I have done this 3 times, same reply from you. That means you are not even trying to see where you are wrong.
Again. How is it possible that I
-Book a car and prepay for it
-Show up and there are no cars at all
-You tell me to rent somewhere else and I will be reimbursed
-And its now my fault I did not show a valid credit card at the office who did not have any cars? I was not even asked.
Come on people, do you not see that something is wrong here?
You owe me 500€ for the extra rental car I had to pay for.

We booked the car rental thru Norwegian and Cartrawler. Cartrawler is booking cars with Firefly that is a very bad car rental company and Cartrawler is selling bad insurance thru Axa. I mailed Cartrawler that they are selling bad "products" but they never answered.
I will never use Cartrawler and their boooking service again

Booked a taxi for Bangkok (BKK).
Did not turn up. Tried calling the number - It’s a Chinese number (they sent a sms 21 mins after driver was meant to be there).
The UK NUMBER doesn’t ring.
This was booked through Emirates, and they have no details to pass on complaints.
The email address doesn’t deliver messages.
