I received the product I paid for.

Quality is great, but what really sets them apart is their friendly and informative customer service - very helpful and responsive, you can tell they care about their work and their customers. Shipping was also fast. They even put a Christmas candy cane in my package (it's just the little things sometimes :) ).

My only complaint actually applies to all vendors, and that is the continued use of the marketing gimmick of "vein color" and "strain type". This has been repeatedly proven to be a total myth - it all comes from the same batches from farmers in Indonesia, so any difference between "colors" and "strains" is either subjective or due to different batches (or inconsistency within a batch). There's nothing wrong with that, but I wish vendors would be more honest and scientific about it rather than continuing to push the "oooh look at all the fancy colors and strains we have" mythology. I lived in Thailand for 15 years. I suggest anyone to take a trip to southeast Asia and ask the locals who have been using kratom for centuries whether or not they refer to it by vein color or strain and associated different effects. It will be a big "nope" from all.

Anyway, that above rant applies to the entire kratom industry, really nothing to do with this vendor in particular, but that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, CKE is fantastic and by far my favorite that I've ever used.
