So I have a powertrain plus contract coverage on my ford f150....the ignition coils are starting to break down causing my truck to act like the transmission is falling out...under this contract, everything that has to do with the ignition are covered except the coils...the most expensive part of the ignition system...I've paid $185 per month for 18 months on a powertrain plus contract that is absolutely no good...its costing me almost $1000 to have this fixed...what the hell did I pay for!?!....I'm beyond mad!!!...I do not recomend this service!!!

I have received two cards which, in bold red lettering, proclaim "VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE. Please Respond within 5 Business Days"...and..."IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE"...and..."TIME SENSITIVE"...and..."CALL IMMEDIATELY". No where on the card does it state who it is from, leading someone receiving this to think this is some kind of important official notification that require urgent attention. It is not. I called and immediately was connected with a salesman who began to try to sell me a car warranty!!! I objected and stated that their card is deliberately deceptive, but he pointlessly stated that it is not. No surprise! Just another scam. AVOID!!!

I'm so glad I switched to CarSure their customer service is excellent and helpful with all questions given to them. I was with CarShield and had a terrible experience with them they are a deceptive company didn't pay for repairs that should have been done and having me to come out of pocket more than 100.00 deductible. That's why I'm glad I switched to CarSure and you all keep up the excellent work providing excellent service to your customers.

Car sure offers good coverage, I just wish they would offer more for older/higher mileage vehicles because those are the cars that need it most. Other than that I'm satisfied with the service so far.

Your representative Rob went out of his way to help us when your claim system was down. My mechanic lost patience due to the system failure, and would not deal with the situation. Rob went out of his way to get our claim approved and rebuilt confidence with the repair company. Please give him all the consideration he deserves. All the best,

Deceptive practices to trick victims into calling to buy warranties.
I received a card in the mail appearing to be urgent. Contained bright red, bold text and wording such as, "TIME SENSITIVE", "CALL IMMEDIATELY", and "VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE".
The card did NOT contain the company's name at all. It stated that my car's warranty is about to expire (it isn't) and attempts to make it appear as if this card is coming from the manufacturer.
After calling to have my name removed from their list, they refused to give me specifics on how they obtained my information. The supervisor who I spoke to, Jason Ingold, stated that he did not find the mailer to be deceptive, and then proceeded to lie to me stating that their company's name was on the card, when it in fact isn't.

I just want to say what an awesome company these guys are! My dad passed away shortly after purchasing his warranty and they refunded the funds to the family. This is where I will be shopping for my next extended warranty. CarSure made an already difficult situation, a little bit easier to deal with. I can't say enough words to show my appreciation.

I phoned today and spoke to Michelle to advise that my husband had passed away 3 weeks ago. I wanted to know if this plan could be transferred into my name and what was required. She confirmed that I am also "named" in the plan although it isn't "shown" in the paperwork. I also wanted to know if this was transferable in the event I sold the vehicle. She confirmed it was and immediately sent the documents via email, together with instructions. Service doesn't get much better than this!!

I was having problem with a claim, this was around the first of the week. I called and talked to I would assume a receptionist and explained my problem. She said she would put me through to the adjuster. Apparently he was busy so I got his voicemail. I left a message, and after an amount of time I hung up and call back with the same results. After another amount of time, I made a third call. Someone picked up the phone, apparently recognizing the number, hung up and sent me to voicemail again. I waited until around lunchtime and called the fourth time. This time a gentleman picked up the phone, his name is Rob, and I finally got to explain my situation to someone from your company. I was somewhat agitated and not in the best of spirits, but Rob worked through this, and told me he would look into this, and then call me back. That he did, explained to me what was needed, and with that information would see that things were straightened out. I got a phone call the following morning from my mechanic telling me everything was okay. I realize people are busy, and I'm sure you get tons of calls, but people need to learn that courtesy, understanding and perhaps a little sympathy on their part, could quite possibly make things a lot easier for everyone. I want to say thank you to ROB, never did get his last name, and let you people know that in my opinion, we need a lot more gentleman like him. This man was as professional, understanding and most able to get the job done. I truly hope for your sake, that you have many more people like him working for you. I called him today (28th), and personally thanked him.

I purchased this warranty in 2017. I paid off my policy in full before utilizing a claim. My oil pump messed up and needed to be fixed, which is a covered part under the warranty. I took my car to an automotive shop and it took a month of going back and forth with CareSure to try and fix my car. I sent in 18 months worth of matience records and all. Finally after a month i literally called on a daily basis. My claim was denied for a covered part and i decided to cancel my policy. I sent in my cancellation letter January 25, 2019 and was told it takes 6-10 business to process. Here it is almost February 25, 2019 and im still being told my refunf for my policy is being sent out on friday. This company lies so much and they dont have a clue about how contracts are supposed to upheld. I have been told every friday for the last 3 weeks my refund amount will be sent on Friday. I still haven't gotten my money yet. DON'T PURCHASE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND EVEN AFTER CANCELING YOUR CONTRACT AND WANTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

I am not certain about recommendations to anyone; however, I know for a fact that I was given the best advice and consideration by the carsure representative Rob who helped me with my frustrations following a warranty that was not covered by CarSure for my headlights on my Cadillac SRX. He kept me calm and helped me to stay calm and rational when I was about to cancel my CarSure Warranty. He helped me by waiving my February payment of $177.00 and reducing my monthly payment to 96.00. That in and of itself was a huge relief and I greatly appreciate his services and expert advice.
