I preordered a Titanfall key on February 18th and when I didn't receive it on release day I emailed them several times. They never replied. I went to their Facebook page and posted for help, and they said they hadn't received any of my emails and asked me to close a Paypal report I had opened earlier so that they could use funds on their account, promising me a code when they got the stock refilled. I stupidly closed the Paypal report. I say "stupidly" because... well, because they never replied to all the next emails I sent them and the only time they told me something on their Facebook page was that they would "let me know" when they got a restock. Apart from that, total silence. I'm fed up with this situation, I can't claim my money back and they still ignore my emails.
Bottom line: they never delivered my order and customer support is almost non-existent. I will edit this review if somehow I manage to get a refund or the Titanfall key I ordered. In the meantime, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
(Review edited on May 9th: they blocked me on Facebook and I'm still waiting to hear from those guys. Draw your own conclusions)
