I purchased a catalytic converter for my Mazda, and have had nothing but trouble with it. The company wants me to test any/every item related to the fault code, to make sure that is indeed the converter. I have spent about $800 proving the converter bad, but they still won't admit to defective parts, and refund? Terrible customer service, beware of this company. I hate to say it, but I almost wish that the virus had closed this business down, for all or our goods.

This is the first time I ordered from carparts.com. the reason I used them was that they stated I would get my part in 3 days it's now been 9 days and still no parts. I go and track my order one spot says I'll get my parts on the 29th and another spot say I'll get it on the 6th when originality I should of had my parts on the 26th. I will never use carparts ever again nor will I recommend buying from them if anything I'll tell everyone not to buy from them. Carparts sucks

They took over 8 business day 10 regular days to get my package to me. I will never use them. And I would not reccomend them to anyone. They are a disgrace I should hae just paid 10$ more and went with a reputable site for my part. They lied about shipping. And used the cheapest shipping possible making it impossible to expedite.

Took 3 days to process,, 5 days to ship then customer service is arguing with me asking me why i would contact fedex in the first place... i told them why wouldnt i they have the package right? Wrong it was still at the ware house after being told the day before that once a tracking num was emailed that means it had already been picked up... again wrong... stay away

I had to order 6 repair parts from multiple sources, carparts.com being one of them. Of the quoted delivery times, carparts.com was the longer of them all (5 - days vs 3-days for the others). Now 2 days past the quoted delivery - no parts.
If you can't delivery the parts on the time you quote, then you are in the wrong kind of online business.
I will never use carparts.com again - not worth the $6 price difference.

I ordered a small sensor. Order it on the 18th of July. Followed the tracking. Never got it. Never came in the mail. But for some reason a return was processed! July 29thThey sent me three emails confirming my return. I never requested a return. They refunded me they say. But I paid 6.99 in shipping and aren't complicating for that? The whole thing is a joke. This company is untrustworthy I advise others to not order from this online company. This year 2020!

I paid for overnight shipping thru this company and wont receive my item til the day after i ordered it. Was given a bunch of excuses. One of which was that because i ordered it after 1 pm it wont count for the next day delivery. Which was not provided to me when i selected the option or i wouldnt have paid the extra $80.

Absolute garbage website, ordered a fuel pump and exactly 7 days after the warranty of 90 days ended my fuel pump stopped working, very convenient. Support system is trash, they don't respond quick unless you call and even then you are forwarded to people who can't even help you. Don't order from this website, choose another one or better yet get parts from your local auto parts.

Biggest rip-off I've ever seen the most incompetent I have ever seen order depart took the money out of my account less than an hour later told me I had a shipping number which does not exist no ass clown in the office can give me any information whatsoever if you call for customer service it's 72 minutes tried it once and they hung up on me you people suck I will never ever use you again and I will make sure that anybody I know doesn't use you either. This company has NO customer service. I ordered parts. They screwed up the delivery address. When called placed on hold of over 1.5 hours. The rep told me my problem was no big deal and he didn't care about my wait. Admitted the problem was there's. He said he would reprocess the order but no overnight shipping only ground and I may be a problem again. What kind of business would run this way with this help. I strongly recommend buying elsewhere. DO NOT use this company. There are nanny good companies selling parts that do care about the customer. Bad to the bone company

When I ordered from carparts.com (May 27th) they said I would have the parts in my hands in 2 days. I finally took delivery of the second half of a split shipment June 11th. I sent countless emails & innumerable phone calls leaving my number. Not one return correspondence. I gave them poor ratings on their website and they never posted any them. Whatever they say, buyer-be-ware!

I placed an order of $200 dash cover for one of my restoration jobs it took a month to get it when I got it it was completely damaged ! the box it came in was fine so clearly they didn't care they just threw it in the box anyways and sent it ! it took me eight days to contact them for a return then another four days to get a return label Then it took four weeks to get my refund I sent numerous emails spent 45 minutes on the phone four times trying to contact this company ! They never answer their phone or their emails impossible to do ! do not waste your money or time worst company I've ever dealt with and I own an automobile restoration shop

I kept receiving different emails with tracking changes. The items were "in stock" but apparently that was not true. The parts were suppose to be here and I waited and even paid for the shipping. I called carparts customer service on 3 occasions and help for over 2 hrs. I have 1 screen shot of me just waiting over an hour in attached. What happened was not ok. I still have not got my package.

I ordered a part on May 28th, 2020 and today June 12th, 2020 I am still waiting for my part and on my account the item status still says processing. I called to speak with customer service and I was informed that my wait time was 42 minutes. It's very miss leading when your confirmation email says, "Arriving on Mon, Jun 01, 2020" then trying to get in touch with anyone seems challenging.

I ordered a part for my truck and they sent me an arrival date of 4 days when i ordered the part, two weeks later i am still waiting for the part. No-one from the company will return your emails. Why are they still in business? If you need a part now, go somewhere else. If you want to wait 2-3 weeks for your part, this is for you. I would think twice when i order from this company. I know i will never order a part from them again.

I ordered two fenders for my truck. Carparts.com cancelled one fender and sent me a damaged fender. I have sent three emails to them wanting a refund. I did receive one email back asking if I wanted them to send me another fender or a refund. I responded refund. That was 3 months ago. I haven't heard anything back from them. Definitely will not be buying from Carparts.com again.

Tried to cancel my order hours after placing it. No Customer service when i called i sat on hold. Then it offers a call back service, which i did 3 separate times with zero results. Emailed the company directly twice. Sent a message thru Paypal. And filed a return on their website, all without a response.. The next day, they decided to ship it anyways.. I finally sent a message on messenger, and got a call back in minutes.. A young kid telling me its not their fault, and now it's MY problem.. I need to ship it back across the country, and tie up my money until they receive it backed. This company is a scam, shop elsewhere..

I bought somecrotors and pads for my car on May 20th. They do not fit. Have been trying for the last week everyday to get a return label sent to my email. No luck. ! Have been calling # all the time. I bought brand new roters as soon as I drove half a mile one fell apart. My mechanic said in 20 yrs. He's never seen one do that. So I had to pay extra garage time money, plus buy another roter. Now they won't except my emails. NEVER AGAIN

So I ordered a skyjacker steering stabilizer “kit“ you can look it up it is a “kit” Part Number: S978213 what I received was one shock a couple boots a couple stickers one bracket and one zip tie. None of the hardware was with it the other shock was missing and so was the other two brackets, the Ubolts and the other three zip ties plus the instructions. There was although a parts list included that clearly showed what parts I was missing from the Kit I contacted customer service by phone numerous times “waited each time over an hour” made numerous attempts on their web sight “contact us” and wrote many letters to them with ZERO response all I ever got was when I called them was they was looking for the missing parts REALLY it’s been over 2 weeks they couldn’t just send out another kit with a return shipping label for the box of useless parts. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CARPARTS THEY ARE SURE TO RIP YOU OFF
