Our second year in a row staying here and we will be back. Cabins are beautiful, the scenery is amazing off the deck we could sit and rock forever. Game room is amazing even for two old folks.

Cabin as nice as the pictures showed. Only problem we had was a strong connection to the Internet; but we can to relax and spend time with 17 family members. We had plenty of room with comfortable beds. A bear even came by to visit us. It was a wonderful experience. Hope to use it again. The staff at the lobby was easy to work with too!! Very pleased!!

We’ve stayed here several times within the last 5 years. It’s great to see how they’ve pretty much recovered from the devastating fire. In terms of the actual cabins, most are in good shape, but some need a little TLC. We were also not provided any dishwashing soap or sponges, no detergent, no shampoo and not enough toilet paper. We do love their location and views

So we had rented two cabins. One pet friendly and one non per friendly. The pet friendly "fixin to" had a lot to be desired. It was an older cabin for sure. When we arrived the one bedroom was obviously not cleaned and the entire downstairs smelled like dog. Being that it was just us and not any of our guests we were ok with staying there. We did call to get extra clean sheets and for them to come back out and clean which never happened. They did contact me to come out and fix the issue but we were not available for them to come in. (They wont come in with animals which is totally understandable). Overall the place was "ok" definitely more rustic than luxury. I did have to call for extra sheets which a guy did bring them down on his break. Now the 2nd cabin we had was absolutely amazing
Beautiful, clean, amazing views
They had called us to let us know rhey were coming out to fix the ph in the pool. They must have some sort of app for chemicals. Which is cool. Everything was amazing in the cabin and we had no issues. I did call for extra sheets and they brought them down in a timely manner. Check in to both places were on time and we had no issues. I was even able to get into the luxury cabin early actually, which was wonderful.

Had another great time at cabins of the smoky mountains. They have always met expectations and in the one time occurrence of several visits they rectified it very professionally and expeditiously. We look forward to our next visit next summer, and would always recommend staying with them.

We stayed in the Mountain High View cabin from 08/30 to 09/02 2019. During the virtual check-in you cannot electronically sign the documents as I was told you can the day of the stay. So after clearing that up we ended up at the business office to check in. Staff was nice. The only best part of the cabin was the view from the back deck with the hot tub. The cabin was really outdated and the master bathroom was in serious need of TLC. The shower floor needs to be completely replaced and facet dripped. You must hold the toilet handles down for several seconds for the toilets to work. The mattress was very uncomfortable (cheap). The fireplace light did not work. The TV in the bedroom would not keep the signal so it was useless. The appliances were really outdated, one pan to use if you cook anything, pool table was unstable, the A/C would not cool ( Maybe due to the window and sunlight ) so bring a couple of box fans (thank goodness we did). Check your drinking glasses. We found a couple that still had lipstick and lip prints on them that were supposedly clean as they were in the cabinet. We did not use the wash machine or dryer so no comment on that amenity. Overall the cabin was clean.

Worst stay for our family. We rented “Altitude Adjustment” for 4 days. Floors were dirty, not a full set of pool balls, hot tub didn’t work, toilet flooded, cleaning supplies left out, one trash bag for 4 days and 12 people, smelled of mildew. No one came to fix toilet after several phone calls so my husband turned off the water to it and fixed it himself. After we checked out and discussed our entire situation to one of the customer service reps, she offered us 25% off our next stay. Needless to say we will not be booking through this company again. It’s a shame too since we come to gatlinburg and pigeon forge area 2-3 times a year.

I wouldn't even rate our stay with one star. My family and I went to the beach but were under mandatory evacuation due to the recent hurricane. we made the choice to go to TN to finish out our trip. Upon arrival, we were told our cabin (a time to remember) wasnt ready yet. They checked us in and told us to grocery shop and our cabin should be ready after that. With a 4pm check in time we called again after 6pm and it still wasn't ready. Finally, around 7pm we were able to enter the cabin to discover it was filthy. The toilets were dirty, my nephew had black hands and knees from crawling on the floor, the stove and counters were disgusting, the AC wasnt working, the sheets had a smashed bug under them, I could go on and on. I called the manager and explained to her we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the place and the AC issue for her to say "you only spent $800 for your stay" (which was for only 3 nights) we had to go back and forth over and over for them to fix the air at 11pm and clean the next day. The manager told me if I wanted the sheets changed I would have to change them myself and could pick them up at their office. They were not willing to relocate us or give a refund. The professional demeanor was poor and I will not stay with this company or recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful cabin and gorgeous river and view. Very calming. The cabin was perfect for our 14 of different ages. We loved the private full bathrooms in the bedrooms. The cabin was very spacious

They are thieves. Make sure to read fine print. You will get charged extra fee for everything. I've been charged more fees them my stay.
If recommend to stay away from those people.

Loved the look of the cabin. I think we probably should ha e gotten a two bedroom but it was a super nice place. Being our first time there we ran out of trash bags, toilet paper and we didn’t know if we should have called or if that was our responsibility. Overall a great time since it was our first vacation in about 13 years. We’d love to come back

Our family couldn’t even take their shoes off, there were hairs on the bathroom utilities, the pool was filled with bugs and dirt, the hot tub was full of dirt and grime, and you can’t even feel comfortable in the beds which is where you are supposed to sleep at night. These cabins don’t even deserve a star...

Our cabin was at The Gathering Place, 3342 Twin City Way. We were disappointed with our cabin and very disappointed with the management company and their lack of management. When we arrived Sunday we noticed there was garbage down the ravine in the back. We called Sunday, Monday and Tuesday because it was not taken care of even though we were told it was high priority on Sunday. The only time someone came out was when it was raining, thunder and lightning and pitch black. We gave up calling. There was so much potential for this cabin if the owners were willing to invest a little time and money to have it cleaned, buy new pots and pans and dishes and put up some new updated decor. The items on the wall had easily been there for 10-15 years. There were 3 coffee cups for a cabin that was advertised to sleep 10-12. The pots and pans were greasy and the dishwasher did not work. The cobwebs on the windows looked as if they had been there for months.

“As Good As It Gets” can’t get any worse. I have to give a one star to move forward with this review, but it didn’t deserve a star at all. First, after a 5 hour drive we were told our cabin would be ready soon because it was “being cleaned” and yes, we were a little early.....5 HOURS LATER and 9 starving people we enter the cabin that was anything but clean. At that hour and after calls of promises to make it all better we decided to tough it out for the night and hope for a better tomorrow. We did get the hot tub drained and cleaned, which was the least of my concern. The floors were disgusting with crumbs and trash and stickiness. Pool and hot tub were disappointing for our kids but the fact we had to wear shoes and didn’t want to sit on the cruddy sofa or put your luggage on the floor or use anything there about put the grown ups over the edge. Upon check out very little was done to see that we were compensated for such a poor experience. Best advice... stay somewhere else.

View from the Top is a good, pet friendly cabin. Virtual check in was easy. The drive way is long and has a hairpin turn on the way up - be prepared to test your driving skills. The cabin has some age on it, and could use a good, thorough rug cleaning. However, it is on par with other pet friendly cabins that we have rented. It did have a nice mountain top campfire pit with movable, plastic benches around it. Tip: Food City sells firewood. There are neighboring cabins, but not where people can stare at you! All of the amenities worked except the upstairs loft TV had a sound issue that I reported. Would recommend for guests who have pets.

HORRIBLE!! A group of us recently stayed at the Amazing Views Mansion. This cabin has such potential. The view is truly amazing. It has plenty of space, & the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is fantastic. However, there were issues that could have easily & quickly been resolved. It was filthy to say the least. The floors turned you feet/bottom of socks black. The half bath on the main level had built up slimy crud in the toilet. Several of the futons used as beds were broken. The toilet in one of the downstairs bathrooms was broken. Several people came to 'fix' it. The first one cancelled the work order because he couldn't find the cabin. Unfortunately, it was still broken when we left. The shower liner was black with mold. The shower rod was broken, but was finally replaced Friday afternoon before we left Saturday morning!! You could write your name in the dust/dirt under the beds. There were spider webs on the outside of the windows...LARGE ones. NO internet the entire time we were there. Need I go on? I didn't think so. It would just have been nice if the upkeep/maintenance could have been as good as the view.

We rented the Grandview Theater views were amazing but we were expecting to watch movies in the home theater downstairs and neither one of the DVD players were working it was missing remotes and had remotes that didn’t even work to anything hard to call it a Grandview theater when your not able to watch movies. Wish there was internet so we could of just purchased a movie off the tv but that wasn’t available either. I don’t recommend staying at this cabin if you want to use the home theater.

Overall we had a great cabin and a great time. Kids loved playing the games when we were there. Only 4 stars because we had to call for some basic supplies like a can opener and other basics. Also in the past homes we have rented, there was a starting supply of seasonings and condiments. We had ants the whole week and some noisy neighbors over the weekend. 🐜 We did see a black bear walking by our cabin! 🐻 The employees were very kind and helpful.

They claim that check in is at 4, but our cabin wasn’t ready until 730! We drove for 15 hours and had to sit. They don’t give you an address until it’s “ready”. So another half hour drive on top of the wait to our destination. Our cabin had so many maintenance issues. We had to call everyday for something. One of the bedroom sinks wouldn’t drain at all. Another bedroom shower had no pressure at all and dripped all night long. Hot tub didn’t work the entire stay. The hand rail to the stairs was TAPED. The banester to the hand rail outside was busted out. Garbage and coals on the ground outside as we pulled up. One of the bedrooms had a bathroom door that couldn’t latch shut. The jets to the jacuzzi bath tub didn’t work in that room as well. The dryer didn’t heat up, so it took 5 cycles to dry a load of clothes and then the washer flooded the entire kitchen floor. Maintenance came and said yep it’s broken. The floors were cratched to hell in some spots, probably need to be sanded and refinished. The outside of the cabin on the deck was dirty, needed a good sweep and a power washing.
Positive notes were that the cabin was clean when we came and management tried to give us some money back on our stay. Probably not as much as we deserved. Based on the line of people waiting to complain I wouldn’t rent from this company again. The WiFi was also terrible!
This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg. The view was AMAZING and we plan to visit again soon!!

Pools rush inn was our cabin & it was spectacular from the pool on the bottom floor to the king bed on the top floor. Chief Ray was brilliant with the anniversary meal that he prepare for us also.

Upon arrival to Gatlinburg, we had to call to get address to cabin. Found that very strange, they would not give to me prior to arrival??? After getting address, address didn't work in gps, 45 minutes later and 4 calls later, we drive into a full blown construction zone. Construction trucks, dumpsters, and barely a car width to get through. Cabin was not numbered or name was not on outside. A construction worker finally directed us to cabin. We see there is a van in parking area, we knocked and a lady answered door. We assumed she was cleaning lady. She gathered items and left. We rented this cabin that stated there was 7 tv's and a media room. None of the tv's or media room worked. I called office where they sent some guy out who claimed all tv boxes were stolen?...the cabin was new and it appeared unfinished. NEVER got tv or media room working entire week. Cabin stated breathtaking view...mountains were to right of porch where it is obstructed by a utility pole and other new cabins being built. Facing off porch was overgrown trees with a water reservoir and trash everywhere. Next morning after arrival, lady returned who was in cabin prior day with another female taking pics of our cars. We asked what was going on. We were informed this cabin had been sold and new owner had no idea anyone was renting cabin. Through phone calls, we were able to speak to owner and he agreed to let us stay in cabin. He said he would collect from broker of "cabins of the smoky mountains". When we called desk to complain about construction zone, she said they can't control that. I explained you could've told us. We were only cabin with a rental in this development. Pounding started at 6:30 am. At one point, we were blocked in driveway for 45 minutes because we were blocked by massive construction trucks. We chose this "luxury" cabin to celebrate my parent's 55th wedding anniversary with my siblings. Pictures were deceiving for outside. It was very stressful dealing with this situation and NO ONE from Cabins of the Smoky Moutains even tried to rectify this issue. Didn't get to enjoy media room (one reason we rented) and no tv. Was told by new owner that installation of cable was scheduled for 22nd....one week after we were gone! How does a company get away with this? VERY DISAPPOINTED AND AT TIMES ANGRY that a company could take this moment away from our family! I would NEVER rent from this scam business again! Oh, and please send me your blanket response so I can send additional reviews. If they were any of company, someone would also least stir an email sent to them!
