So disappointed. I had a sweet profile in check, received only chocolate items that were melted. They were also all 6oz give or take on the package. I selected the biggest box which should of been 13oz.. I emailed customer support and was told they dont send chocolate in the summer, so I obviously got sent an old box which is even worse. Never gotten back too after. A waste of money on what was supposed to be a little treat, on something I had to just throw away. 😞
I have replied, still nothing back. I dont believe this is a legit company. No refund so I was indeed scammed. How can you advertise 13oz and send 6oz and that be ok, let alone only send chocolate then tell me I wasn't. I sent photos twice but was told they didnt come through. So sad

Purchased my first box with the profile “mostly sweet” than changed to mostly sour and back to sweet. My 1st box was sour, contacted customer service and they stated “When you first joined, you picked 'Mostly Sweets' for your taste profile. After you placed your order, you changed your taste profile to 'Mostly Sours'. When making that change, we explain that all changes reflect on future boxes.Going forward your boxes will be 'Mostly Sweets'.”
Yes, as stated by them, My 1st choice was sweet when purchasing my 1st box. Changed my profile to sour after, which should reflect future boxes not the current box. A lot of back and forth between emails. In the end, cancelled my subscription from frustration.
A lot of the emails from them kind of overlaps and auto generated, which doesn’t really make sense or answer any of my questions. Need better customer services. First time canceling a subscription out of frustration

I thought it was really odd they didn't ask about food allergies. Seems like something they should ask.
My first box was pretty good. My second box was disgusting. 6 jars of the nastiest, flavorless, wax candy I have ever had. I threw it away, no one in my house would eat it. Asked for my money back and customer service never responded.

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. She's away at college and has always loved receiving surprises in the mail. She called and said it arrived but everything was melted. That's real interesting because she lives in a high rise apartment building. All mail is delivered to a central mailroom inside the building and it is air conditioned. All packages are signed for by the concierge at the front desk and hand delivered to the tenants. 1) they have no phone number. 2) it takes multiple days at two and three days each to get a response. I imagine it could honestly take a month of messages and photos being sent to resolve an issue. 3) issue was not resolved. They offered me a 5.00 refund. 4) I wasn't pleased in the first place that I couldn't pick and choose my selection. 5) I asked that my subscription be canceled. I also will post my negative review on each and every outlet I can find to complain. I'd been better off buying her a gift bag from dollar tree and filling it up with $50.00 worth of Swedish Fish. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. With love from mom.

I literally only like 2 out of 6 of the candies I received. Would not recommend at all unless they get an option for you to choose your candy. I will definitely be canceling! It’s all fruity and gummy stuff which I like a few things like that but not a lot. I chose sweet not sour so not sure why I received mainly sour lol.

I ordered this for my husband & he loves it! I got him the small sizes the first time & had to change it to the larger sizes. So far the candies are wonderful :-) he hasn't gotten anything he doesn't like. I even reuse the jars so we both win!!!

Wow I’m blown away at Candy Club and how they fixed a mishap that wasn’t their fault. I live in Texas and even in April it can start becoming warm. I was excited to receive my first box from Candy Club. I was so estactic to see the text of its delivery and get my box on the day that it arrived. However upon opening it, two of 3 chocolate treats were melted in their containers. I took photos of the containers and sent them off. Candy Club replaced my two melted chocolate containers with two other choices and wrapped them up to protect them from heat. They really went above and beyond to help me. The company could have said that it wasn’t their fault and moved on with their day, but they didn’t. I see that as an A+ in my book. Thank you candy club for being so awesome and resolving the issue.

I purchased for $5.00 a redemption for a Candy Club Box, from Groupon. When I went to order it, I had to pay $9.98 for shipping. I received the box of 6 candy jars and they were all melted. 2 of the containers melted 100% and then reformed into a giant glob, and the other 4 were melted mostly at the bottom, but still melted enough that you could not get off one full piece of candy. I wrote to Candy Club & sent pictures, and they are refunding my shipping charges, and that's it. I lost the $5.00 paid to groupon and....not much of the candy was edible unfortunately. I live in Arizona, and it's JUNE...so...I would think that they would take more precautions shipping their candy to the desert..

My grandchildren who are 10 and 15 years old. Was so excited when the box came. They like the looks they like all the jars of candy. And They love the candy. Shipping was fine. Employees were great . And best of all my grandkids I really liked with the grandma sent them. I would do it again. Thank you Sharon

Horrible customer service. Every time I would call to angel even during business hours they would say they were closed. All my candies melted. I called to cancel before they took my money from my card ($80) then would not answer after the money was taken.. Never again!..

Precious Memories are within each box of candy. As my Dad's Cancer became more severe, he asked me to help him fill out the form for The Candy Club. He paid in advance as well. Really annoyed, I sent a message through the website to cancel my subscription and two weeks later i get another box, so now I payed for another box, and the candy I received are the same i have been getting, I don't like the selection i have been getting so I guess I will be throwing it all away, it's really a shame, they need to figure out a easier more reliable way to cancel subscription, seems that it's not "a bug" a lot of people are having this issue. I have called several times and every time I call during business hours it says they are closed. I don't have a reference number...DO NOT GET A SUBSCRIPTION!!

Horrible customer service! I had a subscription that was supposed to last only 6 months and they still charge my card and send candy every month. It’s been 3 years. I’ve tried calling to cancel and they never answer, it always says they’re closed. I’ve tried emailing multiple times but no response. I would not recommend at all!!!!!!
Update: it’s really sad that the only way candy club responds is through a review of the company. I received 6 months worth of refunds. I appreciate the refunds, however, 6 months is what I initially wanted to pay for. The extra 2 1/2 years that you guys have charged me is what I would like to be reimbursed for! I’ve tried calling and emailing for years to cancel but never received not one response until I wrote a review!!

Writing for my daughter who ordered the box. Beautifully displayed and was lots of fun to open. My issue is...all her jars except 1 had a sticker seal but not the white sealed for your protection seal on the inside? Only 1 had the white sealed for your protection. When I looked into it more it seems they all should have that....not sure if she should try this candy.

Beautiful display. Nicely packaged. Everything arrived undamaged and perfect. The candies were tasty. This was such a treat and a fun order to receive. Canceling was quick and easy, customer service is top notch. I sent an email and had a reply within 24 hours. The only thing I would change is adding variety. All 6 jars were gummy candies. Which are not my favorite but we’re my kids favorite so it worked out and 4 of the items I had never had before so it was fun to try new things.
