I am writing another review, as I tried to update my earlier 1-star review, and I could not edit it. Since 5 August when I wrote my negative review, I was contacted by Rick at Canadian Prescription Drugstore. He apologized for the problems with the shipping and told me he would look into it and get my prescription sent out right away with tracking at no additional cost to me. The order arrived today, so I am happy to say that Rick did everything he promised and I can't ask for better than that. I appreciate that he made the effort to make it right.

I am pretty sure this company is a scam. I placed an order on 19 June 2019. I was told that I could only pay by check. I asked the lady for tracking, but she told me that tracking would cost an extra $47.00 and that it was not needed. I foolishly agreed not to pay for tracking. It is now 5 August and the package has still not arrived. I got an email on the weekend saying that the package was returned with the message"no such number". This is a lie, as the address they had has been ours for 13years and there is a reception with a person there to receive all day, who knows us personally. I sent them 2 emails with no response. i tried to call, I get voicemail. It was very easy to get a hold of them before I paid. Now that they have the money, Its impossible to get anyone live to respond.

Well, when I first considered using this pharmacy for my new prescription, I read all the agreements. And it stated that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to fill my order. Knowing this, I ordered and all my correspondence via e-mail has been replied on a timely manner.
Secondly, just for a “piece of mind”, my Family Doctor which I trust my family’s life with 👍, I asked him about this source for ordering a rather expensive prescription which my pharmacy, after a $100 discount card from my Optimologist and my “discounted” prescription plan. My Family Practice said, “GREAT IDEA!!! I strongly recommend this for you and many of my patients!” The out-the-door price on my Restasis eye drops were going to be about $700. I ordered 3 times the quantity for only $139.

I used them about five years ago, for a couple of years, to obtain cheaper generic medicines not available in the UK, which I don't need any more. Now I can't get rid of them. Regularly, almost daily, I get a call from a US number, but the accent sounds Far Eastern so they may have a way to route calls through the US network. I don't usually pick up the phone but if I do, quite often it's a silent call. When there is someone, it's usually the same script: and I've never been offered anything other than medicine (though that is rarely mentioned because I end calls after a few words). I suspect my number has been sold off to others but I'm not going to waste my time trying to find out. Because the call is from outside the UK I can't use call barring.
The reply from Canadian Pharmacy is misleading. The people who call me can't possibly have got my details by phishing. They know details that aren't in my correspondence with anyone else, so Canadian Pharmacy has given them. Also they use US numbers despite the fact that they despatch their goods from India. Because of this I do not trust any of the five star reviews all of which I suspect, are written for them to say exactly what they want people to hear.

Took six weeks to get my prescriptions. When I order from other Canadian pharmacies, it usually takes 2-3 weeks. If you call, you get voicemail. if you email, you will eventually get a response.

I've had them refill my prescription 3 time now and each time the shipment is slower than the last. This time, in spite of a promise of 3-4 weeks, I'm still waiting after 7 weeks. When I contacted them they claim it shipped 3 days ago but will take 2 more weeks to get here. Add to that the inconvenience of payment only in the form of a check via pony express and it's overall a huge exercise in patience to get anything from them. Needless to say my meds ran out weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I suggest you use a different pharmacy. I suspect these guys are only middlemen with no stock of anything.

We have used them for years. Good service and products. Email is the best way to contact... sending a check in the mail (5% discount) is the best way to pay. They activate the order as soon as you tell them via email "the check is in the mail". A one-time Lifetime shipping fee is a big plus. I recommend them to anyone.

Did not receive my order and I let them talk me into paying with a check against my better judgement. its easy to get a hold of them until they get your money. don't. send them any money ITS A TOTAL SCAM!

All my orders with this company was good experience.
Staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
Took a few weeks to receive my order, but I understand that it's common with online pharmacy. Meds shipped from international country so I understand it would take time. Great experience. Great prices. I'm a happy customer. Will continue to order with this company.
People need to have patience when ordering from international pharmacies.

I contacted Canadian Prescription Drugstore almost 2 months ago to submit a script for asthma meds. After a week or so, I got a response, late on a Friday night saying that they needed a new prescription from my doctor. Of course, I couldn't do anything over the weekend, but, got one Monday and transmitted it right away. Again, late on a Friday night I heard they wanted my credit card number BUT that I had to contact the card company and, make arrangements for the payment to clear, then I heard nothing for weeks. Finally, 2 weeks ago, I emailed them and asked if they were going to fill my prescription or not. Yesterday, I received a daytime phone call saying they were not processing ANY credit cards and could I send a check??
This is sooooooo ridiculous!! I had a buffer amount of asthma meds when this started but not now! Sadly, their drug is more than 6 times less than what I would have to pay here for the same drug. I can't win!!!!

Takes way too long to receive a prescription. This is 2016 for God's sake. This company is responsible for stocking and shipping issues , NOT THE CUSTOMER. No matter WHAT you say on your website.
If I conducted MY business this way, i would be out of business

Always get what I paid for and good Canadian pricing, but cannot ever reach anyone via phone and sometimes late delivery, causing us to buy locally to carry us over. Communications staff level appears to be too austere.

I ordered my prescription in May of this year. Sent check to cover cost of prescription as well as cost of shipping. Product didn't come until mid-August. Couldn't get responses from customer service even though I called, emailed and did everything possible on my end until I threatened going to Canadian Better Business with complaints. Very dissatisfied in the handling of my prescription. VERY FRUSTRATING.

You will receive brand name products at a much discounted rate compared to the United States. You do need to allow for at least one month from the time you place your order until you receive it. Quality of communication is inconsistent. I think they may have some difficulty with staffing from time to time. At times I have tried calling and emailing without any response. Other times I have had excellent communication chatting with someone on their website via live text messages. It's somewhat of a roll of the dice if you receive a timely response. You will most likely need to be diligent in following up to ensure your order is being processed. If you do that, and you make sure you allow for a good amount of lead time before you need your next refill, this pharmacy will provide you with the meds you need at a fraction of the cost in the US. Given the cost difference, I have a bit more tolerance for less than excellent communication at times as I am sure they are trying to keep their expenses low.

It took some time to receive my last prescription after I sent in the doctor’s prescription. However, after I sent copies of my communication emails to another rep it was on its way in just two days. Because of the pricing I have no problem waiting for my prescriptions. New customers! Make sure you get your doctor’s refile prescription before you contact them or before you place an order that needs a prescription.. I placed my order and my old prescription ran out and my doctor took two weeks, which is not normal for his office but it did to get it so I could send it on to this pharmacy. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

4 weeks after sending payment, I emailed to ask the status of my order. Only then did I hear that the 3 'doses' I ordered were not allowed and that I needed to change it to 2 doses. The company initially tried to charge me for two single doses instead of a double dose (which is 40% cheaper), asking me for more money. After clearing that up, I confirmed the revised order. After 2.5 weeks, I again emailed asking the status of my order and received THE SAME EMAIL I received originally telling me my order of 3 doses was too great(!). I then asked whether my revised order was ever placed and received the following response 48 hours later:
"I asked one of my staff to revise and ship your order on 7-10, but unfortunately it was not done."
TWO MONTHS after placing my initial order, I have requested a full refund and placed an order with a competing service that has already emailed me shipping confirmation.

In Aug 2016, I ordered 3 medications from Canadian Prescription Drugstore (CPD). The company filled only 1 of the 3 scripts I submitted in a reasonable time. I needed to leave the country in late Sept and no one could tell me when I might expect the other 2 scripts, so I cancelled the rest of the order ( reasoning that it is dangerous to risk having a package of meds show up and sit on the porch for a month). I requested a refund for the 2 unfilled Rxs (@$220). That was Sept 29. It is now Nov 28 and I have not received a refund. In fact, I have not received ANY communication at all from the company despite phone calls and emails requesting a refund. I have not even received an acknowledgement from Canadian Prescription Drugstore. The company's phone-based Customer Service seems virtually nonexistent. Calls are sent to voice mail 90% of the time and mine are not being returned. There is not even an automated confirmation of receipt of an email. Worst of all is that while I attempted to pay with a credit card, I was encouraged to pay by check because I was told the "credit card system was down". Now I have little recourse but to complain and leave messages because I paid with a personal check. My advice -- dont pay by check. In fact, don't use Canadian Prescription Drugstore.

I have ordered several times from this company and have always gotten the medication as described. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it seems impossible to get them by phone and they do not return messages. Contact by email is more reliable but sometimes I have had to send more than one email to get a response.

I placed an order in May. Due to stock issues the order was not shipped until August and I was then overseas. The order was held in customs until I furnished my prescription. When I did this it was refused as the prescription was now more that 3 months old and the tablets were destroyed.
What a waste of time and money.
