Elmor was great to deal with. The reason that I took the decision to refinance with capify in the first place was because of Elmor's service, reassurance and follow through.
Although the service was excellent your product is still a bit more expensive than what is on the market at present. I hope that we can negotiate a better rate for future lending.

Relatively painless process that was quick. A suggestion for the future, limit the phone calls - when someone says they will ring back when convenient and or they have reception, wait for the call. It is pointless continually leaving messages that only add to a persons to-do list and workload.
