I'm pleased with the turn around time. I was told it would be shipped to me on Monday, 5/13/2019, and instead I received it on Friday, 5/10/2019. The canvas material was good, and the frame it was wrapped around is solid and heavy. It also came with a hanger, which I wasn't expecting. If there was anything that could use improvement, it would be to have better instruction on the picture quality needed to keep the image from being blurry. (It would be great to have the minimum dpi, as well as the optimum dpi for each size.) Either way, I'm pleased with the end result, and look forward to doing more business with CPF.

Ordered 20+ Canvas wrapped art for my stores and as POS pieces they were excellent. Good quality, reasonably priced and delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely use Canvas Print Factory again and I recommend them.

I had some difficulty getting a clear picture for my canvas. I used the message feature on the website for customer support. I was more than pleased with the help that i received from employee Britny. She took her time and help me with my difficulties. Her patience and her knowledge was excellent. Because of her, i will be returning back to the site for feature projects and gifts.

This canvas print was the first and most important portrait of our family - ever. I was disappointed in the faded color but when I expressed my concerns, the customer service team did their best to retouch and reprint with only a S&H charge. I'm waiting to receive the retouched print. But the customer service team gets a rave review.
