Such a quick delivery!
Ordered in the morning and received it the following afternoon and that was with free delivery!!!
We used the tent last weekend in some really horrific wind and rain but the tent stood the test of time and provided us with the shelter we so greatly needed.
Excellent buy.

It really was as easy as that from beginning to end. Took no time at all. Only comment, I expected to be told it had been despatched. Don't think I go that. Very satisfied, greatly impressed, NO PARTS MISSING!

When the tent was first ordered it would have been a help if an approximate date of delivery could have been given.

Dealt with my questions and sorted things out with a good price and quick delivery, def use again.

New to internet purchase-found the experience with camping intl excellent

I have yet to try out the awning which I purchased recently but they dealt with my queries over the phone there and then and a missing part was delivered the next day, so if I do have any problems, I am confident they will sort them out for me swiftly and professionally.
In addition the delivery service they provide not only lets you know the delivery day but you recieve notification first thing that morning of the exact hour to expect your purchase. saves waiting around all day like you have to with some of the other major retailers.
Will be straight back to them first for any other touring purchases

From placing the order to the communication between receipt of the excellent goods which were . perfectly on time I just cannot fault this company. They have been refreshingly true to their word.

we went on line to get an Isabella awning 2 days before the may bank hol, can you get it for Thursday! yes they said, I said if you can,t don,t bother, yes we can, O.K so I paid. I got it Thursday 1140. you don,t get better than that thank you camping international from a north wales centre caravan club member

The service I received was 1st class, I called first to check they had the Blue in stock and was called back about an hour later to let me know they had so I ordered via the internet and found the website very easy to use. The item was delivered in 2 days by courier and I was kept fully informed as to the delivery time, my allotted delivery time should have been 2.19pm - 3.19pm and the doorbell rang at 2.20 pm with the delivery.

I've not used Camping International before but I certainly will be using it again! Clear site, very good prices, simple to order and first class service.

i placed an order with camping international on tuesday 9th April for a new dorema datona awning which was £499.00 . I rang the company to confirm my order and was told it would arrive on friday 12th and the delivery time would be confirmed by email to me. I took the day off work to wait for my awning to be delivered, i received no email from the company so i rang again only to be told that the poles had arrived but the awning had not ??? I was told it would be delivered saturday instead and i would be contacted by phone. Saturday arrived and no phone call , meanwhile my £499.00 had been taken from my bank account. I rang the company yet again only to be told my awning had gone missing !!! I am very disappointed with the service i have received so far and still have no awning or poles . I have now been told that it will be delivered on tuesday 16th i am holding my breath and my holiday has been spoiled as i have no awning to put up with my caravan , so i am still waiting for a phone call to let me know what is going on i will probably have to ring myself again .... what this space... a very unhappy customer so far .

Ordered a Kampa Geyser Hot Water System having researched prices and availability.
Price was excellent, as was delivery.... next day!
Only concern was that their product knowledge was limited, both via email and on the phone.

Cheap and very speedy delivery

I wasn't sure of what size table to buy and I called and the assistants were very helpful. I also was concerned about delivery but it came within 3 days of ordering which was eseential because I needed it before the weekend. The tables are great - we use them as small side tables to put bottles of water on in church for our ministers and they are just the right height - accessible but not in the way!

We ordered our camping heater which was way cheaper than elsewhere. We could not believe the speed of delivery and the fact that we got a delivery slot to within one hour which was achieved. The heater was tried out and was exactly as described. Altogether a satisfactory experience. Will certainly recommend both product and company to friends.
