This is s SCAM third party provider. The companies they send you to for the actual purchases are SCAM companies that block fake flights for fake prices. When you go to purchase the booking they return telling you you owe them more $$ to confirm and tell you you are NOT able to cancel.
These are Horrible Dishonest people Scamming you of your money!!
