This is the first time I use this kind of system and I think it's incredible. I run a small design company for closets and garages. I am always on the road visiting clients' homes, taking measurements, supervising job sites. CallRail allows me to track all incoming calls for advertising or other purposes and to forward them to my mobile fun. I know when a customer is calling and I know when not to pick up personal calls. CallRail takes messages, notifies you by text and email, works great on both mobile and computer, manages calls but also form submissions, and is ridiculously affordable (at least the 1st option that gives you 10 numbers). I recommend it to anyone with a small business, particularly if you don't have a receptionist. It's like having a pool of assistants working for you.

My experience with CallRail has been very good. The desktop user experience is very easy to use. I do wish the mobile version would offer more features but it still allows you to text people back and more just can't create numbers and companies or call flows from the mobile version. I also enjoy how quick and easy it is to create numbers and how their platform guides you along the process. My campaigns didn't seem to get very many good calls and would occasionally get spam but that is expected when you have your phone number live on public campaigns across the internet! Not every call will come in as a lead. Anyway, I highly recommend them for their ease of use and the pricing is fair and affordable too.

I have been using CallRail for almost a year now and I love how it integrates with so many platforms and dashboards.
Pros: My favorite thing about it is the keyword tracking so that I know which keywords are working within adwords. I like to also use the channel tracking so I know where my leads came from. Overall it is a great service.
Cons: The connection between CallRail and adwords went down for 3 weeks in March of 2018 and they never notified any of their clients during or after the issue.

Very impressed with the platform and service they provide. After signing up they offered to do a screen share to show me everything about the dashboard & features offered. Setup was quick and easy. Best of all I can finally track leads and correlate that data with Google Analytics data.
