I too have spent a pretty penny with CP and it is pretty hit and miss. I like Donna and Demi they seem to provide the most accurate information. However, I was told on a number of occasions that my POI would reach out to me but to date nothing. At this point I feel defeated, empty and emotionally lost having hope for something that would never come to pass. They also don't post all honest reviews made by customers. They screen reviews. Let this information help callers identify with the best and maybe the not so experienced psychics will take the time to perfect their craft. At some point CP should value the service more than the money. I am soooooo lost at this point because of my inaccurate readings.

Hit or miss some of their psychics are just plain rude one by the name of Michelle tried to get me to send her money to get rid of someone and whatever she not with CP no more. I told her I don’t have any money to send her probably that’s the reason why they fired her cuz she’s trying to take money from the callers. Stay away from them 4,5 dollar psychics ones that’s been there for years and still at the same rate.

I thought I had found a great psychic on this site. The first time i called that my marriage would reconcile in 12 weeks. The next it would around a number of 21. ok. Then I called as she no longer took chat and she told me the exact opposite and that it would be 10 weeks (the original 12 was upon me). talk about adding a kick to the gut on top of what I was going thru and all the money I wasted on this. NEVER again.

This is a good company to call and talk to a psychic for advice. I have had some good experiences and some not so good. I have tried several different psychics Bcz some maybe excellent in some situations vs other situations but yes I recommend this company.

I have been reading with CP since 2011 and they have disappointed me by not keeping their 100 % satisfaction guarantee to word. I have spent over $10,000 which could of got me a car or something to show for. When I did not get a great reading with a psychic I got a credit and told everyone is eligible once a month. That secured me to spend crazy money just in case one does not connect or their predictions Do NOT come true. Based on the ONLY Good Reviews and suggested from customer service no other options is given to choose a Legit psychic. Customer service just seems to have quota to meet and trying to always up sale. If one spends so much money with your company they should have some kind of privilages compare to the newbies. Karma points is worst then their discounted packages and if you do your math right you would save more on their regular discounts. I don't do Karma point days after I figured it out...I don't know how these psychics make money but they should be aware and KNOW not to drag calls. Not everyone is like that but some just take forever! I think the company does not care if they lose a customer as the representive told me go ahead and not call. SO RUDE....Just HURT and Scared as my savings went to not caring people :(

I have voiced my concerns before that when reading readers reviews you only see the positive ones which in my view is somehow misleading and not all readers are perfect or really gifted as reflected by the reviews. I had wasted a lot of money going for ones that were really no where near genuine psychics at your site. There are very few who I connect with and whose reviews truly reflect their true gifts. I note that readers connect with people differently but at the same time you still sense the gift in the readers regardless of what the customer gets to hear and if it is not what they want to hear anyway. So PLEASE reflect all reviews whether good or bad so not to entrap customers to read with those that lack a genuine gift.
Also, other sites have free minutes sent by readers. It would be nice if you introduce that and let alone that cost of the readers are a bit expensive.

I have had some very accurate readings, but mostly found the readers to strive to give 'positive' readings for that quick consumer satisfaction. In reading the customer testimonials the writer seems to respond on an impulse high from their 'happy' reading. There's not so much true accuracy noted in the testimonials, but an exclamation of how amazing the reader made them feel and how they feel like they have a caring, close friend... These psychics are employees paid to do a job of reading/predicting one's future and it seems as if they close in on being a counsellor or friend, they get better ratings which is good for their business. However, they are supposed to be psychics, people with the ability to read future events, not best friends to make you feel good. That's what puppies are for! As for my personal evaluation, in romance, the readers are more accurate. In career I personally found an extremely high degree of inaccuracy - even with the $13.00/minute readers.
As for some of the readers who immediately bring up 'rememberings' of past call details - I'm wondering if they log onto a past conversation screen on their home computer to 'refresh' their memory of the caller's history. Really? In a flash you can remember a past romance reading in complete detail, but cannot get a new or past prediction to stand on its merritt of accuracy???

I like California p but as much money that I've spent over the past two years you'd think there would be special offers for customers like myself but there isn't so I've cut back on the site

I have had many readings on cp. I have encountered some very good readers, and some not so good ones. I have spent a lot of money on this site. I have to say that I have had many of the readers say the same thing. oh he will contact in 2 weeks. oh he is coming to you. same thing over and over I keep coming back. I guess I am just glutton for punishment. or Are these readers taking advatntage of a situation that is in need of answers. that is why I called for answers.
I would love to have some the money back that I have spent. especially the ones that have been saying the same thing. when you have 10 reading and out of those 10 ,9 of them say the same thing then bam you get that one that leaves you so confused. that you try again with another reader in hopes that you get clarity.

SO I say to you mark harris, how about putting me in touch with a psychic that will give me the answers I seek. and have been seeking for the last 2 yrs!!!!

I've had some great readings from the psychics on this site, but I really dislike the tiered pricing system. It's jarring and annoying to get comfortable with certain psychics and then not be able to consult them any more when their rates increase. I'd prefer consistent prices where I can purchase a package for a set amount of time, and the ability to add and use any amount of funds I'd like. The bonus program needs improvement, too. Karma Rewards really aren't that much of a perk.

Overall, my experience with CP has been good. My only complaint would be Customer Service a few times. There were a couple of times where the computer would cut me off and I would have to be put trough the CS to be put back in the que. The problem is that I HAD to add more money BC of the callback minimum. After making a fuss the last time about it, the gentleman finally decided to give me the minimum difference for me to continue my call.

the jury is still out regarding the quality of the psychics. i have yet to have a love prediction come to pass regardless the dollar amount the psychic is valued at. i would like to speak to some of those people who write reviews and state that such and such happened within days to see how it actually came to pass. that being said they have provided me with a shoulder to lean on during my most difficult days but their predictions led me to hang on longer than i should have rather than move on with my life. curiously enough all predictions were to happen within 2 months, you call back after 2 months when nothing happens and miraculously...it's another 2 months...and another...an another...and you find yourself calling every 2 months for an update.

I like quite a few of your psychics but some of them are so expensive that I can't afford to read with them anymore.

We I first started calling CP in 08, the first person I was told by the support staff to speak to was Gabby. After 1 year of throwing money away, it become clear that she was no more a psychic than I was. I quit calling and 9 months later, one of your Customer Reps called and invited me back. I said jokingly, the only person I would speak to was Red. She surprised me by saying Red had a cancellation and that she booked it for me. I enjoyed my 20 minute chat with her but looking back, most of what she told me never came to pass. Then, I found Nina and she is such a delight to speak with. Unfortunately, due to her health issues, she is often off which is not helpful to me when I need advice. So, looking through the list, I found Gina Rose who, although expensive, told me I had found my "soul mate" and we would be together. One year later, she said "No, you will not be together". I was stunned beyond words; how can a person say one thing for a year and then, just change her mind? I had spent a fortune talking to this woman and it ended up being a total waste of money. After her, I spoke to Sybil Ann and the same scenario occurred. After talking to her for for a few months, she too went from "he is your soul mate" to "he is toxic to you - change your phone number and e-mail address and forget about him". Once again, I was totally flummoxed and stupefied. How can this "psychics" tell you one thing and then change their minds? It made no sense to me. I was feeling really low and looked for a cheap no tool psychic to speak with and found "Shelby". We spoke for one year and then she was fired. Looking back, I know for a fact she lied to me more than once. You would think that after all this B.S. and money spent, I would just stop calling and if I had used my head, I would have. Instead, I looked for a medium as I had never spoke to one and I found Walter. Walter's validation were spot on but nothing he told me came to pass. Frustrated and lost, I then found Dominique. She is the real deal; one of my first questions to her was "will you change your mind about him" like Gina Rose and Sybil Ann did?" and she said unless he changed path or something drastic happened, she would not. She had been true to her word and she is kind and offers support, guidance and understanding. I know she is new, hence, her low rate. Still, it all adds up and since 2008, I have spent thousands of dollars with C.P., money I now need to get implants that will cost me $20,000.00. I promised myself to stop calling; to be more financially responsible but things happen and here I go again, spending huge sums to talk with Dominique. As much as I enjoy our chats, I cannot afford them and do not wish to end my days living under a bridge and being homeless. If I continue calling C.P., that is exactly what will happen to me. If there was a way and I know there is not, I would sue you for all the money I wasted talking to Gabby, Gina Rose, Sybil and Shelby. It would have been easier for me to flush the money in the toilet. I wish there was a process where I could make a case with your Company to get a chunk of my funds back because I talked to 4 women who lead me astray. They and your company seem to forget it is MY LIFE these women are playing with. But, as with any Company, the money you make off our pain is more important than our happiness and having a successful life. That speak volumes about the owners of this company. As long as the money is coming in, they will not address the wrongs that have been done to a person's life or feelings of self-worth or dignity and that is a very sad commentary indeed. In a way, it is a scam where these psychics take advantage of you, telling you what you want to hear and then, pulling the rug from underneath you. Money in YOUR world makes the world go round - not in mine!

I started with CP about 4 - 5 years ago. Your customer service was far superior to every other customer service I had ever delt with in any capacity. The past 4 months has declined considerablely. The CS staff is no longer personable and making me feel like an important customer. I now feel like a number and a hinderance rather than valued. I have even felt the CS aggrivation with my call. You have some exceptional people on your staff, the ones who have been with you a long time, the newer people I have been dealing with do not have the connection feeling of being personable. Please have your staff that has been with you a long time train the newbies. THEY are what make you WOW instead of just okay. THEY are the ones who keep me coming back for more.

To be honest, I have spent A LOT of money on here, and maybe 1/4 of what I am told has come to pass. I really feel that you should take another look at what you charge per minute per psychic. I cannot afford the lavish expense any longer.
