CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.

Their call recording feature is very helpful for CSR training. I like having the ability to see where my calls are coming from. The problem for me is that they charge quite a bit per minute for inbound calls. There are not any large packages of discounted minutes which is leading me to dial back / cancel usage.

After setting up the caillrail our experience has been good. The initial issue was getting all of my business partners to get the phone to ring and not go to voicemail. It was very intuitive and a few of our calls were sent straight to voicemail which was problematic. We had another issue of people sending us text messages and there were not any alerts letting us know that was happening, but after we realized this was happening it has been smooth running.

While CallRail probably offers the most features and yet the best pricing for a call tracking service. It literally has all features you may imagine. However, firstly I found the whisper message/recording call flow to be slightly glitchy at times. Secondly, due to NAP consistency issues, a call tracking service was rendered useless to us. I think CallRail should notify each incoming customer of this issue before they pay/join. Lastly, inability to forward text messages to a main company phone also made it less intuitive to use. Don't get me wrong, it is a great service but it just wasn't for us. However, adding some new features and fixes could have made it even better.

My experience with CallRail has been very good. The desktop user experience is very easy to use. I do wish the mobile version would offer more features but it still allows you to text people back and more just can't create numbers and companies or call flows from the mobile version. I also enjoy how quick and easy it is to create numbers and how their platform guides you along the process. My campaigns didn't seem to get very many good calls and would occasionally get spam but that is expected when you have your phone number live on public campaigns across the internet! Not every call will come in as a lead. Anyway, I highly recommend them for their ease of use and the pricing is fair and affordable too.

I mainly use CallRail for tracking paid advertising campaigns and I am very pleased with the keyword level tracking that allows me to see what keyword a call originated from. Furthermore, I like how CallRail integrates with HubSpot, and I think that their customer service is quick to respond.
My only complaint is I have had a few issues with the reporting where CallRail and HubSpot didn't quite match, but I would still recommend CallRail to others!

Call rail is a great way to track calls coming into your site from Google AdWords and other advertising. The only thing I would caution is to review the pricing structure. We did not realize that there were overage and minutes charges and thus our first month was pretty expensive.

Solves a huge problem on knowing where your leads are coming from. Easy to use and very helpful. My business would not be where it is without it. A lag in conversations is why I did not give a 5 star, not a huge issue for me but sometimes its a challenge.
