long time to give me the option of having a refund...... Their refund process is very very long, they ask for 14 working days to give your money back even though the problem of NO stock comes from them... The refund was not done as promised (3 weeks)... and I am still waiting for the refund. It is clearly visible the lack of organization on their side. Be careful.... they have my money for over a month without the delivery and refund...
They don't have a good system as it doesn't confirm the stock level when process the orders, neither contact buyers of any issue... I had to send various emails to confirm status of the order... They don't share a Customer Service phone number... everything needs to be by email and long ... Stressful experience on my side. I am still waiting for my refund.
