8 days ago I purchased bracelets and chain from Kalyan Jewellers Pune, but its broken in only 1 days and the jeweller is not responding properly and ask for more money.

My experience is really bad. I placed an order online #862558. It's been a while I have not received the product.The problem is that they're not responding also.At least as customer I am expecting a fair communication. I am not sure how to reach out to them. I sent several emails and tried to contact with them through online chat but they are not giving me any update. If anyone from management is reading this post Please help.

I had ordered necklace on 9th Nov 20 and cancelled on next day(10/11/2020). Even after 25 days of cancelling I still didn't received refund. While contacting customer service they said reason if refund initiated but due to bad payment gateway transaction is failed. Every time I contacted customer service same answer is getting to me. Cheating customers with the name of reputed sellers. Also listened about Kalyan is they are selling totally fake products their products in the open market is less than 25% in value. Also no other buyers is not showing interested on this gold purchased from Kalyan. Shame on this sellers money will not get easily., please be aware of this fraud products & seller.

Don't waste your money here, the product quality was not good and on return or refund process the credit the about and withdraw the same amount with our approval and they say that they have refunded. They are no. 1 fraud.

Placed an order for a bracelet. After some time, it was informed me that the metal weight is increased and balance to pay. Mean while arbitrarily order was cancelled and 10% was deducted from my initial pay and balance was refunded to my a/c.
Firstly Who authorised to cancel? If it is voluntary from them, why should I pay 10%. Infact, I should get compensated for your misdeed. If not sorted, redressal to consumer forum will be taken up.

Yesterday visited Banglore commercial Street showroom, 29% making charge necklace after discussion he is ready to make discount of 9% for cash puchase but after knowing we r purchasing under advance paid monthly scheme he is not ready to give any discount in 29% making charge,
That means he know any how will buy with Kalyan jewellers, why to unnecessary discount

I have ordered 2 items 801807 and 801481 in the month of April and still it's in progress. Very bad customer service they don't value customer even. I have contacted many times but they just replied me it will be delivered in 15 days every time. Now it's July end and still the order status is in progress only. I think they just loot the customer. Please deliver my orders ASAP. I have cancelled my wedding 3 times because of jwellary delivery issue.

I have ordered a necklace on 26th April 2020, today is 20th June 2020, not yet delivered the goods. even they have not given any update until I sent a mail to them about the status one month back, after that no updates nothing. I have paid full amount on 26th April itself. Now I am not sure whether I will get my order or not. Atleast they should show the basic responsibility to inform the customer about the status.

I placed order #614379 on 6/03/2020 but today its June 18th I am not sure if I will get my order by next month also.dont get betrayed by placing order with such a fraud money looting company.they dont respond also properly when contacted and they dont share you escalation herirachy also when asked.Lockdown started from March 22nd and ended on May 31.when asked about delay,they are blaming entirely on lockdown.this is such a pathetic customer service.dont ever get betrayed.its a $#*!ing false cheating company.

I ordered gold coins, and after a few hours I realized the same in nearby is available with very low price, have contact to customer support team they didn't talk to me, but replied on a live chat, I told to cancel the order but they denied to cancel it,
this is not legal since I just ordered the product and product is with them, simply I just gave money to their hand.
if we purchase gold online we understand return could not be possible but in my case they can return my money because they have my product i have nothing. this is how such companies CANDERE KALYAN JEWELLERS are looting people.

There is a complete process to cheat with customer, will show a good scheme and offer you to replace with any cost. But will delivered order near to last week and will take a long time to pick order back and in all that process month will be closed after that new scheme will be offered in respect of last scheme now discount will be lower side, so you have to pay more.
And if you asked for all that company executive will informed you that it's scheme not applicable to this month with a word sorry.
In that case if you want to cancel then you have to pay 10% of your order value.
So in the end company will make fool to customer and earn money without sale.
Great source to make a fool to customer.

The order ID 274270, it's been more than 25days since the order is placed and it's not yet delivered. It's not even shipped by now, when asked with customer support, there is only one agent throughout the support for Candere and he is Jitesh. Who knows if this Email goes to Jitesh itself. Mr Jitesh, who ever you are you're poor at customer service and you should leave your job and Candere is not going it right, this is not how you respond to customers and make fake promises. Every time I call or chat, you say that it will be delivered by tomorrow, there are many tomorrows passed.
I will take this legally, you might get money for free for me it's hard earned and I will never waste on websites like this and I will not leave you people.

I had a very bitter experience with Candere. When I made first two purchases it was hassel free so I made a purchase again and that was when the hell journey started.
I was not sure about the product so i just placed it in a cart to review again later. That very moment I got a call from Customer executive Miss Khusboo saying the prices are going to be hiked after an hour so kindly do the purchase ASAP which I did. The next day when i viewed the product again I observed that the product price was slashed by Rs. 600/-. After that though i placed many products in the cart but I never got any call from Candere team again.
Secondly after three weeks of wait I got intimation from Candere about the shipment details. Continously I was checking with the given tracking id but the result data showed that there was no consignment with that tracking number. I contacted the customer care again and they said that the tracking id was wrongly updated
Lastly after I got the proper tracking id I found out that the product was already delivered though in reality I did not receive my order. It was a prepaid order so I was frantic.I kept calling the customer care number but nobody responded. When I connected via chat, all I got was false assurances and lastly the most interesting solution was that the whole system of candere is down and that they will arrange a call back with me, which nobody did.
after two days of trying the call Miss Bhasin responded my call and said that the product is already delivered. What the hell!! If the product was delivered to me why would i take such a pain. I asked for the refund of money saying that I am appalled and disappointed to which she let a small chuckle. I was frantic here and she on the other side found it funny.
I am still trying to trace my product calling all the DTDC courier services in this area and Candere team on the other hand is doing nothing saying the product is already delivered.
My review is not on the products but on the poorly managed after sales customer care services.
My final verdict is Please do not buy from this site ever.

Did anyone filed consumer complaint on this company ("Candere") , We buy a product with a price in online, but at the time of delivery they increase the product weight and demand more money. Initially on my first order I thought it was manufacturing mistake , but they are purposely doing it. Then I looked in online , many of other customers have this experience.
because of their fault in the manufacturing, I don't want to pay and told them if you can't send it please do cancel it. They have told that they will charge 10% of the cancellation fee. this is how they try to ransom the customers. I felt there is no use in speaking to them, instead taking it legally would be much better at-least we can stop them cheating other customer.
other unhappy customers , please share your complaints to this mail ID
( [email protected]) , with proof. we can compile all the complaints together and forward it to the media and will also look into taking actions legal actions against them.

I called Minesh Sharma to place order, I ordered 3 product out of which 2 were delivered and 3rd one was put to refund as the product couldn't match the quality management.
One of the customer service Named Minesh Sharma told me with a mail to few people in cc that the refund will initiate by 20-21st May but there is not receipt or anything shared but this person. I kept mailing Minesh and candere support since past few days but there is no reply.
This people are really frauds and can cheat to you to a level where you will buy gold and land up not getting product nor refund.
This online service should be banned by consumer care act

My boyfriend stays in India, and thus we thought it is a good idea for him to order a ring online for our engagement from an India Jeweler. We selected this company as it is affiliated with a large jeweler in India. We ordered a cushion cut diamond ring, the delivery was a week late and he ended up having to go to a store himself to collect the ring a few hours before his flight to my country for the engagement. The late delivery was not the worst nightmare thought, he was in a rush, and did not realize they gave him an emerald cut diamond instead of a cushion cut diamond. The diamond certificate, on the other hand, said that this is a round cut diamond. Candere had messed up every single aspects of this order. Nothing was right with this business, don't buy anything here.

Horrible experience shopping with Candere. Extremely bad customer service and bad attitude of the service agent Visal and Pooja. I ordered and made my payment to complete my order yet after almost a week or so i was askef to pay 780 something again. I asked why they answered that i didnt pay for the product completely. But i used online payment method. I added the item to my cart and paid the amount through netbanking. I was told that it was my mistake and when i asked how. The agent replied that he doesnt know. He also mentioned that my metal weight ia less than the specification but they is no reduction in the final price. Extremely pathetic customer service. I said i wanted to cancel and he said yous still have to pay 10%. I pleaded to check and let me know cos i never made a mistake. Anyways he refused to escalate it and said i can do want i want. Anyways i paid the amount cos i didnpt want a 10% deduction and i have decided to never do business with Candere again. I will also spread my unhappy bitter experience with everyone and safe them from getting conned.

My account was debited by www.candere.com on 9th April 2019 for 14737 but order was failed. I got to know about the debit next day. I spoke to the number mentioned on website but they say they haven't debited. Customer care person was apparently a school kid asking me only how can your account be debited without order confirmation.
