I sold them 4 gift cards that total over $2400 and have still not received my amazon eGift card in exchange yet. They do not respond to any emails or Facebook messages. Such a terrible company to deal with.
Their website says:
"If you selected to be paid with an Amazon eGift card, we usually verify the value, process the gift card(s), and issue payment typically within one (1) business day."
This Cardpool statement is a complete lie and it looks like other reviewers are saying the same thing.

The Cardpool kiosk was removed from my grocery store this summer so I created an online account in August and submitted a Subway card (#39651552) and a Red Lobster card (#39600478). My account was stuck in review and after two weeks I submitted an email offering to mail in the cards but got no response.
After thinking about the gift card resale model I see the risk of fraud by everyone (sellers re-using cards, buyers using cards and claiming they are empty, Cardpool not paying, etc.)
If they complete the transaction I am on the hook for a year if anything goes wrong and I don't dare cancel the transaction and sell the cards elsewhere since I had to scrape off the privacy shield and give Cardpool the numbers.
I have more gift cards to sell but I doubt I will take the risk unless I see a positive resolution to this situation (i.e. approval, mailing label, payment and an apology).
Update: My account was approved and valid amazon gift cards received. Perhaps Cardpool should stop accepting new sellers until they can work through their backlog.

Is this the only way to ensure you get your money back for the gift cards you sell to Cardpool? It had been a month since I tried to sell gift cards and still have not received my check in the mail. Can you please check on my order???

Update: I will never use Cardpool again. I have them another shot after my last transaction was fixed and said I would try them again. Well, I tried to sell 2 gift card over a month ago and have not received anything, so I made a review yesterday asking them to check into my newest order. The first time I made a review, I had a response back within the hour, but I haven’t heard anything from my last review to check on my most recent order. I can now say I will never use Cardpool again.

I have not recieved the Amazon gift card in exchange for over $150 worth of a gift card . There amazon gift card exchange says you would receive it in 1 to 2 business days. Cardpool will not reply to any email I have sent. (I have sent several. ) I have also sent a Facebook message. There has been no reply. I am very upset with this service and would not recommend anyone use them. It appears as though they have just stolen the gift card of mine with no reply.

Bought multiple gift cards from them and all but one worked as should. The last card was supposed to have $50 balance, but had $0. I have tried to reach customer service on multiple occasions with no response and yet to hear back. It's been almost 2 months.
I do not trust them, looks like a scam!

Scammed me out of $1,000. When i finally got a response from their facebook, i got this number (925) 353-4694 and they didnt answer the first 5 called, then they finally answered dominos pizza, then they started to change how they responded.
I dont see how to respond to a message. Well then you guys have a hacker or a fake facebook account that Someone has access to respond using your company email Because they sent a response via email which all i gave them was my order number and they were able to respond using your company email

One year money back guarantee is a total lie. The gift card was fraudulently used by someone else at the location more than 700 miles away, nevertheless, customer service, Ryan F., refused to process any refunds unless I could proof that I did not use the gift card. That's ridiculous!
I left Cardpool a message at 800-240-6188. However, I have never received a return call. Therefore, I filed a complaint at BBB.ORG

Terrible customer service! After 7 business days and still having not received my Amazon gift card, I sent an email to their customer support, 4 days later, still no response. It’s now 12 business days and still no card! Don’t waste your time on this scam company!!!
