Ordered 2 Vango Ultralite 1300 sleeping bags. Very well priced and very pleased with service. Not used yet so can not give opinion on the product.

Great price and needed it quickly. One phone call to enquire delivery times and assured it would arrive before we had to leave on our trip. So not only a great price, but delivered exactly as promised. I will use his company again

Was hunting around for a festival tent , found a good tent at a reasonable price and the delivery was quick and they even texted Me a picture when they delivered to show where it was. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a vango iris 600 tent. The price was the best i could find online. The tent arroved 3 days after i placed the order. Well packaged...only suggestion for improvement would ne to be kept more informed about delivery date via email.

I had been trying to find a Kampa Ace Air 400 for a few months. I was told by Camping International that they expected a delivery early August and I could reserve one by leaving a deposit. The price of the awning was already the cheapest I had found. Left a deposit and in the middle of July I had a phone call to say it was in and to take final payment. I paid by card and the awning arrived the next day. Excellent Service

Placed an order Monday evening, had two e-mails on Tuesday to confirm delivery time and date and the product arrived Wednesday morning bang on time! If there was an option to rate higher than 5 stars then I would. Very impressed :-)

Product arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Delivery company allowed us to request parcel left in a safe place which was a bonus.

Hiya, your terms and conditions have a section that isn't legal and this renders your whole terms and conditions useless.

Your section which describes damaged and incomplete goods is against the Sale of Goods Act.
If any item is delivered damaged or incomplete a customer is entitled to a full refund and for you to retrieve the item/s.
The customer is not liable by law for any costs endured because of damage caused by bad packaging or the delivery firm.
Your company is responsible for the item until the point of delivery.
A customer does not have to prove the delivery company caused the damage either.

Having terms which incorrectly state a consumers rights is illegal.
You must remove or change this section of your terms and conditions.


Part Delivery/Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition; however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, we must be advised within 48 hours of receipt. We will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

No email to advise when item dispatched otherwise ok

I purchased two lamps and collected from store. Nice and quick, just walked in, collected and walked out again. Perfect service just before Christmas!

Only manufacturers flimsy box used with no additional packaging used. Heater arrived dented on front.

Fan heater safety tip over switch not working. Not your fault but manufacturer had fitted safety switch upside down!!!

No time to exchange so fixed both problems myself.

Now fixed and working well

I can't comment fully because I'm waiting to hear from the shop to see what they say . No doubt they will be replaced but I'm waiting to see what condition the replacement ones will be like .
I would hope they fully check them before despatching them to me .

Brought a folding camper, Terry was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Had to travel a way to get there, but was so worth the journey. Also brought lots of accessories, which are very competitively priced. Would definitely visit there again. Also placed an online order, quick delivery and well packaged. We went into the shop looking to buy some bits for are folding camper.a very well stocked shop with everything you could think of. We then looked at a new folding camper just to see what new ones are like,that's when terry came over to speak to us and what a very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable man he is. We ended up buying a brand new folding camper and trading in are old one. Very pleased with how we were delt with and made to feel welcome and important as you would hope to expect.

I bought a two Kampa beds for my grandchildren and one was faulty I contacted the company and it was replaced immediately woith no quibble I also bought a Cadac Paella pan and it was delivered straight away. I paid by Paypal but had no receipt so I called them to let them know. 1st class service and will be using them again

After a bad start when the floor straps were not long enough, I returned the canopy. Camping International corrected the fault, and returned it very swiftly. I have now at last after a period of not camping, put it up with ease as it now fits OK, And it was admired by other campers/caravaners.

My order was taken perfectly and it arrived the day after - great, unfortunately the box had been opened at some point and the instructions were missing, the items were intact and complete however.
When I phoned Camping International the next day whoever answered the phone was obviously busy to the point of distraction, he did however send me the instructions but was not at all concerned the package had been mistreated and opened. OK so no harm no foul but I expect stuff delivered in perfect condition and this wasn't.

Great selection and competitive prices. Delivery came quickly despite being free.

One item was missing but after phone call this was despatched and received the next day.

I am very likely to use this company again.

I bought a Kampa travel pod from Camping International, for £30 less than anywhere else. It arrived very quickly and the delivery company even sent me a text, giving me a delivery window of one hour so I didn't have to stay at home all.

Great price and great service - you can't ask for better than that!

I'm not sure what I can say really. I ordered a tent on the Internet. They confirmed the order and it turned up a day or two later. I suppose I could say the tent was good value for money.
