Beware! It's a scam. I got my product delivered (cleaning robot) but it was not moving at all. So I opened a conflict via PayPal and immediately the customer support answered my emails. However they always requested additional info and tried to gain time. So the PayPal conflict was closed and after that there was no response from customer support anymore. You cannot reopen a closed conflict! I paid 150$ to learn this.
UPDATE: Just a quick remark that the reply is a straight-out lie. They indeed offered me to return the robot. But you have to return the package to a Chinese warehouse, covering the shipping cost. Additionally you have no guarantee that you will actually get any money back. So given my experience with this company so far, I will skip.

The delivery process had an issue and the order was never delivered to me.
No proactive contact from CFAGO to tell me that they have an issue.
I contacted the CAFAGO customer service and still waiting for an answer.
Now chasing Cafago to be reimburse and I think I will have to take legal action against them if I want my money back

My order FAN17D06F0437-EUMGXI was shipped 04/6/2017 4:05 PM with tracking number RS570082084CN. Now is 04/18/2017 and there is no tracking information about this parcel. I think they didn't send anything.

Took a little longer to ship off than I expected. But it was definitely worth the wait. These phones are packed with all the latest technology. For the money you pay it doesn't get any better than this. This is the equalvalent of a Samsung or Apple flagship at a fraction of the price. I have AT&T in United States. And every feature works perfectly. I just put in my Sim in slot 1 not slot 2. And I got 4g. Data works fine. Calls are clear as day. And might I mention the camera is amazing. You will be in awe at the details it will capture. So if you got patience and don't mind a little bit of a wait to get your phone. This phone is amazing. Good things come to those who wait. ?

Purchased a le max 2 on 26th and website says usually shipped in 72hrs ..I have
Sent 4 emails in 72 hrs period enquiring about stock..but no response and no shipping update.
Their chat feature won't work ,no response to email ..no status updates ..don't waste ur money look for somewhere else
