I frequently search a number of online sites for objects that I need on our sailboat and find Binnacle to have the best selection and price on many items, even when I factor in my yacht club discount with local suppliers. I have also received excellent customer service and satisfactory resolution with an issue I had with an earlier online order.

Website was easy to navigate. Awesome online shopping!! Quick and great shipping within a week. The use of UPS and trackable website was excellent. (although the delivery driver tossed the package) which was a $1000 Garmin GPS/Fishfinder. Not the best way to handle but all in all am happy.

The Binnacle has always been a business that I could count on for product, product knowledge and advice. The online store is very user friendly and responses via email are always quick. I live a few hours away from Halifax, a place where there is limited selection for boating supplies, so to have an efficient, well stocked online store is appreciated.

I ordered a furling unit and when it came there was a problem with some of the parts supplied by the manufacturer. I emailed them and in less than 24hrs they had the manufacturer’s rep call me to get it straightened out. Good customer service.
