I had to RMA a 2080ti and so far this has been quite some hassle.
I requested an RMA label at the 17.02, after no answer for 3 days did I had to contact them again to get a return label. That label than was not sufficient for the size and weight of the packaging (the original one I received the GPU in) and I had to contact them again. This got delayed again because the label is only valid from 2 days into the future and my request that I can send it that day was ignored. Currently does Caseking have my GPU since 7 days. I wrote the customer service asking for a status. On my first request I got e generic answer that it usually takes up to 4 days. On my following request for more precise information did I got a new E-Mail address and a phone number to contact the RMA department myself. That phone number is just some endless music loop than no one answers. As of today the 06.03 do I not have any information on when to expect a new / repaired GPU..
This is getting ridiculous.

Each time parcel was great packed. E-mail contact is very good. It's no problem for caseking to sell products to other countrys - like Poland.

Although my order was not in stock (which I knew at the time of ordering), the communication was very clear, the dispatch of the product was within the expected time. Received the package in pristine condition with some very tasty candy to keep me motivated while starting to work on my new extreme build. All in all: excellent service, great presentation, great communication and they make sure to supply the necessary sugar to keep the concentration levels high.

Product availability is fine.
Shipping and customer service is a no go.
I ordered a Hydrocopper waterblock gor my 2080. Chose GLS as transporter.
Ordered on December 7th shipped the 8th. I sent multiple emails on friday 14th to Caseking + GLS and calls to GLS. The call has been answered and taken care of but even that didnt fix the issue.
Apparently there were missing informations like my house number and phone number.
Things that i already filled while ordering on Caseking. That weird adress first then number last kind of format.
Emails remain unanswered to this day and my package is going back and forth between an Expected delivery during the day and the Parcel center.
I took 2 halfdays off at work, so i lost quite a lot of money for absolutely nothing.
So far so good for my very first order on Caseking.

Don't worry i'm absolutely not blaming you for the horrendous shipping. I'm well aware that GLS is the sole responsible for that, and i'm from France.
I'm pointing out at the poor customer service that you guys are providing.
I'm dealing with GLS since Friday when the initial hand-out was supposed to happen.
I've sent an email to infoATcaseking.de on that same Friday at 5pm. We are December 18th on a Tuesday and i still have not been given a reply. I've been left all alone right there with 190€ out of my pocket. And no one to talk to. Besides you on Trustpilot. (Let me LUL at that btw)

Great shop to buy PC components from. They have a lot of items from different manufacturers, the prices are great and they have great discounts and bundles. The item descriptions are really helpful and descriptive, giving you all the necessary info without you having to search for it.
The support is good and fast (within 1h during work hours), although they could he a bit more helpful and descriptive at times.
For shipping I chose DHL with the package being about 10kg and this cost me only 15 euros for internation delivery, which is awesome. Items were sent 1 day after the order, which is even more awesome.
One thing there is to improve is that language is German by default, for emails and everything, which makes things hard for non-German people. There is a way to set English as default, but the descriptions are still not in English and I'm not sure about emails. Google Translate is one solution, but I believe you have a lot of non-German customers which would benefit from having everything translated to English directly. This was only a minor setback though since everything was still manageable with Google Translate.
EDIT: My items arrived really quickly (3-4 work days, for international delivery!), meaning the items probably needed to be handed over to DHL the same day they were ordered. Since I ordered multiple items, they were all put together in a large box and packaged really well, with protective wrapping.
Caseking is definitely doing a really good job and I'll definitely keep using them. I hope they continue doing this well and they've gained a customer for life.
NOTE: It may seem I'm affiliated with Caseking since everything in this review is praising them, but I'm not. I just had an excellent experience, which doesn't happen often when ordering online.

The main problem is, it does not correctly translate the website. Not the browser but the website itself.
But it's not really an issue since i managed to get quick feedback from customer support. Store has really great prices and discounts. I got suggested to this site and i've introduced the whole site to my school also.

Considering that I wanted to buy in Bitcoins, I had a very pleasant surprise ordering from Caseking. Everything went very smooth from the moment of selecting gear to the finalizing payment. Initially I intended just to see how this works and compare the result with other similar sites. First i made a mistake and ordering something by accident, emailed them about it..canceled it (quick response), then i made a order i wanted (on sunday evening), they sent the item on monday morning, by tuesday i got the item (Germany to Croatia).

December 18th - Filled in form for RMA
December 27th - First contact after repeated requests for an acknowledgement of my RMA (site says RMA number within 24 hours)
December 28th - Received RMA number
January 11th - Send RMA to Caseking (due to holidays)
January 15th - RMA received by Caseking according to track & trace
February 5th - First response of Caseking after sending the RMA after repeated requests for information. No issue found and they are sending back the faulty product
February 8th - Received return package
My first RMA experience with Caseking hasn't been very pleasant. It took them 9 days to actually reply my RMA request. Then it took them 3 weeks to actually look at my RMA after receiving the faulty product. Then, within a day they judged that there was no issue and they returned the product.
After receiving the product I noticed the issue was, of course, still there. Sapphire ( the manufacturer) deemed that there actually was an issue but they wanted to charge me for sending parts so I chose to send it back to Caseking as that would be free (if they found an issue).
The regarded product is a RX 580 Nitro+ from Sapphire. The issue is noisy fans. It is as easy as receiving a new set of fans, removing 2 screws, replacing the fans and presto, issue fixed. Now it took me a month to get through the RMA process and the issue still persists.
My first and last purchase from Caseking.

Highly unprofessional company to do business with!
After our business account was turned to personal, we try to register at caseking.biz, in order to make some purchases, but without a luck(bad registration form). After few tries and few days, we asked what seems to be a problem with registration. They replied, asking that we send additional papers and business info, which we did right away.
2 weeks after we asked them about our status of registration or any updates, but still no reply till this date, we initially registered at 12.1.2018.
EDIT: After this review, they actually take time to read it and to contact trustpilot for having one of their employee names written here. This is the first and only thing they did, they didn't even bother to contact us and try to see what went wrong. This is just beyond me, the lack of decent human manners, not even to speak about their "professional business communication practice". Just unbelievable...
And to reply to caseking comment here:
We are not dissatisfied with the checking of our business, we never said that, for God sake we agreed to send you additional papers so you can do exactly that. The fact that you are checking it for 2 months now and ignoring our emails about our registration status, is the issue here, if you didn't "understood" it by now.

I'm going to tell you about my disastrous experience with the online store CaseKing.
On 7.10.17 I ordered an I5 8600K processor which according to CaseKing marked as delivery date 11.10.17, I make the order and paypal payment, I am observing daily the whole process of my order and I check the day 9.10.17 that Caseking marks the stock of the product to unknown.
Contact with CaseKing and very kindly an employee informs me that I do not worry that the change of state of the product, is only for the new orders, that my order will be served in the indicated date.
The 11.10.17 expected date of the shipment of the product, CaseKing does not send anything.
I get in touch with them on 12.10.17 and by mistake I create two tickets with the same question.
When will they send my order?
In the first answer they tell me an employee of CaseKing, who regrets it but they have no scheduled delivery date and they will not send me anything.
Obviously I get annoyed by the lack of words and I indicate that it does not seem normal for me to say that I will not have problems with the delivery date and now they can´t serve the merchandise.
After about 30 minutes, another CaseKing employee answers, indicating that my order will be released on 13.10.17.
After receiving these two emails completely opposite to each other, I indicate that if my order comes out this week, that is no problem, but that they will be able to send it to cancel the order.
Today 13.10.17 they have obviously canceled the order, because I imagine that they can´t serve it and have only missed their word day after day.
The best of all this is that on 11.10.17 if they entered CPU I5 8600K but obviously, have preferred to sell such merchandise as pre-tested and modified CPUs, a product that can sell much more expensive and get more profitability.
At the end cancellation unilaterally by CaseKing for not having stock.
It has been my first attempt at purchase in CaseKing and unfortunately the last one, has been above the customer's business deal and by my way of thinking is inadmissible if you want to call it a TOP Online-Shop.
