17 weeks...still waiting. No excuses for this. If demand is truly so high, they should take all of the prepaid orders money and purchase new machines, hire new people, move to a larger facility, etc. It's obvious they're just being cheap and not spending money to grow their operations... Instead just growing their backlog while sitting on all of our order money.

I submitted my order on Jun 08, 2019 for two custom hats. I know, not a large order but it was a sample to see if I even liked it. Well when Aug 27 2019 rolls around and all I have are excuses... and no hats... I request to cancel my order. I get an email that day trying to offer me a discount, so I confirm that I'd like to cancel. The next day, Aug 28 2019 I get confirmation that my order has been cancelled, which is confirmed in my capbeast.com account. In that confirmation I'm told that the case has been passed to their billing department for a refund, which should take 7 business days.
Well today is September 24th, 2019, and not only do I not have my refund... but they also aren't even responding to my emails.
I can't speak to the quality of their product as they blew past their 4-6 week delivery estimate. I will share this exact review everywhere I can as I would like others to know that capbeast.com LITERALLY stole my money. I'm waiting almost a month for a refund. I'm going to dispute the charges with my Credit Card Company to see if that goes anywhere. I don't have high hopes.
Oh, and if capbeast.com even tries to "report my review" for "not having a genuine buying or service experience" I'll gladly forward the entire email thread to trustpilot, post to facebook or anything else. It will clearly show a history of a lot of words on the part of capbeast.com, and no action. Just look at the responses to reviews here... they're all a bunch of copy/paste jobs. The "company" doesn't care. I'm all for a class action lawsuit and would gladly join in on that.

10 months no refund! Be Warned.
They have sent so many emails claiming they are looking into the case but the reality is, it has been 10 months and they send the odd email promising the refund. Every month a new excuse, i cant wait to read the BS reply to this message about they will look into it. Be warned about this company!!!!!

Employee work-life balance is nonexistent here. Management puts employees under constant stress, while the managers never really provide any support. Also, employees never get acknowledged for their efforts despite management giving too much workload. Management is uncaring and never thinks about the well being of the employees.

Absolutely awful, I ordered my hat 2 months ago and still nothing but “we are deeply sorry for the delay and we are doing everything to get on top of it, your order is done and will be shipped out soon.” Is it really cause I haven’t received it yet and you told me that a month ago so don’t give me that useless response. I was fine waiting a month for my order but it’s been two months like seriously if you’re gonna scam me atleast admit it, don’t lie to me for weeks trying to be professional and saying yeah it’s getting ready. Like if I have to reach out just to find out what’s happening, then it’s pretty trash customer service don’t you agree? Don’t order from this trash company.

I don't know what went wrong with their system. Previously, I was able to transact smoothly and was happy with the cap that I purchased. But now, I have been waiting for my order for 6 weeks. I had to cancel eventually, but I have not received any refund yet. I will dispute this transaction to PayPal to get my money back.

Placed my order June 27th and still no hats, they gave me the run around finally said i would be partially refunded and now a month later no refund no hats and they stopped answer emails. I think it’s been 13 weeks I’m Putting a claim in with PayPal this company is a scam and I wish I saw all these negative reviews prior to choosing them.

I ordered caps for our department.
I was happy and excited in the beginning for the help and support.
The digitized version came out great and Emma was very helpful.
Then.....as the weeks dragged on...all was lost in a fog.
It's been 11 weeks and change...
Yes, Emma was sorry and said as much.
I requested to speak to a Manager....Nope! apparently there isn't one, or one that Cares enough to give me a real reason for the delay.
Anyway, I was not transferred to one.
I would expect this from a co. that would charge $9.99 a hat.
Well these were not cheap.....but will we ever get to see them?

Oh, this is rich! I recommend you read the entire review, but this new stuff, I MUST share!
Capbeast is now emailing me voraciously, begging me to take down my review, claiming that they processed my refund on August 19th, a week ago (another lie). Just checked my account. Nope. No refund.
This is especially funny, because one of their previous dishonest emails claimed to have processed my refund back in the middle of July. You guessed it, never received that either.
Now, they have commented below, proclaiming they have processed a full refund. A Lie.
...in case you're wondering, it was 14.5 weeks ago I placed my order, and 4.5 weeks ago I received confirmation of cancelation.

They have a fancy looking website, and their prices are really high, so you think they will be legit. I did.
I placed two separate orders, a customized flex fit ball cap, and a customized foam front trucker hat.
They took over $113 from me, for these two orders.
Wow!! I’m a fool, right?
Wait, (it gets better) no seriously wait, you will wait and wait and wait….
Their website says it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to get shipped.
After 6 weeks, I suspected there was a problem.
First you call, and nobody answers the phone.
Then you email, and they will respond,….with phony excuses and empty promises.
“We are so sorry, there has been a delay, your order is next in line, we will give you 10% off.”
…a week later…
“We are so sorry, we had some changes in the production facility, I am bumping your order to the top of the list, and will give you 15% off.”
(yes, I’ve kept all the emails. nice little paper trail of dishonesty they provided for me)
After 8 weeks, no shipping confirmation, no refund of any amount to my credit card, I demand they cancel my order and provide a full refund.
(it’s at this point I am suspecting this is some type of fraud, so I googled the words “is capbeast a legit company”.
I recommend you do the same.
It’s shocking how many websites, display hundreds of complaints from other people that have been ripped off just like me.)
I receive email confirmation of cancelation, and then, haha, the next day, another email claiming my hats are ready for shipping and they will process a 40% refund for me, they just need my permission to send the hats????
My permission? I ordered the hats, you took my money, send them!
I again demand a full refund.
They say they will comply.
2 more weeks go by, with no refund. I contact my credit card company, and they tell me no refunds have been issued, and it would only take about three days maximum, if a refund was initiated.
Sooooo, back to the email.
They tell me they issued the refund a week after my cancellation (a lie), and I should have it any day.
This website is a rip off. They stole my money. Do not use.
And, by the way, as of today, typing this review, it’s been over 10 weeks since I ordered from capbeast, and over 2 weeks since they confirmed my cancelation, I have received no hats, nor any refund.
Now, here is the update:
Capbeast reported my review because I also shared some good news about other vendors that actually DO make hats, for less money, and fast delivery. Capbeast is more concerned about squashing competition / maintaining their scam, then they are about doing the right thing. Shame on them.
Annnnnd, it's now been an addtitional 3 weeks since I first wrote this review, prior to being reported, and I still HAVE NOT received my refund, or my hats.
This is fraud, this is theft. Do not use.
I really wish there was a way trustpilot would allow me to share with you, the positive experiences I had with other companies.
I guess you'll just have to research like I did.
Hey, does anybody have access to an attorney? With the massive number of unhappy consumers filing the same type of complaint, I think we may have what it takes to file a class action law suit.

Every time I order from here, the delivery is delayed. They apologized and promise to fix it, and I trust them again. The delivery is again delayed, and they apologize again. The cycle goes on and on. They have shown no improvements yet!

Capbeast is probably the worst company that I've ever dealt with. They make promises that they are not able or willing to deliver on. They will give any excuse they can on why you haven't received your order and try and string you along. I have been in contact with two different employees and told two different reasons why I haven't received my hat. The bottom line is that if you're reading this review and thinking about doing business with Capbeast I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.
On a side note, there have been recommendations on a class action lawsuit and would easily fall under unfair consumer practices. There is enough of us out there that have been scammed by Capbeast that we could easily get a suit certified. I'll be starting a Facebook page specifically for this reason and hopefully we can put these clowns out of business.

I dont know where to start i have been waiting for 4 MONTHS waiting a 1 single hat its at the point now i feel like they are robbing from me i keep in touch every week and its always sonething different theyre backed up now their shipping company went rainman on them and cannot get the shipments bla bla bla awful company do not waste your time i would rate 0 if i could these guys are thieves steer clear.

This company is the worst! I placed an order for 2 hats, and 10 weeks later they still have not been produced. Talk with supervisor who gave me some lame excuse about company personnel and something like that. Said the order would be shipped that week, it was not. Talked with her again to cancel order, which she did. It has now been two weeks and still no refund. This company is a joke, no customer communication unless the customer reaches out and by then it is too late. Would never recommend them to anyone!

I have used Capbeast in the past & got a great product, However, i regret that I didn't search for reviews prior to my last order. I was told over & over, that they apologized for my hats not being shipped over a few weeks. I ended up cancelling my order on 08/22/2019 and have yet to receive a refund. I went through PayPal and am now disputing with them, so that i can hopefully get my money back.
Horrible service and I will never do business with them again.

Bought a hat several months ago, it was never delivered. Requested a refund and I am still waiting for it. When I contacted them about the refund they claimed there was an error.
I’ve had to enact a PayPal dispute because this company is run by thieves.
After seeing the other reviews here and the same thing in response to all of them I imagine that I will not be getting the hat or my money back.
On Aug 7th I requested a refund and one September 9th I was refunded through paypal's resolution center. It took over a month to have anything done after being told twice that they would refund me. The Paypal dispute transaction ID is 0TC5606069534390U.
In addition to that, Trustpilot has contacted me letting me know that CapBeast has disputed my review, citing that they do not think I have had a genuine experience.
When a company with a reputation as poor as theirs starts taking down reviews, it's a clear indicator of how they run their company. Instead of fixing their internal issues they choose to attack customers that they have already wronged.
Trustpilot, This is pathetic.

Same as a lot of others, I've been waiting 16 weeks 6 days for 2 hats (and counting), but I have more issues:
I was charged the digitizing fee twice for the same file.
I was charged in a different currency then my billing and shipping address, which is fine except no notification of that (I saw my CC charge and that's how I found out) and a post charge search of the site revealed that this is expressly left off of the FAQs. All in all nothing communicated to me by CapBeast has been clear and honest.

I ordered a custom hat, upon receiving my hat i noticed the color was incorrect. I spoke with Emma who advised me that replacement had would be issued. I was then informed they use the closest color (which is not correct as they sent me their thread color selection) and i could get a discount code. I followed up and spoke with Jake who advised me the color was incorrect and he would be speaking with a production manager. I was supposed to be contact by both Emma and Jake and nobody got back to me... furthermore when I call the company line nobody picks up. I was informed today I would receive a 50% partial refund, as a customer this entire experience has been frustrating and very disappointing. I will not accept anything less than a full refund. I would strongly encourage nobody use this vendor...

This is really unfortunate. In 2017 I ordered several hats and received them in less that 4 weeks from time of order to time of delivery. At that point I would have given a 5 star review. I could not have been happier with the purchase. Fast forward to 2019. Wanted a new hat and went back to CapBeast. Well... something has definitely changed with this company. I ordered August 2nd and it's still "pending". Through chat every time I contact them they say it's "next in production" and should be to me within a week or two... no dice. It's really sad because my first experience was great, but, this time... totally different. I imagine they've had some turnover or something because the experience is 180deg from 2017. That being said I would NEVER recommend. The reviews are true. Stay away. Finally, I was told I could not cancel the order after it was digitized which was apparently done in mid-August. I was also promised a discount for the wait to no avail. Taking my business elsewhere.

I guess this is my fault at the end of the day - I never should have used CapBeast a second time after waiting 3 months for my first order. I figured there's no way they can screw up that bad a second time. Boy, was I wrong.
Next week will mark 3 months since I placed my order. Seems to be a theme here. I've reached out multiple times to check on the status of the order. 5 weeks ago, I was told that my order was going to be prioritized and pushed out without the delivery queue. 2 weeks ago I was told it was going to be sent out at the end of the week. 7 days ago I was told that it was in the last stages of production and would be sent "soon."
I'm not sure if the support team is knowingly lying to customers or if they are being lied to themselves, but this company's practices are terrible. Lie after lie after lie. You could literally take a course in embroidery, learn and hone your skills, and make your own hat before your item is delivered. I will never order from CapBeast or HoodBeast ever again.
