I returned the gloves because they were to small. The company state they haven't gotten the return &will not send a refund. Its sad part is I have been out of work due to COVID-19.
TRY ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR GLOVES! THE QUALITY WAS VERY POOR ALSO. THATS ANOTHER REASON THEY WERE RETURNED!!!!!! This company has to be a scam beware!!!!!!!!

I think this company is a scam. I ordered their gloves for my 90 year old mother based on regular Facebook ads. I realised that they would not be suitable so immediately emailed to cancel the order. They did not reply to 2 emails. They do not answer their phone either. I sent a Facebook message. No reply so put in a charge back against my credit card. The card company refunded me.

After the goods arrived they told me that I could return the item at my expense I explained my card company had already refunded me and they were welcome to arrange collection of the goods but I would not pay to ship them the gloves. They told me that their legal team would be in touch. Now I wait and see.
