I ordered and paid for an iphone screen which they never shipped to me.
On 4/22/2015 I purchased a replacement iphone screen and toolkit from CellularGadget.com. They sent me a confirmation email with my order details and the money ($49.88) was deducted from my bank account. They NEVER shipped my order. Today's date is 07/07/15, I have left many voice mails over the weeks because no one answers the phone. I have also sent many emails without any response. At this point, I believe my money has been stolen due to a scam.

Sent the wrong product
I ordered a MacBook Pro charger from them and they sent me the wrong part. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to answer the phone and no one does. They emailed me telling me to ship the part back to them at their cost and I have shipped it today. If they do not ship me the correct part and credit me for the cost of shipping, I will follow up with my credit card company and dispute it.

ordered parts for I-5 and never delivered them, sent fraud to bank got my money back. then then sent me a cheep phone charger the dollar kind and then got my money back from Bank as they say my order was delivered, Scammed again, don't pay with anything but PayPal and don't order from this company you will loose you money.....

Did not receive product that was paid for
I ordered a digitizer replacement screen for IPhone 5C-received confirmation on 4/15/2015 with "tracking information" supposedly. However, when you try to track item, it has not had any activity since the day it was sent. I have sent numerous emails & attempted multiple calls & even left a voice mail before business hours and no reply yet. When you call, you are placed on hold for 15 minutes then disconnected. This is a scam obviously and not a reputable company to deal with.

Did not ship product
Ordered iphone5 screen on 5/19/2015. Got order confirmation, usps tracking number -- and my card was charged $38.98. Called them, got recording, emailed several times -- no reply. Going to dispute charge with credit card bank. This is a scam -- stay away. They go by another name on my credit card charge.

Never Filled Order Took My Payment Immediately
My Complaint is pretty much the same as everyone that has one with this company, with a slight deviation. I ordered Two (2) Macbook Pro Chargers one Lshape Tipped AND 1 T shaped Tip. After two weeks, Three phone attempts AND 2email contacts, I received a shipment confirmation with tracking number indicating BOTH chargers would arrive shortly. A few days later a package did arrive that required my signature. once I signed and opened the box, I found One (1) of the chargers, no invoice, no indication there would be a second package. Two additional phone messages and another email later, I still have one charger that I was charged Double for $69.76 so I am either owed a second T Tipped charger or $34.88 refund. I have contacted my bank and filed a complaint with the FTC

Fraudulant sales of phone parts
After completing an online purchase for an iPhone screen, the company did not ship anything for months. I tried contacting them and after more than a dozen calls, I have still not actually spoken with a person despite their claim of you being able to "Talk To A Real Person" on their website. Eventually I received the wrong part, a cable. I emailed and called them several times. I have not heard from them. I reported the problem to my credit card company and they opened a case. My credit card company immediately got a response that Cellular Gadget shipped the item to me certified mail. They shipped me a $2 cable instead of the $35 screen. My credit card company closed the case. DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE. They are just a scam.

Took payment, sent product month later after fraud report
I ordered a 60 Watt power adapter for my Mac book. Cellular Gadget took my payment and did not send the product. I tried to contact by phone numerous times over the next month. I could not reach anyone by phone. A month later I filed a fraud report they sent the product and collected the money. Obviously I did not need the product at this point, I had purchased one from Best Buy. I am unable to get in touch with a representative at Cellular Gadget to return the device.

No communication after taking payment
I placed an order on 3/21/15 for an item that was listed on the web site as "is-stock. I never got an order confirmation email, shipping email, or tracking number, and cannot reach a CSR as the web site promises. Today is 4/14/15 and I still have not received my merchandise.

Ordered Item not delivered
Ordered a MacBook Pro charger on 5/29. Promised delivery same day. Received confirmation of order. Even received a USPS tracking number. It is still showing in transit since 6/2 with no updates. Shipping was suppose to be 3-4 days. Have tried multiple times to call company, put on hold then phone goes to a busy signal and disconnects. I have emailed them twice with no reply. I feel I have been scammed! Wish I would have read all the other complaints before using this company!
I only checked out the reviews on THEIR website and looked at their promises and guarantees. That's why I chose to use them...Never again. Very frustrating as I needed the charger right away!!

No product, no customer service, no response to complaints phone or email
I have the same story as everyone else on here. I ordered a new screen for a 5c iPhone and was given a tracking number. No tracking is available. No humans answer the phones, have been calling for weeks. No one responds to emails. I want a full refund and would love to see this company out of business and unable to scam others.

I bought a macbook computer charger on May 9, 2015 and received tracking information. It was reportedly shipped May 11, 2015 but I still haven't received it. It showed 3-4 day shipping so I expected to receive it by now. I Called and emailed them multiple times and no response. I am calling this a scam.

Took Money, No Stuff, No Response
Placed an order via their website and immediately tried to change my address. They did not respond to emails or phone calls or messages. Tried to cancel transaction and again no response. Saw numerous other complaints were filed against the company. I contacted my bank, JPMorganChase, whose policy is to do nothing until you've been robbed and then they open a complaint report. Swell.

My item never arrived
I ordered a Lcd digital screen for my iPhone 5 And never arrived. They did charged me $50 in my bank account with the shipping cost included And never received the item that I wanted. I contacted the company by email hoping they would explain to me about my order and not a reply. I called by phone and they would just sent me to a voice mail and nothing. This company needs to be shut down immediately,poor costumer service and they stole my hard earned money.

Shipped wrong items and won't return calls or emails after 1 month
Ordered two iPhone 4s screens and was shipped (late) two screens for iPhone 5s. After calling upwards of 50 times and sending two emails I have still not been able to establish contact with the company. Their phone line always syas they are "currently receiving an unusually high call volume" and cannot answer the call. Sometimes I seem to get into a hold queue, but after 10-15 minutes the call gets dropped. On one instance someone answered "sales" and after I responded they simply hung up. I believe they are either scamming people or have simply gone out of business and have given up responding to customer service queries.

Slow shipping - wrong item - no humans available by phone
I placed an order for a "Genuine Apple" 85W power adapter on 3/25/15 and was quoted "Standard Shipping - Standard 3-4 Days" on my order. Even had it not shipped until 3/26/15, I should have received it by 4/1/15. Instead, I heard nothing until 4/14/15 when I received an email stating that my order had been re-shipped. The email appeared to blame the issue on the USPS.
On 4/20/15, after nearly a week of the tracking number I was sent showing no information indicating that my order had been shipped, I emailed CellularGadget.com and requested that my order be cancelled. Email was my only recourse as I attempted to call several times and was unable to reach a human. After sending my cancellation request, I ordered a power supply from another vendor.
On 5/1/15, a package arrived from CellularGadget.com containing a 60W adapter. I never ordered a 60W adapter. I checked the tracking information for this package, and it was accepted by the USPS on 4/25/15, a full five days after I cancelled my order for an 85W adapter. They finally emailed me back and said that I need to send them pictures on the item I received and send it back to them so they can fulfill the original request. I don't want the original request fulfilled as it took too long to get here and I was forced to order from another vendor in order to charge our laptop. I have returned the other item to them and am disputing the charge with the credit card company as they clearly are not interested in resolving this appropriately.

CellularGadget.com does not answer phone calls or return emails after I paid for MacBook Charger
About a week ago, I purchased a MacBook Laptop charger + 3-5 Day Shipping. It has been over 10 days and I have not received my package. I have called/emailed only to get no answer/response. Because of this company's negligence, I'm unable to cancel my purchase or track it via shipping number. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. This is completely unacceptable

Package 2 weeks late, company never answers calls or e-mails
I also ordered a Macbook Pro charger like many others on here about 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I started calling them about a week after it not showing up, only to get sent to a voicemail (what kind of company has a voicemail??), and all e-mails got generated responses. I have yet to speak to a real person, I've left a 'voicemail' saying I wanted a refund, and have left several emails requesting a refund as well. Very frustrating company, I'll be glad to block their website once this is all over with so I can make sure I never look at it again.

NO PRODUCT RECEIVED NO TRACKING number NO PHONE AGENT
Cellular Gadgets is not a reputable company. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT order anything from this site or any of their affiliates. I have not received my product it has been more than a week since my order, no tracking number is provided, you cannot get through their phone line to a live person or otherwise.
YOUR MONEY IS GONE - Call your credit card company or banking institution to file a dispute immediately!!!

I order an i phone part on may 21 2015 from them they said 3 to 4 days and it has been a week, i called them many times they never answer the calls send them several e mails, never respond your e mails please never order from this company.

Not returning calls or emails, not shipping item that has been pain for.
Just like the other complaints here, I ordered an iphone 6 replacement screen that I can not get any information on. Multiple emails and multiple phone calls go unanswered, and their automated phone system just keeps you on hold until you give up. I wish I had reviewed this place before I placed my order. I can not elicit any type of response from them.

Does not ship product, does not respond to inquiries
Ordered iPhone 5S screen 5/17. Tracking shows shipped 5/18, but still at same place shipped from as of 5/29. Emailed and called with no response about status of order. I'm 4 hours away from their location....Have called credit card company to dispute charge...see what happens. Don't buy from them, you probably won't get your product, or at least, no response as to status of your order.

Phony website, wouldn't return attempts at contact
I purchased a laptop charger from the site, received a confirmation of purchase email, but never a confirmation of shipment email as they promised. Several days later I emailed to ask about the status. No response after two days, so I called numerous times. Every call went to voicemail and no one has returned my message. Also, my bank statement says the money was deducted from my account by "Everyday Wristband," which has also been reported as a fraudulent site. My bank is dealing with the situation now. Hopefully this site will be shut down - in the meantime, don't use it.

They processed my order for an iPhone 5s LCD digitizer then just dropped me. Not a word. I've emailed them and called several times. Their site touts "satisfaction" and "guarantees" all over it. Thought it was kinda overkill. Now I see that they just use that to trick people out of money. Thieves!

Worst Service Online Ever
This company should be shut down. Once credit cards are quickly debited, you won't hear anything related to order status. Don't bother calling; they do not answer any calls regardless of time of day or respond to any messages left on their mailbox. No customer service contact email is provided either. If product arrives, it will be very late. Since my item was needed right away, I had to purchase it from another local vendor. Cellular Gadget does not offer credit card refunds. I opted to keep their product too so as not to lose more money on this transaction. If you want to return, you'll be stuck with a store credit or exchange which only perpetuates dealing with them again.While prices may seem attractive, the service is poor so look elsewhere if at all possible.
