Was really enjoying putting this puzzle together only to find that an entire corner of the puzzle was missing! This was during the pandemic so I couldn't make a return therefore I completed it...so disappointing!

Just finished 750 peice mushroom puzzle and a piece is missing. I'm not happy, I should get a free puzzle.

Amazon reviews had stated pieces missing. Thought customer lost them. Mine had FOUR pieces missing. I have never had that happen before. I am meticulous about keeping track of pieces. The quality was great and it was a beautiful, challenging puzzle. I would have definitely ordered more but it is so frustrating working on a 1500 piece puzzle and having pieces missing.

I purchased a 2000 piece puzzle and completed it on my kitchen table with 5 pieces missing.
I live alone, had no visitors, sweep my kitchen floor and no pieces found so I'm 100% sure this sealed plastic bag of puzzle pieces I opened was missing 5 pieces! Not cool Ceaco!

Shame on you for more than doubling prices on puzzles during pandemic! I was going to buy a 6th puzzle, I actually would have given a great rating for customer service because twice you replaced a missing item. Your company is no better than all the other scammers out there.

got the correct number of pieces but got to the last two pieces and figured out that they were the wrong two....spent a collective 24 hours on this puzzle and out $14.00 for it........I will select Buffalo puzzles next time....As you can tell from the photo they are definitely the wrong pieces.

We opened a brand new Ceaco puzzle snd started separating the border pieces from the interior pieces. Many pieces were stuck together... not like it had been worked before, but in that they had not been completely through to separate it. To separate those clumps of pieces, would tear the backing off. Stay away and do not purchase. I have never reviewed a puzzle in my 56 years of life, but this was beyond frustrating! We were working a ton of puzzles during our Coronavirus quarantine and this really put more of a damper on an already stressful situation.

Having put together numerous puzzles throughout my life I found that the construction of the above mentioned puzzle was absolutely the worst I've ever seen. Several pieces became delaminated from the picture portion of the piece and the card backing leaving the puzzle incomplete with pieces falling apart. You need to get a new mfg. or find a new binding process. Hope this helps you with future customers and their satisfaction.

Bought the 1000 piece pride rock puzzle and "finished" it, with one piece missing. Puzzle was new and completely sealed, and thankfully I was able to exchange it for a new unopened puzzle, and guess what? MISSING PIECES!!!
Could not find the piece no matter what just like the first puzzle, and just tossed it back on the box!!! Wanna know the greatest thing!? I CANT RETURN THE PUZZLE!!!
STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS BRAND I STG

Had many edge pieces missing and also 3 DUPLICATE PIECES - just on the edge, so I stopped. I extrapolate there would be dozens if not hundreds of missing / duplicates throughout the puzzle. Many pieces not cut all the way through, several pieces delaminating. How is someone in the puzzle business that can't get the most basic quality control correct? It's like they cut the pieces for many puzzles, allow them to mix together and just shove them into random boxes. Don't EVER buy one of these puzzles. Which 3rd world sweat shop are they making these in? (I would give 0 stars if it would let me)

I thought I was missing pieces to my first puzzle, but later found them and completed the puzzle. I just completed my second puzzle, and all the pieces were there. I'm about to start a third one.

Spent half an hour separating and trimming puzzle pieces! Layers of backing peeled off too. Puzzle will be trashed if pieces do not fit together!

We are so disappointed with this puzzle. What was intended to be a quick morning puzzle left us a little upset. As you can see from the picture we finished our puzzle and 1 missing piece. Then for the next hour or so we crawled around our apartment looking like fiends searching for a lost puzzle piece. After thoroughly crawling throughout our apartment we have concluded that this piece was never in the box.

We bought the 12 days of Christmas puzzle and was assuming it would be fun to do a quick 100 piece puzzle every night the 12 days before a Christmas. All the pictures were really nice. Of the 12 puzzles, one had a missing piece and two duplicate pieces. How does that happen? Two others had a missing piece. I see from other reviews it is a common occurrence with the Chaco brand. Will stay away from them.

I complete 2 to 3 puzzles in a month. This is my first and last Ceaco puzzle. It was a 1500 piece puzzle and 5 pieces were missing.

How am I missing 2 EDGE PIECES? Like, what happens to all the pieces you guys are losing? Can't really finish a puzzle without two edges on one side, and they don't send individuals

I spent 36 hours working on a beautiful 2,000 piece Thomas Kinkade disney puzzle only to find a piece missing at the very end. I sent an email to the contact listed in the box only to find out that it was an outdated email address. Grr. But manageable. I then sent an updated response by finding the correct contact information online. A few weeks later an UGLY 1500 piece disney VILLAINS puzzle arrives in the mail. No note. No explanation. NO WHERE near a replacement for my beautiful puzzle and hours of work. I then sent ANOTHER email request because it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact these people via phone only to receive a message saying that the correct puzzle was out of stock and they're "sorry for the inconvenience". I don't want a different puzzle. Will my puzzle ever be back in stock? They were so rude and obviously did not even care to find a replacement puzzle that I would value. AWFUL practice. STAY AWAY.

Got just about to the end and realized there were 4 missing pieces......very unhappy. It was a beautiful puzzle but worthless if you don't have all the pieces.

We have done three Ceaco puzzles in a row, all bought new and all missing pieces. The first one we assumed we had lost pieces, but after three in a row we have concluded that these puzzles are obviously poor quality. All three were purchased at Walmart but I believe it's the puzzle company not Walmart. I think Walmart should find a different company to buy their puzzles from!

I accused the dog of eating the missing piece. I went through the garbage and all my clothes looking for the missing piece. Now I read that many others have had a puzzle from this company with a missing piece. That's just not fair.
Other than that, I loved the colorful, fun puzzle.
