pick up on arrival at Tenerife was fine,,,pick up for return was a disaster,, after waiting for transport to pick us up ,,it didn't arrive,,phoned up and the woman said she couldn't find our booking and there was nothing she could do,, she just said "get a normal taxi" yeah I,ll do that at an extra 30 euros.... so sent a few emails off when I returned but no return contact what so ever...people told me about this firm but I didn't listen,,,,DO NOT USE THEM,,there customer service phone number just rings out,, never again

Left us stranded at our accommodation told us our driver was stuck in traffic would be over an hour suggested we get a taxi & claim a refund! You would be mad to use cabforce they might pick you up at airport but dont expect a return transfer!

Transfer did not turn up, called multiple times, said they were on the way, and then waited for another 30 minutes, i called again and they said they were not coming and had to get a taxi. Emailed them when i got home and lied and said i didn't call them (even though i spoke to them on the phone) sent photo evidence of the phone calls. Got a £16 refund on the transfer that cost me £40 and have to pay $50 for a taxi. DO NOT USE. SCAM!!!!!

Do not use Cabforce!
Booked through Air Norway and were slightly cheaper than other online quotes.
They used BeDriven taxis to pick us up at Faro airport and this part worked quite well. The return booking has defaulted to the flight time, so I asked them to call or email me to let me know the pick up time. After not hearing from them, I called them early on our departure day to be told that they had no taxis available and that it was my fault, so not refundable.
Absolute joke of a company.

Terrible. Bunch of cowboys. Prepaid for transfer from Brussels travelling alone sun 22nd Sept. Got text advising pickup point. No one there. Called the two numbers provided. One of them to voicemail the other not recognised. Waited over an hour. Had to pay €44 for taxi. Same thing this am. Got text saying they would pick up from hotel. No one arrived. Had to pay €35 taxi to get to airport. Already paid €56 to cabforce. Do not use this company. Will be taking up with credit card company to assist in refund but I doubt will get anywhere. Would give this a -1 score if I could.

Booked our return transfer which they used a company called Mayfair Private Cars in Barcalona. On arrival they were 25 mins late after ringing them. On our return we waited 40 mins and they never showed up, we rang them 11 times but no answer, we had to get a taxi and nearly missed our flight. These people have had our money up front and when we contacted them they are not interested.

So disgusted by the service provided by Cabforce and VIP EXPRESS in Turkey. Booked a rather expensive private transfer for ease... yeah right! No one came to pick us up from the airport despite being told someone would be there with a card. None of the telephone numbers provided locally worked so after an hour of waiting we got a taxi as it was 3.30am. Received a text from them for the return journey, again tried to call them but couldn't connect so tried texting and I got a response from the driver to say he would be there, which I in turn confirmed. After 20 minutes after he said he would pick us I tried to call the number and got put through to someone in dispatch who told me they'd be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I get a text to say to call them, which I did and the woman tells me he's now having car trouble and that another driver would be there in 30 minutes which meant it was likely we would miss our check in. The woman was terribly rude to me when I told her this, just kept telling me to wait and then hung up on me. Tried calling back with no answer so I text to say we couldn't wait that long as we would miss our flight, to cancel the car and issue me a refund. This went back and forth for while, eventually I got an apology and a promise of a refund/ I've had nothing. Have tried calling since but again the numbers don't connect. Sent another text to the number that had messaged to say i'd get a refund only to be told "please mail us" when I have not been given an email address! Looked back through my booking on cabforce to find the customer support link, submitted my claim and attached screenshots of the text messages promising a refund. I have had no email from cabforce despite the process bar clearly stating that I would be and that a representative would be handling my case. No one answers the UK customer service number. I want to make an official complaint but cant see how an earth I can do that when NO ONE responds! But mostly I want my money back, which the local company have agreed to. This is disgusting service.

booked a return transfer in tenerife gave flight numbers and times of arrival,17,30 pm and departure, 18.00,,,,,arrival was ok he was 10 min late ,,on departure sat waiting,when i called up 1st no answer from the driver,,then got in touch with the office when asked were the taxi was i was told your pick up is at 6pm,,,,,,when i explained that was the departure time of the flight no taxi was available for over an hour,,,,reading all the other reviews please stay clear of this company even if it £5 or £10 dearer,with someone else,,,

Paid for transfers in Lloret de Mar to and from the airport in a small minibus of no more than 8 people (ours was a family of 4). There was no representatives of cabforce at the airport to collect us, eventually we found several other people waiting for the same company. Unbeknown to us they had decided to forget the small minibus and bring in a full coach instead meaning that it would take much more time for drop off's, up to hours. To save the hassle with 2 tired kids we paid for a taxi at the cost of €180, were going to have to do the same on the way back because they're not scheduled to pick us up until 2 hours after our flight takes off, by that time, we'd of landed back in the UK. I honestly have no idea how this business functions but please please dont waste your hard learnt cash with these parasites. Utter dog s#@t .

DO NOT USE!
Booked a transfer from Barcelona to Lloret de Mar. Booking confirmation said someone would be waiting with a board with my name on. There wasn't anyone there. Followed directions on my confirmation to the information desk to be informed that we would have to wait an hour for the coach. No reason was given as to why we had to wait however our flight landed 15 mins late. On my paperwork, it stated that the bus would wait for 45 mins after the arrival time. So we should have had plenty of time to get to the bus regardless of the delay. Thought it sounded a bit dodgy as I had booked a mini bus with less stops. Or so I thought. Finally, after an hour and ten mins, a big red coach pulls in. With all the drop offs, it took us almost 3 hours to get to our resort. Then we were dropped off... AT THE WRONG HOTEL! Thank God for Google Maps!
On the way back, I sent an email to the actual bus provider asking for details of our pick up. Was told to go to a hotel down the road, pick up at 8.30am. Got there for 8am, coach came at 8.15am. Took an hour and half to the airport. No problems. But the previous drop off has put me off ever booking with this company again!

Very poor service in Bucharest. The driver dropped us at the wrong place and we had to walk around 500m with our cases to the correct address. He was very dismissive when we asked for help and just drove off. On return, he was 40 mins late, didn't apologise and we almost missed our flight. The company seem to have numerous phone numbers all over the place - I was called from Tel Aviv and New York.

Had a booking that I paid for Istanbul this was a return.
Wish I had read the reviews because it was a nightmare trying to contact them . I sent an email to doublecheck whether or not they were picking me up but no response to email .
Carried on looking on their website for a phone number but there was none to be found .
Istanbul airport has relocated to try to change the booking but again could not get hold of anyone or get a response. Cancelled before the 24 hours but then didn’t get a response straight away saying that I would get no refund . I would avoid using this company by all means .

I booked a return journey from Tenerife Airport to the Casablanca Hotel Tenerife North 6th October 2018 paying £124.00 through Ryanair.
We were picked up and dropped back at the airport after a 5 minute drive as the driver said Cabforce didn't cover Tenerife North. This didn't show on the internet when I booked it.
We were left to pay a bus fare and several phone calls later no help at all or refund. A week later we paid a taxi fare of £54.00 back to Tenerife South. I have contacted Cabforce by phone and several letters, but have heard nothing.
They have robbed me and I would issue them Nil 0000000000 STARS

I think Cabforce is just booking provider. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT LOOK INTO YOUR COMPLAINT AND IGNORE YOU. My booking was made with this company but the transport or should I say lack of??? was provided by Eros bus.
Upon landing at Barcelona airport we followed pick up location instructions which was terminal 2 opposite desks 22-24 and waited , actually there was a closed cafe there.
As no one was there I followed instructions and rang both numbers from booking confirmation as per booking advised in the event of no one there which was useless as was told 'this number has not been assigned to a client and rang off. Whats the point of that? Also I was unable to find an alternative which is terrible in the event of being stranded. Took to Facebook and rang a different number. The Gentleman informed me to go to the Eros bus office your instructions would be very helpful if this was stated but they do not. This is located opposite check in desk 8-10 NOT 22-24.
So the instructions sent me to the wrong place. Upon finding the right location to meet our transfer we were advised that we just missed our coach by a few minutes and had to wait a further 50 minutes which obviously would of been avoided if we were advised to go to the right area in the first place. Waited a good hour.
On route the driver had to stop twice for fuel. You would of expected him to have sufficient for journey ahead? Had a 20 minute disagreement at a toll.
We landed at 21.30 and got to our accommodation at 02.15 some 4.45 minutes later. However, I understand that the time I landed dosent effect this but it dose put it into prospective to how long it took to get to our destination. As should be about an hour????
When I made booking it stated max time of travelling so when we were sat on coach 2/3 hours was beyond a joke and also 60 minutes of waiting time which was also exceed. There fore by your own admissions they broken your own terms and conditions.
The return transfer was worse......
Upon confirming return journey my booking was adjusted from 18.00 to 17.40 which was absolutely fine, and we needed to be at 'puerta avda del mar' as I was a little unsure where this was I inquired at reception and was told that this referred to the street at the rear of the hotel and the coach do not stop there,it stops at the entrance at the front ' carrer del pla de la torre'?????
To confirm this I emailed Eros and was advised by reply that it would be collected where I was dropped off at the entrance to the hotel and not the rear as wrongly advised.
Yet again if we followed your instructions we would of been in the wrong place to be collected.
We were at our collection point at 17.20 just to be on the safe side to be collected at 17.40 as it was imperative not to miss our transfer and waited and waited. No coach turned up????? No contact to say what was happening. Nothing. Just left us hanging??
I asked my hotel reception for help as time was of the essence due to my family having a flight to catch. The Lady was very helpful and rang Eros bus travel from their own transfers schedule who confirmed a mistake had been made by them and sent a taxi to us to take us to the airport due to us being missed
The amount of time it took from Barcelona airport to Santa Susanna was totally unacceptable. This company is a joke to date I have not received an explanation to what happened form Cabforce nor Eros bus despite complaining.

We book, using the online service of Cabforce, 4 transfers:
2 in Seville (from and to the airport)
2 in Barcelona (from and to the airport).
The succession of events is this:
1 - Arrival in Seville
The plane arrives on tim aabout at 10pm, but there is no one waiting for us; after almost an hour of waiting, and countless attempts to call the reference number thet they provided, we take a taxi and we go to the hotel issuing regular receipt with all the details of the journey and times. Arrived at the hotel we ask the receprion to call (it is almost midnight) the reference number that finally responds and claims that the driver was waiting for us at the airport but, after understanding that we had evidence that it was not so, reserves the right to to let us know. After a quarter of hour, the driver rushes to the hotel to apologize: he forgot about the commitment!
2. Arrival in Barcelona
The instructions tell us to go, to find the reference point of the company that had to pick us up (it's a shared taxi), at Terminal 2B. Our flight arrives at Terminal 1: the 2B is some kilometers away, we need to take, with our luggage, an airport bus.
Arrived at Terminal 2B and found the reference point they tell us that they are also at Terminal 1, but Cabforce misses the directions.
But that's not all: to get to the van that transports us to the center they make us walk a path (with suitcases) of almost a kilometer outdoors crossing several parking, until we get outside the normal parking area and there they make us wait until the van arrives.
3. Departure from Barcelona
We confirm the transfer in the time and in the right way, but after half an hour of waiting and after a long phone call, stand-by included, we hear that who had to take us could not come... With an hour's delay they send a car to recover ...
Never seen a worse service!

Il succedersi degli eventi è questo:
1 - Arrivo a Siviglia
L'aereo arriva in orario verso le 22, ma ad attenderci non c'è nessuno; dopo quasi un'ora di attesa e innumerevoli tentativi di telefonare al numero di riferimento fornitoci ci prendiamo un taxi ed andiamo in albergo, facendoci rilasciare regolare ricevuta con tutti gli estremi del tragitto fatto e degli orari. Arrivati in albergo facciamo telefonare (ormai è quasi mezzanotte) al numero di riferimento che, finalmente, risponde e sostiene che l'autista ci stava aspettando in aeroporto ma, dopo aver compreso che avevamo le prove del fatto che così non era, si riserva di farci sapere. Dopo un quarto d'ora si precipita in albergo l'autista a chiedere scusa: si era dimenticato dell'impegno!
2. Arrivo a Barcellona
Le istruzioni ci dicono di recarci, per trovare il punto di riferimento di chi ci deve accompagnare (è un taxi condiviso), al terminal 2B. Il nostro volo arriva al terminal 1: per arrivare al 2B che è ad alcuni chilometri di distanza, occorre prendere, trascinandosi appresso i bagagli, un autobus dell'aeroporto.
Arrivati al terminal 2B e trovato il punto di riferimento ci sentiamo dire che loro sono anche al terminal 1, ma Cabforce sbaglia le indicazioni.
Ma non basta: per arrivare al furgone che ci trasporta in centro ci fanno fare un percorso a piedi (con valige al traino) di quasi un chilometro all'aperto fra vari parcheggi sino ad arrivare all'esterno dell'area dei parcheggi normali e lì ci fanno aspettare sino quando il furgone arriva.
3. Partenza da Barcellona
Confermiamo nei tempi e nei modi fissati il transfer, ma dopo mezz'ora di attesa e dopo una lunga telefonata messa in stand-by ci sentiamo dire che chi ci doveva prendere non era potuto venire. Con un'ora di ritardo mandano una macchina a recuperarci...
Mai visto un servizio peggiore!

Do not use this company.
We booked a return transfer from Thessaloniki Airport, Greece, except they didn't bother showing up for our return journey to the airport. We had to find last minute alternative transport at further cost to ourselves. We also had to endure a 30 minute car journey with our 20month old child without an appropriate child seat due to this urgent last minute arrangement.
Complaint made, which hasn't even been acknowledged or attempted to be dealt with.
Avoid at all costs.

I have given this company every chance to avoid me posting this complaint, so I therefore have no alternative than to WARN people... NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS SHOCKNG COMPANY!!! We booked and paid online for a return trip to Guimarães in Portugal back in November 2018. No problem whatsoever with the pick up, however, shame we couldn’t say the same for the return. Our pick up was organised for 10.30 am, by 10.50am we started panicking, (due to a flight to catch). After speaking with them on the phone numerous times, we were assured the taxi was on its way. Needless to say, by 11.15 am , there was still no sign of a taxi and then we had a phone call advising us that there was no way the taxi would make it to us in time to get us to the airport in time for our flight. We were told to get a local taxi, pay for it and they would reimburse us as soon as we email them the receipt. This was just not good enough. Well, three months later, we are still awaiting the reimbursement!!! After numerous promises that they are dealing with it, they clearly have no intention whatsoever of reimbursing us!!! So after paying £68 for the return transfer, we then had to pay another £65 for the private taxi!! So please everyone, if you are considering booking this untrustworthy company... think twice... do you really want to take the chance???? There are plenty of other transfer companies out there, I just wish I had looked up the reviews prior to booking, as I have seen a few complaints from other unhappy customers regarding this company!!

After reading reviews I was very anxious about whether the transport would show. On arrival at Malaga airport our driver was waiting in arrivals and on departure the transport was waiting outside our apartment. The price of this was very reasonable and lots cheaper than other competitors. Very pleased with this company
