I bought brand new roters as soon as I drove half a mile one fell apart. My mechanic said in 20 yrs. He's never seen one do that. So I had to pay extra garage time money, plus buy another roter. Now they won't except my emails. NEVER AGAIN

So I ordered a skyjacker steering stabilizer “kit“ you can look it up it is a “kit” Part Number: S978213 what I received was one shock a couple boots a couple stickers one bracket and one zip tie. None of the hardware was with it the other shock was missing and so was the other two brackets, the Ubolts and the other three zip ties plus the instructions. There was although a parts list included that clearly showed what parts I was missing from the Kit I contacted customer service by phone numerous times “waited each time over an hour” made numerous attempts on their web sight “contact us” and wrote many letters to them with ZERO response all I ever got was when I called them was they was looking for the missing parts REALLY it’s been over 2 weeks they couldn’t just send out another kit with a return shipping label for the box of useless parts. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CARPARTS THEY ARE SURE TO RIP YOU OFF

they have you buy a part then send an email its out of stock after you paid. They then send you the wrong part and have no way of contacting them for refund, I tried calling 5X and each time was on hold anthem dropped. I called sales 3X which is outsourced overseas. They were worthless! Do not use these people!!

I ordered a car part from carparts.com and I received it on time, but the part was defective. I sent several emails and tried calling and got no response or answer. I am still trying to get in touch with someone about this matter til this day...... it's going on three weeks now. So, yeah. I would NOT recommend shopping on this site.

Was having issues finding my model and contacted them for help - they directed me to the part I was looking for - shipping seemed fast and fair. Took the door all apart and come to find out it's the wrong part. Contact them to see about getting the part replaced and they inform me I'm on the hook for shipping back the wrong part- I even contacted them to make sure I didn't have an issue and now this?

I bought headlight from carparts.com for my 2004 Rav4. I sold the car few hours after I paid for the headlight. I called, left voice msgs and sent email but didn't receive any response until one after the purchase and the headlight has already shipped. I was told to receive the headlight and reply back to the email I received. I did exactly that but never heard back. Beware of this company. I will not recommend this company.

I bought couple of parts they charged a lot for a faster shipping process and it's still on shipping process (4 days past, waiting 4 more days)... ridiculous time. This is definitely fraud. Writing my review to every website possible where I can help people not buy anything from this company. Please report to BBB just as I did. And to avoid other individuals go through such unpleasant time.

I ordered a bumper for my Ram 1500 on May 2nd - website said it was in stock, and delivery was estimated May 7th via FedEx. My AMEX was charged $334. Today is May 16th, and still no bumper. FedEx has no information, because they still have not received a package to ship. I've tried to reach someone at Carparts.com, but their online chat line is disabled, their 1-800 customer service phone line leaves you on hold forever and no one picks up (the worst wait time was 45 minutes, all while their hold message brags about their excellent service and reputation!), their Chicago-based fulfillment number gives you a recorded message telling you the department is closed and to call back during business hours, even when it IS business hours. I've sent 3 separate emails to their customer service email, and have received an automated response saying they'll reply in 48-72 hours, but no emails with any answers. I've disputed the charge with AMEX and turned it over to them to try and get a resolution. Horrible experience!

Ordered two parts the same day took two weeks to receive when I got them the yoke was the wrong size they gave me no option to choose a different size so didn't realize tell I tried to switch them then I received a front drive shaft which makes no sense seems how I ordered a rear yoke and a rear drive shaft now I have to waste my time trying to fix there problem I just want my money back take your parts and your service and get the $#*! out of my life

Ordered a fuel pump assembly from carparts.com on May 1st which showed a delivery date of 5/4. After charging our card, the date moved to 5/8. Then after not receiving on 5/8, we checked fedec tracking only to find delivery had moved to the 11th. On 5/10 we checked again and it states 5/13. Still haven't heard back from the email sent to their customers service line and still no part. Wouldn't recommend buying from here if your car is inoperable or you are in a hurry to fix.

I ordered mirrors for my van on May 4th and they were said they would arrive my Saturday May 9th,then on May 9th I received an email saying they would be delivered by the end of the day May 11th! It is May 11th and I just received an email that they will be delivered May 14th!the only problem I bought these mirrors for my 1-ton van because I live in Kansas and I am picking up a new RV on Thursday May 14th in Oklahoma and I have no RV mirrors to drive my trailer home. I won't be here on the 14th to receive my mirrors.

FedEx shipping label was created the minute I placed my order on 4-27-20. Item wasn't turned over to FedEx until 7 days later. Finally received it on 5-8-20. I called several times only to hear they couldn't take my call and no option to leave a voicemail. My emails were never answered. Lesson learned the hard way. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Parts priced low but cost me big bucks because of delays in shipping. Ordered Wed. Paid so they would be delivered 2 days later on Friday. After order was placed, confirmation email says delivery is an extra week. Tracking shows progress but now its a week later. Still not here. Meanwhile mechanic charging me $10 a day storage all this time on my towed car because parts aren't here. Here's a thought Carparts... quit taking money for fast shipping and also unload your FEDEX SHIPPER who by the way just drops it off at the Post Office to have them deliver it anyway on the last leg of the journey. Never using carparts.com again.

Bought a blower motor and blower motor relay for a ford expedition. Relay failed after a week and the motor is very loud with a high pitch squeal. Returns are too much trouble. Just buy elsewhere. I did and now everything is great. Bought local, paid a little more but no more headache. I took the loss as a lesson. Dont buy cheap carparts!

I ordered a back up camera on the 25th suppose to be here on the 30th and now it is the 4th and still nothing. Cannot track it cannot call cannot live chat cause there is No one there. I emailed and still no response. Will not order from them again and I do not recommend them either.

I ordered tail lights and tail light circuit boards for my 98 Silverado. Everything made it on time, except the left side circuit board. I emailed them. No question asked, they sent the left side out and I got it yesterday. I'm so happy I found somewhere to get new parts for my truck without having to worry. Thank you Car Parts!
