Had an issue with the Mercedes zetros. They're rep kept telling me someone would contact me for repairs. No one hasn't called as of yet! I ordered a car for my son. We were so excited to get it. The website said up to 10 working days within the U. S. 3 weeks went by with no word from them. I call to find out it was going to be 4 months to get one and it might not be the color we ordered. If you want to waste 700 dollars just burn it. Dont waste your time on this company. My son is heart broken and i am very mad. I hope this distribution company and manufacturer go under!

We bought from card tots hoping that it would last a lot longer than buy a cheaper one. Our Jeep did not last more than a year and the board keeps melting we called in for replacement parts that we had to pay for. We replaced the parts and the board melted again they said there was nothing they could do for us.

I order a jeep on December 16 and I didn't receive it til January 26. Then when I open it it had missing parts to it so my child still couldn't ride it and the notifying them again about my troubles I was told I would get the parts in a few days but its been a week. I tried talking to Mr Wilson about it he just hasn't returned my messages. Probably couldn't give me a explanation. I ask for refund for the trouble that I've been going through and I was told no. But they have my hard earn money and I got a USELESS jeep. I rather went to powerwheels.

I don't like giving any business a bad review but I have no choice as I Have given them two weeks to resolve the issue we have and no one from their customer support will call us. We purchased a new Land Rover Defender from them and let them know that it had issues none of the lighting, horn or audio features worked. Was told they would have customer support call even told me they escalated my service request but two weeks now and only excuses. It's seems they are quite content to sell you a toy that does not work . I have asked for a replacement but no response only same old message be patient we will contact you but they never do. This was a Christmas present for our grandchildren so now we are stuck with this Rover that does not work. Not that it matters but I work for a very well known NASCAR owner and know a little bit about electric and mechanical issues. Trust me when I say connections are good and batteries are charged. I have kept all shallow promise emails I was sent by them (Ashley) but here it is less than a week before Christmas and still no help from them.

I purchased the trail blazer for my grandson. From day one had issues. The whole reason for purchasing the trail blazer because it advertises off road. We have a slight grade and bump yard. My three year old didn't even make it half way across the yard and gave up. Reason because it would hit a bump and slow down and then stop. He's thinking he did something wrong. Try to explain to a three year old that is the trail blazer not his fault. .It would hit a little bump or taller grass and shut off. Designed for power and rugged trail. What a joke. Contacted car tots and explained the issue we were having.Then due to that and my mother's health we didn't try it again for a couple weeks. Wouldn't start next time we tried. Contacted them again. Sent control panel which didn't fix the problem. This is garage keep not left outside. But when we tried to get started we pushed outside and because it wouldn't start we went on to other things. It started raining we immediately pushed it inside. It did get wet. One time. Spoke with tech support again and said it could possibly be the batteries. Had to purchase a battery reader. Sent new batteries. During my conversation with tech I expressed my frustration with this and asked for a refund. Batteries was not the problem. Contacted them again and sent me a ecm. Not without a good time on the phone and they tried to say because I asked for a refund I wasn't willing to work with them. Not true did everything the tech support asked. Not my fault what he recommend didn't fix it. ECM came installed it. Yeah it worked. No short term. One week. Wouldn't back up and now the peddle won't engage. Now they are saying because of water damage I have to get a professional to look at it and then they will sell me the parts. So if you only want a month use at the most for 600 hundred dollars go for it.
