15th of august 2018 i signed a order confirmation to Alberto Pesqueira (managing director) to pay 1800 Euro - for them to guide my philipino girlfriend to get a visa for Spain. (It turns up that this company seems to have several directors than employees).
We got transferred to one lawyer, whom should assist us: Maria Vina. Quite fast it shows up that she had no clue about Visa from the Philipines/Manila, even though she claimed it. After a couple of confusing mouths, where she direct us left and right in the system, she quit/fired/stopped at the job. That happens, but is was the way the case got passed on, in a totally unprofessional way. We got another lawyer named Carolina Pedraza: when she started the case we started completely over and the entire case gets even more complicated and frustrating to review. I have to add that during this time we payed a lot of money to health clearance and so on, as they told us to do. She sends requirements / witch is not to be found. Several calls from me to Barcelona (she never called back even when she promised). Her most used sentence is: Im so sorry, Sir.
End of the story: their misinformation ends up in disaster.
13th of December: i get a call from a Giorgio Guarneri (ANOTHER lawyer). He promised to clean up the case and correct all the wrongs. We should have no worries, he would make this case his priority.
14th of December: i get an email from the owner, Damian Carmona, ANOTHER director and THE OWNER. He informs me, that they don't want to continue the case and will return the fee, 1800 Euro.
Carolina already insured us, that the one year insurance will be paid back,871 euro, that it will be refunded if the Visa would not be approved.
And as a side note - the Visa didnt get approved because of the mess they made in the case. Witch the owner also admitted.
We get contacted by Paola Chavez, whom says that we would have the full refund on our account 15th January.

These money we never received, after several times trying to contact them. I can only consider this company as PURE SCAMMERS.

Besides for misguiding us - making extreme practical and emotional damage and on top of that, stealing our money AND spoiling more than one years planning to move to Spain.

We are in a situation where we have to send a ton of emails to another lawyer in Spain, to claim our money.

And be aware that these two female lawyers we had, was not good english speaking / witch make communication terrible on a heavy case like this. A bit ironic when they claim they are international.....
