I obtained a few gift cards for vacations and I can’t wait. I know nothings absolutely free and sending checks through mail can be weary feeling, but this place seems legit to me. The experience I’ve had so far has been superb, Sean in customer service has an amazing voice, I’d hire him in my call center if he wanted to move to Oregon! He even helped me get information on their promotional offers!

Linda in Customer Service made the process of confirming my travel dates very simple. She was able to address my questions and she went out of her way to let me know my confirmation letter had been received.
CBE makes its customers go through so many steps to get a vacation booked! It has felt never ending and daunting - as if things wouldn’t work out. It was nice to talk to someone who was clear and made the steps simple and quick and who could confirm the trip is real and I’ve been taking the correct actions.

I spoke to Nicole on Monday, September 23, 2019 and she was so helpful. I just broke up with my boyfriend that I had on the form as my companion traveler and wanted him removed. Thank goodness that my registration was just added today and Nicole was able to have him removed. She made my day because I have always wanted to go to Seattle and now I can with one of my girlfriends. I'm sure I'll have more fun now. Thank you so much Nicole for all your help. Your customer service deserves 10 stars.

Couldn’t believe I could have called in this whole time was waiting for my letter. I guess my address was misspelled. Sean emailed me right away while I was on the phone so I didn’t have to wait for the whole mailing process again, don’t write reviews normally but Sean took his time for me. Now I can get this started finally. I’m sending this in right away because I know this stuff takes time to set up. Will call back soon.

My family is taking our second vacation with Casablanca. We totally recommend it! Sean was so very helpful today. I was having trouble finding the dates that would accommodate my family and he as able to make a few adjustments and save our vacation! Other wise we would not have been able to book and would have needed a refund. But of course we want the vacation not the refund! Thanks Sean!

Linda is amazing. I had spoken with her before when I stated the process to redeem a travel voucher. I called again today, and man is she amazing!

Horrible representative!!! Beth was the one who called, asking me to upgrade my trip. Asking $132+30=$162 for the trip. Kept on saying that my trip to Catalina is low end motel with no air conditioning and made it sounded like a horrible place. Can't believe why Casblanca Express would put people in such a horrible hotel. When I refused to upgrade, Beth started showing attitude. VERY RUDE!!! AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!!!. Then tells me she tried to call me several times since 8/23. On 8/23, I called her back, she put me on hold and tells me she would call back that evening. Well, she NEVER called back on that day. She now tells me it is my responsibility to call her back. Making it sound as if I'm the one with the problem, because I'm refusing her offer to upgrade... And she hangs up the phone, again with rudeness!!!!! What is wrong with this company??? What is wrong with this rep??? I'll check out what they have in store and will follow-up with another review.

I want to give Linda the proper recognition she deserves from her wonderful customer service!
