Ordered parts, didn’t receive two 5 ltrs containers of oil. Had to phone customer service on four occasions to chase up my order. On each occasion, customer service staff were polite and friendly; I was assured everything was in hand and that my oil would be sent by express delivery; I am still waiting!!!!!
It’s nearly three weeks now, customer service say it’s now dispatched!
They need to reflect, that such poor service makes customers buy from local retailers who are not necessarily cheaper; but who are more reliable and efficient.
CarParts4Less, do you really care about your customers, it would appear not to be the case.

Ordered a new battery, when unpacked the battery had been upside down in transit and had been leaking acid. Contacted Carpart's4less on chat and spoke to Richard, who was very polite and understanding
and said he would arrange for another one to be delivered or, I could take it to one of their outlets near where I live, which I agreed to do but I realised that I had originally ordered the wrong size battery and told him, he said " no problem " and sorted that out as well. I must say that I was treated really well by Richard and give him the full 5 stars.

Updating this to a 4-star review due to the competence of the customer service agents who I dealt with yesterday who sorted out the issue I had and got the part I needed delivered today. Chloe was my last contact via email but I believe it was Vicky (not 100% on the name) who dealt with my call and both should be acknowledged for their good work.

Terrible. Ordered brake caliper showing as in stock. After 6 days started chasing them as heard nothing tried online chat to be told item not available. I wonder when they would have bothered to tell me if I hadn't chased.. Passed to customer services who take 2 days to reply (so what's the point of the chat service then)? Customer service email after a few days to say trying to source part and will give update at some point in the future. Still heard nothing now 10 days, asked for replacement of another make no answer, now trying to get money back to get the part from a company that gives a **** Truly awful customer service. You might be lucky or you'll get this shambles.

Ordered an EGR Valve - VERY good price for a quality brand.
Arrived next day - received several texts from DPD giving me a time window of 1h and it arrived in that time.
Currently -1 Star as no information as to how to claim back the surcharge for the old part - I assume I need a return code of some kind, but no response to my email yet 36h later, although they do say allow 48h for a response. Will update the review once this is all sorted

I ordered using the 24hr service. 48hrs later due to the incompetence of DHL my part hadn't arrived. Within 2hrs of my call carparts4less had another supplier deliver my part. Brilliant service, thank you Charlotte in the call centre.

I only gave them a 1 star as there was no lower. AVOID this company at all costs. Never answer their phones, been on hold for 40 min from 9am when their phones lines opened. Parts took over 2 weeks to come, then to arrive with parts missing. Wished I paid more and went to a reputable company such as Europarts

Bought a part - courier left a card saying "missed you - delivery next day" - waited in - no delivery. A few days later -"We have approved your refund" - Call CP4L - "Sorry - it was damaged we will send another" - Next day email - "We have refunded you" - Called them "Sorry... Nothing we can do, buy it again" - it is more expensive I have to pay MORE for their incompetence. The courier is probably the cause of the problem but - THEY JUST COULD NOT CARE LESS - 16 days wait and STILL no part for my car & I have to start again. I have bought before & no problem, but they just are not interested in providing any service should things go wrong.

Put in my car Reg and what I wanted and got a list of parts saying these may not fit my car!!!!! Like going into a garage and the parts chap puts option on the table from multiple car models and say good luck mate! Funny world!!

I do not know even where to begin. Made quite large order with them as I was rebuilding my car's engine, basically a set of gaskets, valves, tappets, stem seals, etc...
They were not the cheapest but CP4less had everything in stock and it could be delivered in a single shipment, hence my decision to go with them. I ordered on Mon. and was going to do the repairs on the weekend so plenty of time to get it delivered using a standard 5 day delivery. When nothing showed up on Sat I contacted their rep via webchat. He told me that my order was on its way and despite their website, he claimed their standard delivery was 7 working days so, according to him they had still time to deliver. I was not very happy but had no choice as to move the planned job for another weekend. When the next weekend came, there was still no trace of delivery, so I contacted them again. This time their rep informed me that the items I ordered were not in stock and I need to wait longer. I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund but I was refused apparently due to their policies. Spoke with another rep who told me these parts were manufactured and shipped from India, and in that stage it was too late to cancel the order. I did not take their buls*it and asked to speak with someone from their complaints dep. I chatted with Rebecca, who reassured me that my order will be cancelled and I will be refunded. After a quick conversation with her, 2 weeks after the purchase I received their standard email saying "your delivery may be late..." Few days later coming back from work I discovered a parcel left by my door. It contained 2 unbranded valves and an invoice from CP4less for all items. I ordered a branded product they sent me badly machined valves made o chinaesium. Contacted them again and complained that I cancelled this order and bought my parts from Bestcarparts instead, so I did not need duplicates. The invoice was listing all product when only 2 were delivered and I ordered branded OEM parts where they sent me their unbranded replacements. The rep could not locate the order and had no clue what I was referring to, nor any knowledge of what and when was delivered. Again, he promised me to fulfill their earlier promise to provide me with the refund, collect items delivered which has never materialized and told me to refuse any other deliveries. These deliveries started coming next week like a flood, each containing 1 or 2 parts only. I refused them as much as I could but there was still no trace of my refund, so contacted them again, and gain I was promised the quick refund. Finally, as a deadline of Paypal protection approached I contacted them again, this time they stopped replying. I made a claim through Paypal, they threatened me that they cannot refund if paypal case is opened and told me I need to cancel the Paypal dispute first, so they can pay me. If I did what they wanted I would lose Paypal protection as the case can be opened only once. Paypal stepped in as it was against their policies and imminently side with me refunding me all money.
Now I want to take my case to trading standards but they refuse to provide me with a deadlock letter.
Thy sold me stock they did not have, lied about delivery, lied and refused to refund, treated my money as a cheap credit, and will not comply with any regulation nor will allow you to take your case to the independent body such as ombudsman.
Definitely the WORST retailer I have ever used!!!

Without doubt the worst service ever. These are a bunch of clowns. I would never use there service again even if you handed me a million pounds.
Ordered item delivery company constantly messed me about wasting my time waiting in and they never showed up. I then travel to collect the goods as they can not make a simple delivery to find my £350 headlight balast is not in the box and there are cheap car Matt's in there instead. Make numerous complaints and ask for the goods to be sent, each time speaking with a different liar who ensures my order will be delivered. 3 weeks of complaining and finally someone guarantees it will turn up and gives me a tracking number so this time I have a little hope.
My order arrives and when I open it again it is not what I have ordered and a cheap piece of rubber is in the bag instead. I then phone again to complain and this is still ongoing.
They have had my money for 1 month now and I still do not have my order.
Please do not waist your time or money on them they are crooks

The original order which was over 6 weeks ago go was incorrect so I sent one of the items back that was unneeded and am awaiting a refund of £85. 5 times I've been on the phone to customer service and each time I'm I'm going round in circles. They don't seem to care at all. Spoke on last occasion to an apparent supervisor called "sheree ". She didnt help at all. Very patronising staff on the phones.
There are many car parts providers out there. I wouldn't advise euro car parts either as they own this company. Not that the customer advisors care but they now have 1 less customer.
Close to 2 months and still owed 85 for an item sent back.

As the agent advised me she had consulted her manager, I feel it necessary to escalate the issue to a higher tier of management.

I ordered almost £300 of brake parts for two cars from here with 2 day delivery added. I read these reviews after ordering and was fully expecting them not to arrive on time. I'd ordered early monday morning to get the parts on wednesday. Unlike the other reviews, I got the items on time mid-way through wednesday after getting the a text from DPD giving an hour time slot between 12:26-13:26. Perhaps I received them on time as it was a large order or it could have been a one off, I also live around Glasgow, Scotland so there could be regional differences in service. Only improvement I would add would be the customer service aspect, you need to track your orders on the company site and there are not many emails to keep you updated until the DPD text comes through on the day. May not be the best company but as their prices are very low I'll continue to use them until there's a problem.

Car Parts 4 Less have completely messed up my last few orders. One went missing and ended up at DHL in Germany. I phoned CP4L and they knew nothing about it, but reordered the items. I phoned 2 days later as I had no delivery confirmation as usual and it turns out the replacements were not even dispatched, so I cancelled the order.
Another order had a set of brake pads in which I didn't order, so I contact CP4L and had them collected. How can you put a set of brake pads in by mistake? They are a very heavy item.
The latest order was placed on a Friday and I get an email late on Monday saying the item isn't in stock and will take 4-5 days delivery.
The customer service is terrible when you have a complaint and they offer nothing at all in goodwill.
The only reason I use this company is because its a Euro Car Parts subsidiary and are usually cheaper than ECP.
I was contacted by Andrea from Car Parts 4 Less after my initial review and the customer service is what it should of been when I first highlighted my complaint to CP4L. Its now a satisfactory outcome, very happy and Ive been advised that if there are any further issues I should contact Andrea directly which is reassuring.
I have amended my review from 3 stars to 4 starts because of this.

Further to my initial review about CP4L (car parts 4 less), after a very frustrating and annoying initial order and subsequent complaint, CP4L customer services contacted me, and the lady really went out of her way to correct the whole situation.
She stayed true to her promise and had the full and correct items sent out the next day. Many Thanks Stacey.
As I mentioned in my original review, I have ordered many items from CP4L and they have on the whole been a good company to deal with.

First and last i will ever use these cowboys. Paid £3.99 for next day deliver, took day off work to get car sorted and product didn't arrive. Very minimal contact from the company. I've now been told they've made a "Request" to do a refund. Steer well clear guys.. First time i've ever had an issue with car parts!

in all honesty normally i had no issues , but this time they messed me around , ordered 150 pounds worth of service parts and timing kit was out of stock they said on invoice sent with goods , will be with me in next few days - so waited a week , still no stock , waited another week and they tell me they still chasing warehouse on stock update - i cancelled the order and cs rep said she will process refund , if no stock then don't mark it as available when ordering!!!!

Order parts in the 13th of April and delivery states 3-4 days I phoned up today the 19th of April to find out my delivery is expected on the 24th of April. They have both my phone number and email but yet failed to tell me about the delay.

If i could give this company zero stars i would, ordered an item and payed extra for next day delivery which didn't arrive even after waiting for 3 days before giving up, was kept on hold for over ten minutes when trying to get a refund which they said would take up to 5 w/days (still no refund), after sending countless emails and getting no replies i am still waiting on a refund, please avoid this company they will let you down sooner or later.

Appalling company. Total time wasters.
I understand that items go out of stock (even though 2 weeks after they accepted my order - only to later be then told it was out of stock - the item still shows as “in stock” on their website). No problem I said, I was happy to wait and the extra 4-5 days seemed reasonable. But, when I then chased the order 10 days later, they said they had no idea when it would be in stock. “Are we talking weeks or months” I asked. We don’t know they said. “Perhaps talk to your supplier?” I suggested but no, in 2019 and all the various forms communication we have available to us, this simple task proved beyond them.
