Not communicating in any feasable way after I paid for the merchandise.
on November 14, 2013 I placed a phone order for 2 foldable hammocks from Cautivadora. On December 19, 2013 I received an email from them stating that the order had been shipped. Today is March 3, 2014 and I still have not received the order. I have tried numerous times to communicate with them to no avail. Website is down and so is there phone,

Did not get money refunded
I purchased an travel hammock through Living Social on 7/8/13. They had many complaints and cancelled the deal and refunded my purchase price in full. However, Cautivadora charged shipping in the amount of $16.50 to my credit card. I was never able to speak with someone and to this date, the charge had not been credited, They no longer answer the phone number or have the website, so I am guessing they are no longer doing business. If they are, I would like to find a way to contact them.

Billed for merchandise never received
I ordered a travel hammock from Cautivadora and was billed $109.12 on 12/15/13 and never received any merchandise. Repeated attempts to call have been unsuccessful. Originally heard of Cautivadora thru Living Social and utilized their promotion to order a travel hammock. I was notified by Living Social that there was a problem so called a representative from Cautivadora and spoke to them and then reordered the item over the phone. In December, I noted the charge on my VISA and patiently waited for the hammock to arrive. When it had not reached me by February, I began to call but have not been able to speak directly with anyone. I would be happy to receive either the merchandise purchased or my money back.

Paid for item and ever received item
I ordered the travel hammock through Living Social and after months of back and forth I was told to send a check and they would ship the hammock. The check was sent, cashed and I received a notice in December that the hammock was shipped - still nothing!!! I do think this is a scam since I have tried to call and email many times in the last 6 months and there is never a response. Now the phone is disconnected. Lesson learned

Never received Hammock that I ordered
I have sent several emails and placed many calls in an attempt to get the hammock I ordered through the deal site eversave.com last July. I have never once received a single response in any form.
I paid $59.99 through eversave.com for the voucher to buy this item. Then I had to pay shipping through cautivadora.com. I'm now afraid that they may try to use my information that is on their site (which was required in order to get my hammock).

Not responding to attempts to contact regarding poor quality
Bought voucher through Living Social for bird feeder. Tried different types of food but nothing flows through the holes. Living social suggested contacting Cautivadora directly. I've made several attempts to complain about faulty bird feeder that holes are so small feed doesn't come out request for refund or replacement. No reply or return call.

Never received my order, and now won't refund
I don't know if this is a scam, or just horrible customer service. I ordered a hammock through a Living Social coupon with Cautivadora in early July. Cautivadora said they were back-ordered and it would take 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, and no hammock, I emailed them to check status...their phone number just goes to voicemail. After a week of no response, I emailed again. Nothing. Another week, emailed again. Nothing. I finally got a response two months after I placed the ordered, apologizing and telling me they were still back-ordered and they'd ship out soon. After another 3 weeks, Living Social refunded my money, due to a bunch of complaints on this company not filling the hammock orders. I also got an email from Cautivadora explaining their shock and sadness that Living Social did that, saying that they'd still honor the price if we still wanted the hammock, but for those that didn't, they'd refund shipping. This was in early September. I replied saying I would like a refund on shipping, since the trip I wanted the hammock for had passed a week prior. No response.I emailed two more times since then, the most recent one being a little pissed. It's now the end of October, and still have not received a refund on the shipping. I hate them.

Overcharged and not received product
I was overcharged for an item I purchased two months ago. I am unable to contact the company as they have disconnected contact access. I received an email a month ago saying the product was being shipped FedEx, however there was no tracking information. It appears they lied to me. I will attempt to refute the charges with my credit card company.

Not refunding my money
Purchased a Living Social deal for travel hammocks. had to pay shipping/handling directly to Cautivadora.com. the deal was cancelled. Living Social refunded my money and Cautivadora has yet to reply to my multiple requests for a refund. My order #s were 10413 and 10415. I paid $23.43 shipping on each order totaling $46.86. this money was taken from my account July 13th.

not returning my shipping costs for hammock they refused to mail to me
I still have every email exchange with cautivadora. They do not respond to my requests of refund of my shipping. I have called many times and emailed as many times. I just want my money back. An honest business would never ignore any customer. You cannot trust this company. I just want my shipping back.

Purchased a foldable hammock-never received it
I purchased a Living Social deal for a foldable hammock through www.cautivadora.com. I redeemed the voucher on July 22,2013 and paid extra for shipping. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email when the item shipped. I have not heard from the company since. I have emailed them and left voice messages, but have not received any response. I have found several other people who have experienced the same problem. I did file a complaint with the BBB and am hoping they can resolve the issue.

Cannot reach company. No response to emails. No money refunded. No items received.
Ordered hammock through living social and paid the shipping to cautivadora. Received email that the deal fell through. Sent email to "special email" they setup to ask for refunds. I even tried to order it again on their website. However, mailing a check or money order was the only option. As I tried to call them with a question about this, I was never able to speak to anyone after multiple attempts. Tried calling again today and their customer service extension now transfers me to some random guys cell phone. I then tried to cancel the order and get my refund. Got an automated response saying I would have a refund in 30 days. I doubt that's going to happen.

Ordered product, never showed up, no response
I originally tried to buy my "travel hammock" via LivingSocial. I paid for my shipping. Company failed to deliver. They then said there was an issue with LivingSocial but that I could order from them directly for the same amount. They said they had a special phone number and email address set up just for LivingSocial customers. Go figure, no response the THREE times I each I tried via each channel. Now they are sending some blind email to me telling me that I owe them money. For what exactly? I don't want the hammock. I'll just take my shipping charged back.
This company has NO CUSTOMER service. I sit on hold, then am always forced to leave a message that no one returns. Awful.
