A horrible experience. I had to email them just to get the part shipped. I am stationed overseas and after paying over $75 in shipping, I received the wrong part. For more than a week, I fought on phone and email to get them to send me the correct part but they wouldn't. Horrible service. I recommend going with a different company.

I ordered an item on 9/23/2018 and haven't heard a word about its status since other than they took my money. After many emails to them and phone calls I finally located a tracking label was created but still no human contact, my item showed up by USPS on Saturday. Be cautious. Very poor customer service.

This company used to be very good. I always buy products from here because they have good service & products. This time I ordered a product and I had to wait more than 8 days to find out that they haven't done anything about it. I tried contacting them through Email, phone and even Live chat. The live chat is always offline, the phone always take you to voice mail (even though they say available 8am - 7pm EST) and the email and voicemail gets ignored. Having a good product is one thing, interacting and helping customers is another. This company lacks customer service and frankly I'm very disappointed that I wasted my time to find out myself that my transaction was not being processed. Now I'm waiting for Google trusted stores to resolve the problem, If they can contact them!

I returned a new item to CarPartKings last month and as of today have not received the refund yet. I had sent multiple email reminders to which CPK has not responded. Their customer service is not also reachable at 1(888)501-6588 and the chat feature in their website is useless [says they are not online]. A very big disappointment and an ugly experience with CPK. I will be transacting with other parts suppliers and will not be making any more purchases with this supplier any more.

I received my tailgate and it looked like it was run over and had a dent in the finished side. It also was the wrong year tailgate. I called their number for five days and only when I reported them to the BBB did the email me. they still have not resolved d the issue.

Ordered PCM (A1Cardone). Unit failed after approx. 2K miles & 2 Months. Local dealership service dept. diagnosed and determined unit defective. Service found no issues with vehicle. Have sent numerous emails to carpartkings with no response. Unit is well within warranty mileage & time terms. Carpartkings is to be avoided at all costs. In process of initiating legal action against carpartkings & A1Cardone (manufacturer).

Ordered a part and received the box with a switched part in it. I protested. They said it should work. Compatibility chart said it would not and showed another part that would work under the switched parts brand (Walbro). Would not send that one. I said too big a chance to tear into the car and not have the right part. They stated Delphi would switch the pump to a Walbro when they were out of stock. Only trouble was CARPARTSKING sent a Hyundai pump instead of one for my Lincoln. They didn't care that it had to be packaged up and 30 minutes going/at the Post Office and an $11 fee to ship it back that I had to pay. BEWARE.

Didn't think was gonna be able to buy this online for my shop - got it from these guys for a reasonable price and had all instructions in it. Easy to flash my customers ECM's and make a few extra on em. Happy with the service might try to use them for some parts in the near future.

Before ordering a part I called to make sure it was in stock and would ship the same day. I was told it was in stock and would ship UPS the same day. I paid an additional $30+ for expediated shipping, and was told that would arrive in 2 business days. After I waited the 2 business days and still didn't recieve my item I was told it shipped from a 3rd party vendor and they couldn't track it or tell me where my item was. On the 3rd business day I recived a tracking number showing my item shipped 3 days after I ordered it and shipped UPS Ground. Car Parts King told me they could do nothing! When I suggested they call the 3rd party vendor and have them overnight me my item- I was told they couldn't were unable to incur the shipping cost.
Long story short- they lost a customer and another company was able to overnight me my item CHEAPER than Car Parts King.
My adivice if you need your item quickly- stay far far away. If you don't care when your item arrives- this is the company for you.

Thanks to [name], who hung up on me, then spoke unintelligibly for the most part when I called back, then put on a stupid act: "I am confused, what do you want to do" - "I don't know what you want". Both emails very clearly stated what needed to be done.
He ignored everything, said he didn't understand, wouldn't acknowledge what was written, or what I said when I called him. He continually spoke over me and did not listen until I said that I would like to speak to a his boss several times in a row.
He conveniently said "xxx will be back in about half an hour". He said that there weren't any bosses there, only some in the "warehouse" and they wouldn't be of help.
I asked why he couldn't just send another gasket as I had asked, I was willing to work with the damaged water pump (the machine surface has some damage). He kept up playing dumb. It was his refusal to get anyone else, as he kept up his stupid act, so I said just return the part - he suddenly spoke clearly and became lucid again and could understand what I was saying. Amazing!
What waste of time and money CPK is. Thank you for hiring someone with an exceptional customer disservice background, you'll get a lot of new one time only customers that way...
