Never answer their phone and then when you do something on your own like return a product for a refund you get an email telling you that you should have called for a RMA. REALLY!? If they sold every thing for a buck I'd avoid them. I order a lot on line over the years and at 58 I've seen all types of customer service both on the internet and in brick and mortar stores. This company is so low they would have to look up to see down.

I'm a big online shopper and let me first say that I have NO idea what kind of business they are running. Is customer service one person or a department because no one EVER answers the phone let alone returns your phone call in the promised 48 hour return time.My money was deducted immediately but nothing yet. I've emailed, called several times, Facebooked the main page, personally messaged it and nothing. I placed my order on September 2 and have NOT even received a tracking number nor have I received my item. I ordered a Cleveland Cavaliers bedding set for my son's remodeled room and sadly, the pieces I ordered for his room from Hong Kong arrived faster than any correspondence I have received from this company. I see that there is a note that allows additional shipping time for engraved items and fan mats or victor mills products but I don't believe that any of my items are customized and need that extra time. I'm truly disappointed and want a response by the close of business today or I will mark this purchase as fraudulent and shop somewhere else that can do what they say they're going to do. Clearly Certainty stores don't plan to be in business that long with these practices. I hope to hear from someone soon or else you've lost my sale. Pony express is unacceptable when I shop online and spend that kind of money.

It's been nine days (six business days) since I ordered some costume pirate boots. Aside from the immediate receipt email, I've had zero contact from them.
Their email and website both *literally* proclaim to have speedy shipping. I can't get a tracking number. The links in the email to track an order don't work. On the website, when you click track an order, it tells you to register or sign in. Since I purchased as a guest, once I registered it of course has no history of my order.
I've called three times without an answer (all during business hours). I've left a message once, with no reply. I've sent a message via their contact form on the website, again no reply. I replied to the receipt email, again no reply.
This company is either a joke or a scam. I've ordered from tiny mom & pop online stores, big league's like Amazon, and none have ever taken this amount of time AND been so unresponsive with communication. Not. A. Single. One.

To my dismay the other reviews were right on their customer service is horrible. I ordered my woman's vest on the 18 of September only did I receive an order #. They managed to pull the Money on the 21st of Sept and I didn't receive a tracking #. Today is the 24 n I have yet to receive ANY confirmation as to my order. I HAVE CALLED THEIR SO CALLED # 3 TIMES N LEFT 3 MESSAGES. EMAILED TWICE AND MOST RECENTLY LEFT A FB MESSAGE. WHERE IS MY ORDER!!! I will report it as fraud unless I am contacted w what I'm asking . I am in a biker club and the vest is of utter importance.

I am changing my review, After I posted a bad review, I literally got my hutch cover that day... the only thing about this company is they need to get better communication. Answer the damn phone every once in a while, you are in the service industry... it would make customers a lot more happy, if you just answer your service line... great product....

I did finally got a call back today after another half day of voice mail. The rep was very helpful and although the email had the wrong tracking number the rep called me back right away with the correct one. The item had shipped on 4/17 and was actually delivered just about 20 minutes ago to my niece 4/21. I am happy she received it however I do think this company needs to improve on response time and customer service. There should be no voice mail and I should have the tracking number sooner than a couple hours before the item is delivered. It was a very stressful experience.

placed order on 4/23/2015 has said ready to ship for 3 business days. after taking 5 business days to process order. Called for 4 days and no response. horrible horrible horrible. Never Again. So disappointed at the lack of any contact.
Just received contact from owner...he apologized for delay on updating tracking number and customer service not responding. he was very sincere. hope his employees step it up. nice guy!

Yes hello, I ordered an adult mystic male sorcerer costume from your website approximately 9 days ago. I have yet to receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for my product, I have now called several times and left multiple voicemails. No one ever answers your customer service line and my email that I sent two days ago has also gone without a response. I am more than a little upset with your company and I have since told all of my friends in the area (about 30-50 people) to not order their costumes for our events from your company. If the issue is that the order has a longer shipping date or something of the sort, that SHOULD BE advertised on the sales page when we input our payment information. Your website advertises (most items ship in 4 days or less), that means that my costume SHOULD have shipped 5 days ago at least, it obviously has not considering I have no received an email with the tracking number. If there was going to be a longer shipping time for my item I should have been made aware of that. I am still awaiting either a call or email from your customer service department. If I do not receive contact within the next 48 hours I am going to label the charge from your website as fraudulent and have it retracted. Thank you very much. :)

I placed an order with this company back on March 4th. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. It is now April 16th, and I still have not received my order. I was told on two different occasions that my order was shipped. I've made several attempts to contact customer service via email, and phone calls (voice mail only, because they don't answer the phone). So....after being lied to, and now being ignored, I have no choice to contact the BBB. Please think twice before you place an order with this company, they will take your money, and you will not receive your merchandise.

We ordered a leather motorcycle jacket, hoping the quality would be reasonable and got much better quality than we expected. Have referred several of our members to Certainty Stores and all have been greatly satisfied. Would recommend and definitely use again.

i believe i purchased a motorcycle vest great price eventhough i dont have a motorcycle. i have not worn it yet but i have worn it around my home just to get a view of how it looks. it is beautiful cant wait until the fall/winter so i can wear it with my boots

My husband has used this all of our married lifr (39 years) we have never had a problem like this. The cologn is sealed in a box. When we opened one of our...the lid was not on correctly anf aboit 1/3 of the cologne is GONE

I give this rating on the following facts - I placed my order for sheets for my nephew who starts college in August 2014. I placed the order on June 24th. I've received 2 emails, one is a conformation of my order and the other is this rating. I've called and left a message and no return call. I've emailed and no response from my email. You just can't get ahold of anyone to find out about your order, it's now July 7th, an I've not heard anything about my order but they have my money.

I placed order by phone, then realize I ordered wrong item, I immediately started calling to cancel the order. I continued to call and left messages for almost 2 weeks. When I finally received a return call, they told me the item could not be returned. Customer Service is poor and I will never order or recommend this company to anyone

I was pleased to find a Donna Sharp purse with the pattern and style I found appealing. Additionally, shipping was free and there was a discount! My only comment would be that it took a little longer to receive than I expected, having used PayPal and understanding the distance from the store to my house is just over 200 miles.
