This is day one of my journey. It started out okay a week ago I was conversing with a Rafael at Capillus while I waited to receive my cap. I was very hopeful. But now I cannot get a response from them by email or Facebook. I'm at work so calling is out of the question. I just have some basic questions about using it. I'm mostly terrified about the initial use and losing substantial amounts of hair! Not looking forward to that.
Just wanted to update this review. I did finally receive a reply to my email. Rafael came to the rescue. I think it is so important to have a good contact to converse with after making such an investment. Plus no one wants to go on this hair loss journey alone. Thank you Capillus!

I called multiple times with no response and didn't hear back on my email for days. For a time sensitive issue like hair loss, this was incredibly frustrating. AND I have to go out of my way to ship back the incorrect battery that was mistakenly sent to me.

Easy to use. 6 minutes a day is all you do. I really can't see if it has improved the area I was concerned about but haven't been using Capillus cap for a long time. I do have one concern which is that I have 2 scabs on my head - thought it might be insect bites but they have been there for over a week!

Very disappointed that after my $1,999.00 purchase I received an email for a coupon worth $450.00. This was because I tried to purchase this once and it would not go through. I rebooted the website and was able to complete the purchase. The discount coupon was offered the day later. Gee, thanks alot🙁

I ordered your product on Tuesday, August 20. The order confirmation number was #CP53349. I was told that I should receive the product no later than Friday, August 23. I made sure that I was home all day Friday to wait for the delivery. Friday came and went, and no delivery. I just wasted the whole day, then, Saturday came and went, and still no delivery. Saturday was a total waste. Today is Monday, and the day is almost over, still no delivery. Do you people know how to run your business. You need to hire dependable, competent people. It's obvious that operation is inundated by incompetent staff. You need to fix this or your company will lose business, if and when another company could compete with yours.

As an European you're basically screwed if your battery dies. Unless you're willing to meet this companys wacky demand about giving out credit card info on the phone, to get your expensive laser cap device to work again.
I want to stay in control of my credit card throughout the entire transaction, and not by having a supporter manually enter my credit card information for the point of sale. I like a company who practice security calls that are being transferred to an automated message, that prompts you to enter card details into the phones keyboard so the supporter aren't able to see or hear the inputs. I highly doubt, I am the only costumer who feels this way. This company don't practise security calls. This company use bolt for credit cards.
I suggested my supporter, that I could make an order on capillus main page for two shampoos to get as close to 60 USD "the price of a new battery", and have him charge my credit card and then change my order and ship a new battery instead of the shampoos. That suggestion got denied. I also suggested my supporter to pay via PayPal, but I got no feedback.
Meanwhile this company are doing a free laser cap giveaway on Instagram, while I have struggled to get a new battery for 2 weeks but with no luck. I am really disappointed.

I ordered my Capillus and was told it would be shipped to me and I would have it in 2 days- I still have not received it. It’s been over 1 week - Where is it????
