Absolutely love this. It has made my hair feel and look more healthy right from the start. Other products made my hair super oily and weighed down all the time. I was having to wash it almost every day. Now I can wash it every other day or every 2 days with this product. I highly recommend this product.

Super good shampoo, makes my hair really soft and silky and smells so nice. It’s expensive but works better than a lot of other shampoos I've tried. Well worth the price.

I was losing my hair and I was told by a hair stylist to wash my hair with apple cider. I’ve been using this Buy WOW shampoo and Conditioner for two months and I must say my hair is not falling. I used many products for hair loss unsuccessfully. This stuff really works for some reason my hair is growing back. Amazing stuff.

I have tried a lot of top brand shampoos and conditioners - GK, Oribe, Biolage, Pureology, Redken.....the list goes on! Since moving to Florida I think the water is really different and that plays a factor in this equation, but also I do have an oily scalp and have to wash my hair once a day. These products have allowed me to go two days, (at times), and my hair looks and feels better. I do protein and conditioning treatments on it as well at the salon. My hair is also color treated and it has not harmed the color. I would at the very least recommend you try it for yourself!

I am obsessed with this shampoo and conditioner. My hair looks and feels great, stopped falling out, and my son had really bad dandruff, but his dandruff was GONE after only one use! This stuff is worth every penny.

Buy Wow's shampoo and conditioner are something else. They have really worked wonders for my hair. I use to have dry, frizzy hair that I was embarrassed to go out before of. Ever since I've been using their shampoo and conditioner everything has changed. Now I get so many compliments and am always being asked what I did to my hair by people who know me and had seen me with my awful hair in the past. I was gifted a gift package from Buy Wow that I am totally in love with. Their products where new to me so I wasn't sure what to expect. Let me just tell you that I am a huge fan now. I will be buying more products from them very soon. Highly recommended.

Products are good no doubt . But never buy them from buywow.com their offical site. They put offers such as buy 4 pay for 2 and give expired products to the customers. Buy from amzon instead.

Omg... I love this shampoo and conditioner! Ive tried everything under the sun to help with my dandruff, even homemade products. I used to be scared that people would see my dandruff and think "geez this girl doesn't wash her hair " now I don't mind if someone stands over me cause my scalp is clean. This wow product has made me so happy. Please follow the directions. Make sure you let the shampoo marinate your scalp and the same goes for the conditioner. This product has made my hair softer and manageable. Best shampoo and conditioner!!!

This is a great shampoo/conditioner if you have a lot of hair. My hair is like a gigantic mop on my head and if I don't use products it just frizzes out every time it dries. This stuff keeps my hair soft and smooth even when it air dries. I love it. Has a nice, clean smell too!

I love this product! Did everything it was supposed to! And the people complaining about it making your hair dry.. did you read the description? It says everything you need to know!!! My hair feels so soft and definitely better to comb through! My hair was SOOOO thin! Now it looks like it has more volume!! My hair does not have static anymore like it used to. It's amazing and will definitely buy again and continue with the buy!!!! My hair looks so shiny and a lot of people complimented it too! I LOVE IT! I just started using it recently and it's been great. Only 2 weeks.

I tried their hair products and really liked them a lot. So I decided to give their skincare products a try. So far there hasn't been anything from Buy Wow that I haven't liked. Love the skincare oils and face masks. They have really changed the appearance and health of my skin. I will continue to be a customer to buy wow. Honestly, all I can say is WOW.

Products are ok but customer service is horrible! Also they cheat clients on offers & give the wrong quantity of products & then no replies on mails or calls.

I love Buy Wow's products. I was skeptical about trying them at first because I'm very picky as to what I use on my hair. It did take about a week to notice a difference with the shampoo and conditioner. I'm glad I stuck with it. Now it's the only shampoo and conditioner I use. Makes my hair feel wonderful and smell so good. I constantly get compliments and am asked about my hair products. I've never gotten that before. Just love it.

I have bought a few different products from Buy Wow going back a few months. So far they have all been amazing. I really recommend trying their products. Give them a chance. Use it frequently and continuously. You will definitely notice a difference. Love your products. Can't wait to see what else you guys come up with!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
NO sense of management - Customer, order, tracking, refund. They are great at making offers. Spent over an hour to decide and buy 4 products during the buy 4, pay for 2.
1. order placed on July 5th
2. No tracking, update of the order.
3. Got a weird message on 15th July that my order is cancelled - refer email for more information. I NEVER received the email about cancellation.
4. I checked my wow account. the order is cancelled. no update about the refund.
5. I have sent them 2 emails, messaged them twice on Facebook, even wrote on Instagram, and twitter. the only thing left to do is to visit them in their office.
6. I'm finally resorting to this hoping someone will listen.
7. I'm no more interested in your products. I just want my money back.

PS: they actually have good products but I've just lost all interest in using them. Might as well order from Nykaa or Amazon but I don't care about that as well.
Also, you're a business made by women and run by women - don't ruin it for the clan. you're giving an opportunity for people to point a finger at your entrepreneurial skills. Horrible.
