We purchased a windbreak and camping table with benches. Very good prices for both compared to their competitors. Although it said we should expect delivery delays due to COVID19, we received the items within 2 days, so very quick service.

Just ordered a new Pennine Pathfinder 2021 model available from the manufacturer in January 21. As always Terry Dallas was superb and very professional to deal with. This is the fourth new unit purchased from Camping International in Gillingham and we would not go anywhere else. I ordered 2 x Quest windbreaks late afternoon on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an email confirming delivery would be Thursday with option to change day and that on the day I would receive an email from the carrier stating an hour window when the delivery would be made. I changed the delivery to Friday and received the windbreaks mid time slot.
Brilliant !!
This was the first time of purchasing from Camping international but will not be the last, because not only was the service great they were very competitive on price.

We ordered a motorhome awning, we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 3 days (ordered on a bank holiday weekend). I had phoned to ask if they could hurry it up but was told orders were dispatched asap in any case. Very efficient and very friendly! Will definitely use them again for big purchases. Also found they were significantly cheaper than any other online store.

Purchased a vango iris 600 tent. The price was the best i could find online. The tent arroved 3 days after i placed the order. Well packaged...only suggestion for improvement would ne to be kept more informed about delivery date via email.

I had been trying to find a Kampa Ace Air 400 for a few months. I was told by Camping International that they expected a delivery early August and I could reserve one by leaving a deposit. The price of the awning was already the cheapest I had found. Left a deposit and in the middle of July I had a phone call to say it was in and to take final payment. I paid by card and the awning arrived the next day. Excellent Service
